What an absolute disappointment the food was just greasy the new management have ruined a good cafe

Ordered the food for delivery and received it over two hours later- it was cold and tasted bad. Only orders two paninis and two hash browns. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Waste of time. Three times we've ordered from here and every time they've cancelled the order

Great breakfast sandwiches !!!!

Amazing food cooked to perfection, black pudding, yum, bacon, perfect, sausages, get in my tummy. And nothing was too hot or too cold, it was all just right.

Past few times ordered they have been missing items or items on that I have requested off. 1st time was I ordered a cheeseburger with no onions but it came with onions , another time I ordered the breakfast which states 2 sausages, only came with 1. Another time I ordered jacket tata with cheese and beans, never came with cheese. Now she's refusing to serve us again when it's her fault in 1st place. Incompetent! Never had this issue with previous owners. And she spoke so rude on the phone and hung up! Gone to pot since she took over. Lost a long serving valuable customer here! Just a little advice...read the order properly before you deliver with missing items etc

The staff always treat us so nicely and our son will not go anywhere else to eat the best food and out of this world customer service

I loved that they put the beans and tomatoes in separate tubs. The food arrived with no mess. Will defo order again. That's why it's got 5 stars from me.

Got my food delivered by mark was extremely friendly and on time!

We thought we'd give this place a try as we were in the area and are always open to giving new cafés a try for breakfast. We were a little annoyed that the place was cash only, luckily there was a cash machine nearby that the staff directed me to. We came back and we ordered one large and one regular breakfast. We were waiting quite a while for our food to arrive and saw others getting their food first before us despite ordering after us. The tea and hot chocolate was delivered to our tables quite a while after ordering food. Usually you get your drinks first before your breakfast is cooked. The prices were good but the amount of food we got wasn't great. No hash browns, no mushrooms and no black pudding included in the breakfasts. All these are an additional charge. You can change items but it then means you have less of the other items. We left still feeling hungry which is unusual when we go to a café for breakfast. The staff were friendly enough. The atmosphere wasn't the best, we did feel a little out of place as the cafe seemed to be a place that attracted regulars. I don't think we'll be returning back anytime soon. The food wasn't bad by any means but wasn't anything special either.

Used to love this cafe but every time it's not what you asked for. Surely a bacon and tomatoe buttie with extra tomatoes and juice carnt be that hard .sick of getting bacon and tom dip all the time

There food is amazing always hot and fresh and they make my bacon just hpw I like it there pies are very tasty and piping hot the staff and the delivery drivers are the most polite and friendly people i have come across also happy birthday to kath

All ways late 2 hours had to wait for a simple bacon sausage and egg never us them again

My first and last order from here done on just eat ordered a salad box payed extra £2 far ham hock " when it came it was the pre packed 2 tiny slices ! Hardly any salad and far £4.50 expected something nice ! Also prdered a jacket potatoe that was microwaved and represented a 90 year old hands very disappointed wont be ordering again sorry

Can’t fault the quality of food, and the speed of the service. Always put the customers first, even in quieter periods the staff never stop prepping food for incoming customers. I only popped in for a breakfast but the banter and politeness of the staff is second to none, make you feel very welcome. Don’t understand these negative comments. Think they should appreciate how much work these girls put in. No establishment is perfect, if your not satisfied then DONT damage the Café’s reputation. It’s places like these that should be supported. Always get 10/10 from me.

We just got pie and chips plus a kid's meal for our 2 yr old. All came piping hot and was absolutely delicious. My pregnant wife inhaled the lot 🤣 I would 100% recommend. I'm not sure if they usually do delivery not in lockdown etc but I hope so. We will definitely be ordering again. The delivery driver kept distance and wore a mask too which is a must for me and my family, he was also very friendly. Good work Soowes staff 👍🏼

Ordered over the phone a bacon sandwich, a steak Canadian and a small beans on toast.. The order was over £15 told her not to bother, will order from lane top from now on, lane top has much better pricing for what you get, considering the ingredients for my order would be no more than 7 quid, poor value for money. Won't be bothering here anymore

Food is ok but every time I order a cold sandwich without butter it comes with butter. If it’s a telephone order I verbally tell them or put it on notes on just eat. So frustrating when I finally get to eat it and then can’t.

The women who served me with blonde hair was really frosty and standoffish, it was awkward, she missed something off my friends order and went looking for the receipt out of the back to show it didn't say it. But my friend asked for it and I heard him. It wasn't a big deal but was made to feel like it was his fault. She really seemed to not want to be there. The food was very good but it's a shame about the service

I went in looking for a nice warm sandwich which isn't the easiest thing when you're doing vegetarian January but as luck would have it they did veggie sausage. I had a beautiful veggie sausage, egg and mushroom sandwich! Staff were friendly and talkative. A pleasure to visit.

All day breakfast was a belly buster and kept me going all day
