Sin Le in Thanet

Delivered late. Overcooked rice. Barbecue sauce tasted more like gravy. Ribs were tiny. Prawn crackers missing from order.

Ordered early as had family down for a visit - delivered early, pipping hot and plenty to go around between the four of us. Always great service, quality and quantity- would always recommend x 🤗

I rang the Chinese they said 5 minutes. then put on the app that it had been delivered. and arrived 10/15 minutes later

the chilli beef had 1 sliver of chilli and just tasted of sugar syrup, the curry was weak and feeble and not spicy at all. the prawns were nice

I live in preston and the delivery service reaches me here and it's still so fresh and hot on arrival. I've been using Sin Le for over 10 years and the quality and standard has always been so high. In my opinion one of the best Chinese in Thanet 🙌

Worst Chinese I’ve ever had wasn’t even warm when arrived and smallest balls I’ve ever seen from a Chinese restaurant. Will not be ordering from here again

not great.. delivery took like 90 mins. noodles were ok but most of it was tasteless and the satay sauce had never seen a peanut and resembled phlegm

Not used them before, but as they were open on Mondays and their star rating was good I gave them a go. REALLY excellent quality of food, spare ribs were a big wow. overall very good.

Even with a mix up with our order it was rectified super quickly the food was not only hot but fresh and so yummy 1st time ordering and we definitely were not disappointed

The chips cold and stale as if the were days old. Stale prawn crackers non of the food was actually hot and tbh the taste wasn't great either will not be ordering from here again

First time I’ve ordered and last, butterfly prawns were burnt , no care taken at all while cooking. Rice was reheated not fresh at all , it’s all in the bin

Just went to order from here on JustEat and realised that they have a 1* hygiene rating 🤢 Having worked in numerous cafes, bars and restaurants, I know how easy it is to get a 5*. Won't eat anywhere that's lower than 5*

unfortunately I had to go out before the delivery. My wife was at home. Was told couldn't get to my address because the barrier was down. It is Sunday evening. The barrier doesn't come down until 8 pm. The drivers are just to lazy to drive to address and just wait for clients to come to them at barrier. Last time I order from JUST Eat. Have already deleted app.

Not very nice food the rice was brown and gnarly. A real disappointment. I am giving it a late rating because when we were ordering it said 35 minutes and when we ordered went up to over an hour. That might be the app. I would not recommend unfortunately

45 minutes after estimate delivery time we called for them to say just making the food now. Over a hour and 45 later after deliver turnt up cold no call to apologise or to say they was busy or running late. Very poor customer service and food.
