Food was late being delivered, but then it was a Friday night and I did receive a particial refund. Some dishes were excellent like the chicken and cashew, special fried rice and the ribs. The rest was bland, cold and not very nice. I would order again but on a different night of the week, when they aren't so busy

Food was inedible. I was astonished they served and delivered it how it was. I have reported them to the food hygiene agency’s after taking the food back to the restaurant! Do not order from this establishment!

Placed a big order, never had a problem before but majority of what we received was inedible, the curry was just a thick jelly, the appetisers, chilli chicken, chips were all over cooked and couldn’t even bite in to them, the chow mein was a horrible colour and tasted over cooked, unfortunately the majority of it went in the bin, really gutting

Food was over cooked chicken balls burnt and hard .The rice was stodgy.Most thrown away. Not anything like normal standard very disappointing

The egg fried rice literally tasted like it had been cooked in 10 year old burnt oil . Same as the spring rolls . They were both absolutely disgusting 🤢. The ribs were rock hard as if they had been reheated in a microwave. I complained to just eat but they weren’t interested as I paid by cash . Even tho I’ve made over 700 orders through them . I tried calling the restaurant ( which I don’t think exists) could be someone cooking from home . Stay well clear of this place it was absolutely disgusting

I very rarely get an evening in with my mum so, we thought we’d have a girl night with a cheeky Chinese. Now they’d said my order was out for delivery and after 15 minutes I decided to call (I live 5 minutes away from the restaurant.) The caller told me it would be with me in 10 minutes. Once it got here our food was over cooked and really not nice. Really unfortunate as we’ve never had this problem before here

Food is the worse Chinese I’ve ever had , disgusting tried calling the shop for at least an hour 31 attempt’s at calling , do your self a favour and avoid at all costs

Awful, over kill on spice. The chicken curry did not taste like chicken curry. The crispy chilli beef was ridiculously hard. Even the prawn crackers were stale. I would say one of the worst Chinese I have ever had best thing about it was the sweet and sour sauce

Rice was overcooked and stoggy, sweet and sour pork was dry and came without any sweet and sour sauce, put in the bin and had a sandwich, won't be using them again.

Delicious food, very tasty Singapore rice noodles best I’ve had in a while and very rich in flavour same with their duck in black bean sauce!! Definitely order again!

Gross, rice was greasy and flavourless, chow mein the same and the beef with mushroom was inedible. Chicken balls were not crispy but dripping in oil and chicken inside batter was dry. This meal was obviously old food that had been reheated poorly. What a waste of money.

Not sure why it says 50-60min for delivery but then automatically says 2hrs??,delivery man was rude,didn’t even say hello,salt and pepper chips tasted weird and the beef in black bean sauce was jelly like,won’t be ordering again

Utterly terrible experience Avoid !!! I ordered via phone for collection after looking at their website for collection. When I arrived they do not take card payments which is not made clear. The order was dearer than I expected. When I asked I was told the website prices were out of date ! I had to order via just eat as I only had my phone and couldn’t get cash out of a machine .. They charged me for prawn crackers even though I didn’t ask for them but refunded £2 for just eat charges. Food was greasy , tasteless stodge. I threw it away it was so bad Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had by a long way I will never go here again.

This meal was terrible! I don’t normally leave bad comments always thinking everyone has bad days but this was beyond that! The food lacked flavour, was terribly greasy ( and yes I know Chinese is greasy and I expect that but not to this extent) it was cold. The only thing positive to say is that it was on time! What a waste of £40 for what was meant to be a treat!

Absolutely vile,having ordered from this take away for many years I have noticed that the last few orders have been getting steadily worse but this time was so bad that I have decided to post a review,the food was obviously left out from the night before and just reheated,how you can have the audacity to send out food of such poor quality is beyond me,needless to say I will never be ordering from this place again!

Have ordered from here multiple times but was really disappointed with the chicken chow mein tonight. Ordered two portions and both were inedible. Really stodgy and compacted together.

Spent £40 waste of money!!! Go Ba Fu in Ramsgate or Royal Dragon in Birch. Crispy Chilli Beef (Large) - Vile hard and like eating bone Special Fried Rice - bland Chicken Chow Mein - stodgy and covered in bland gravy like sauce Chips - They were the only thing decent Roast Pork Chinese Style - Sauce has no taste Egg Fried Rice - bland Satay Chicken on skewers - one was pink in the middle.

Not sure what's going on with this place at the moment. It's been my favourite for a while but has really gone downhill lately. Today the chow mein was greasy and stodgy and the sweet and sour sauce wasn't right, it was quite sickly. I didn't enjoy it like I normally do and couldn't finish it. Unfortunately I think it might be time to find a new favourite Chinese takeaway

Very dry noodles, strange pancake roll, almost a batter, maybe just me but a no.

Very fast delivery but unfortunately the food was not great. Egg fried rice was fine but the lemon chicken was really dry, the crispy chilli beef was burnt in some places and didn’t seem to have much actual beef and the spring rolls and grilled dumplings were over cooked too. Will not be returning.

We ordered chicken noodles which were ok not much chicken more noodles. Special fried rice again fine. Duck in plum sauce was appalling. Fatty inedible chunks of lord knows what. Shame as we have ordered from them in the past with no problems.

Quick delivery, but the food was absolutely disgusting. Ordered chicken curry with egg fried rice, Hong Kong style sweet and sour chicken, and chicken satay skewers. Do yourself a favour and do not waste your money here! All reformed chicken, the chicken in the curry it was completely too soft in texture and looked like a perfectly formed cube of tofu. All precooked microwave dishes (you can tell by how the noodles come out in a solid block and don’t easily come apart). Everything had a sludgy sauce that either had the flavour of salt or sugar and nothing else at all. Don’t let this place take your money and take you for a fool, you’re worth more than that…

Starters very dry and chewy seems to be going downhill

The last 2 orders have been disappointing. Last order the chow main was so drenched in soy sauce it was inedible. Today the chicken satay was like rubber, the chicken balls were dry and the beef in the rice was like leather. Such a shame as previously it was great.

Food was delicious 😋 arrived hot. I had set delivery for ASAP and was estimated an hour to an hour and 20 minutes for arrival and it arrived after about 40 minutes. Great service will be ordering again

The food was delivered cold and had to reheat. When dishing out food one of the orders wasn’t what we had ordered and wasn’t even the the same meat.

Wouldn't order from here again the sauces were watery and had little taste the meat was burnt and was to tough to eat, the only items that we ate was the spring rolls and prawn crackers. The service was good as a whole just a shame about the food!

Food delivery update has just said delivered now at 20.15 when infact delivered an hour ago so was unable to make any comments or complaint via just eat. Nice trick from you both. Food was absolutely disgusting. Cold congealed and tasted disgusting. All went in the bin. Thanks for taking our £30 hope you eat well tonight. Will never order from here again after several bad meals and as for just eat. Will be cancelling my account

Two of the three dishes were not as ordered. The food was horrible, the worst Chinese meal we have ever tasted absolutely diabolical.

Very disappointed with this order. I’m a first time customer and feel I have to share my personal experience. The chow mein is seriously over cooked and over seasoned - so dark the kids wouldn’t eat it. The duck was dry and cold and definitely not the quarter portion it should have been. Prawn toast my son loves - double fried and cremated quite frankly. I’m sorry to leave such an awful review but I’ve had far better from local Chinese restaurants for the same price ..

For the first time I didn’t fully enjoy the chicken and black bean sauce, much too watery didn’t mind the additional carrots but it didn’t taste like it does normally.

Food cold, had to put in microwave. Duck dry and chewy . Disappointed as usually very good. Will try again.

The food wasn’t good. Balls under battered, chow mien soaking, batter tasted stale. Service was great, when I ordered a dish wrong they immediately changed it for me. Have eaten here before and it’s been fine so hopefully this was just an off night.

The secret is to order the right food item. The item is House Special Large Chow Mein. You will be very surprised 😮 what you will get. The person likes serving it too. Well worth the £6.50. Don't order other food items. I always get a fizzy drink for £1. Make sure you order a plastic fork as well. The service is quick in the takeaway shop. It is served in its own 🥣 large bowl shape. Lots of meat 🍖 and King Prawns.

Not sure that they read my delivery instructions, difficulty finding address so I had to find driver.

My favourite dish is the Singapore vermicelli noodles.

Good food , however the chips were cold.

The food was excellent with the exception of the satay king prawn. There was no satay taste to it so I can only assume I was sent the wrong dish.

The pick up area doesn't particularly fill you with confidence and the lack of a card machine still frustrates and confuses. Food was fine though, nothing amazing but did the job!
