This is great value delicious underrated pizza i will definitely order again .the cheese toppings and dough are all good

I ordered a pizza and it never arrived. i try calling them but they don’t pick up the phone.I won’t be ordering from them again waste of time !

The only things that would make me rate it 5 stars is if they were actually open when their website says they are open, you have to make a call first to see if they will be open for the day so many times after they had their recent reopening and they just haven't been open, would also be nice if they did stuffed crust as an option

It’s a fake Italian pizza, the cheese was bad and you can see it also from the colour of the pizza (A real Italian can understand).

We chose this place because it wasn’t expensive and looked nice. It isn’t big —in fact there’s only one table and some chairs— so it’s better for takeaway. The pizza we had (the bianca) was really good and they have a lot of options. The guy was really nice as well and even gave us some garlic bread for free! Definitely recommended.

Absolutamente deliciosas pizzas hechas desde cero para un premio bastante decente. Además, tuvimos una muy buena experiencia en lo que respecta al servicio al cliente, un personal realmente agradable nos atendió. Creo que ni una sola cosa podría mejorarse, estábamos satisfechos con todo. Volvería de nuevo al 100%.

Ordered from here 3-4 times before. Delivery takes long but the food was worth the wait. Tonight however the food was very average, if that. The "tikka masala" was just chicken in tomato sauce and the rice was smaller than usual. Really disappointing

sorento has a fabulous pizza, bad luck the driver couldn’t find the home so stone cold pizza. yes I would order again.

Pizza was bang on although it looked like it had been in a accident. Think the delivery man crashed his ped.

in general the food was lovely, hot and plentiful :) very disappointed to not get some free prawn crackers as normally we do from other take always. crab and corn soup was very flavourful and not thick and gloopy like other places. all in all I’d use you again so thank you

35 minutes late, food lukewarm, potato wedges total rip off at £4.50, small soggy potion, more like stale chips. Nachos the same, rank! Pizza 3/10... never again!

I could have made a pizza from scratch in the time it took from ordering to it's arrival. If it's not fast and convenient, what exactly is the point in paying £16 for a regular pepperoni pizza?

Once again, the people over at Sorrento really did an outstanding performance of what a perfect pizza takeaway experience should be like - it felt as if soon as I clicked pay the pizza was in my hands, with the delicious dough we've all come to expect, the generous amount of tasty toppings and right ratio of cheese and sauce - as per usual I look forward to the next time

usually brilliant service but we requested a delivery time and it was 30mins late. which was disappointing when the pizza is so good!

Fast delivery, great value, delicious pizza!

First time the food was 10 mins late and after a 70min wait but it was still hot, i alway buy from here as the pizzas are fantastic

ordered large pizza, potato wedges and nachos, delivered after an hour and 45 mins, had no salsa sauce so delivered dry nachos and still charged me, called up to complain and Daniel was very rude and said he wasn’t working on Friday call back next Friday, I told him to check if they had salsa sauce he checked and confirmed they didn’t have any but still refused to replace my nachos, completely greedy selfish people,

We placed an order online and it said estimated deliver 9:10pm which was fine. However we later got an email to say it would be delivered for 9:40pm due to the weather. We called the restaurant as we had to leave the function venue we were in by 9:30. The lovely manager assured us that this would be done asap. We received our just after 9:10! Thank you very much.

I do not recommend this restaurant ! Pizzas was delivered 30 min lates and 2 hours after the order ... We ordered a 18’ 4 fromaggi pizza and got apprently a margarita !! (less expansive for them of course ...).

Still at restaurant at time of delivery. Restaurant made no effort to update or give option to customer, made no effort to notify that food would leave the store a full hour after prepared, and did not refund money. Very rude and spoke over customer on the phone, attempted to resolve but could get no word in edgewise - restaurant only interested in pushing time back another half hour.

Made me a new pizza for free because they couldn't get through to me as I had my old number on the JustEat app. Owner is a great guy and really cares about the reputation of his food. 10/10 would order again

From ordering, the staff were patient & polite. Confirmation gives you reassurance your order is en route. Delivery person arrived on time and polite with the food fresh and hot. Not forgetting the generous offer discount. Overall a very efficient service. Will definitely be using just-eat again. Keep up the good work. Well done. F. Augusta.

My delivery order was for 22:40 and at 22:40 I was waiting at the entrance of the building. The deliveryman was very angry, he insulted me with horrible words and even knowing that i don't speak english he continued to insult me. I think it doesn't correspond. If you have a policy that one should wait at the door before the delivery time it should be specified.

Their quality is always beyond our expectations. Definitely 5 Star!

the Mushrooms were a bit bland , the cheese sticks were not too bad

Great pizza loved it will Order again! However the bbq wings wasn't up to scratch as the pizza. To match the pizza they should probably do roasted wings sauted in garlic butter finished with squeeze of lemon that would match the menus. Overall amazing.

The Calzone with Jalapenos is great.

There was an issue with the Just eat account , but the food that turned up was cold and not edible and the pizza was no longer circle and squashed in the box. Really disappointed with the quality of the food that night.

Ordered at 7.40pm, email said it would come at 8.35, rang restaurant repeatedly from 8.45 till 8.55 but constantly engaged, tried Just Eat but they had high call volume and didn't reply. Incredibly frustrating.

I like this place, great pizza. The driver rang the buzzer despite my request for him not to, it happens, but worth mentioning as very frustrating in a share scenario.

Unless I misheard, the owner wished me a happy Valentine's Day, which was sweet of him if a little surreal. Great pizza. JustEat confirmation came through an hour after I'd finished eating it. Mr Sorrento, you can do better than these schmucks.

Then 10 min. later I called and they said they tried to called me but I guess they called a wrong number. I think it was a mistake so i would still order there again. I like this place, but guys, if i pay extra for Jalepenos. In my Calzone don't give me chopped red chilli, also.. there was no ham or sausage, a poor show really.. but I'll try you again as it's been good previously.

the delivery was 1,40h late. when the delivery guy arrived the pizza box on the back was open and when he got off his motorbike he let one pizza slip off the cart and it fell on the floor along with the potato wedges. He saw that we were watching and he asked us if we still wanted the pizza and the potato wedges knowing that they went on the floor and we saw the fact. After dropping the pizza and the potato wedges he asked us if we wanted them. Finishing off, the manager called us telling us he checked the pizzas and that we should eat them anyway, knowing one of them was on the floor. Really absolute shameful service and rude as well. No way.

Pizzas were OK. I wouldn't order again as had much better elsewhere. Delivered quick though.

I have been ordering from Sorrento for a while now. Pizza is really good, really liked it. But the Calamari were way to gummy. Will definitely reorder Pizza in the future. 2 stars for delivery time as an additional 30mins waiting time was added right after placing the order, for a total of approximately 85mins waiting time for 2 pizzas and 1 fried calamari.

A lovely big 18 inch pillow of Calzone, no seasoning or garnish but quite tasty and fun to cut into, the Bolognese sauce was fridge cold. Overall I enjoyed it, and with the discount it was good value for money. 👍

Food showed up a full half hour late and was cold

the customer service was great as they called to inform me that there was salad left, delivery was great service and on time but the food was not what we expected, pizza were dry and no taste and looked like a an tescos over cooked oven pizza... really disappointed

Pizza was hot but waaaaay overcooked. - tasted dry. It was late as well with no apology. Not ideal.

The delivery took around an hour and a half for one pizza and some potato wedges. It was an absolute disgrace. When I called they told me the reason for the delay but did not attempt to offer any compensation.

Ordered extra toppings, was charged for them but they weren't on the pizza. Overall the pizza was fine but nothing to get excited about.

Pizza was absolutely delicious and arrived faster than anticipated. Sadly the dip was missing from the order. Still, would recommend.

Pizza was excellent one of the best I've had thank you,however I left a specific note not to ring the bell when the delivery driver arrived with my pizza he was suppose to call my mobile number when he arrived as it was late.but wasn't followed he still rang the bell, but was polite when delivering my food. the chicken wings were very greasy but food was delivered before estimated time though mixed review may order again not sure but won't have the wings again although nice too much oil

Food arrived about half an hour later than the estimated delivery time, but I phoned and it was here shortly after. I was paying cash so they gave me a discount. Amazing pizza, best I've had in a while, so guess it was worth waiting for!

Pizza and BBQ wings were the worst I've ever had. You need to review your BBQ wings because the quality is half a star and should not be serves to customers.

Both the Lucia and Casa pollo had a thin base and a generous but not overwhelming amount of toppings. Arrived ahead of time, would order again
