There customer service is amazing and there food is so good

Excellent place to relax, watch your favourite game, and get a great shisha.

We went there on Christmas day for shisha. Wasn't expecting to be busy. Nice and cosy place to spend time with friends and smoking shisha. The flavours we picked were quite good.

Second time ordering chicken and getting chicken&lamb

The manager make the place... Safe parking for motorcycle at the back. Shisha was spot on and the vibe. Food is decent.

First time visiting today with a couple of friends! Went in with a thought of just grabbing a few drinks and food and ended up staying till pretty much closing time! The place has amazing vibes and the service from everyone, but especially from Shiv has been top tier! Will be back for sure!! 100% recommend.

I'm sorry I only got to try this once despite having been in the area for months. I just got a chicken shawarma and hot fries as a surprise bag from the tgt app and I'm blown away. The shawarma was so tasty and filling. I'll definitely go to have a dine-in meal experience at the lounge if I'm ever back to stay in the area.

I paid 2 times for a same food, they guy didn’t even show me a recipe, just said straight away ( DECLINED) but I wasn’t. Food was delicious but guys ffs stop doing that.

I’ve only ordered through over eats but they never disappoint. The falafel is my go to and one of the best I’ve had in London so far. Highly recommend

Ordered via UberEats on multiple occasions. Never been let down. Shawarmas have always been very tasty and are a decent size can’t go wrong with a shawarma from Soor Lounge.packed full of meat and flavour. P.S. if you get a chicken shawarma ask for extra pickles.. it goes so well with the chicken.

The sheesha lounge was suffocating, came out to the lower level which was cold and had food prep smells. The waiting staff are super polite and helpful, food was decent.

I havnt been to the resturant lounge before but always order. The tiramasu is the best I've had !! And have to say there food really is on point!!! Can't wait to visit here.

Had a pleasure to visit this establishment and let me tell you, it's incredible. Shame I live in SW and probably won't visit them soon, my job sent me nearby and on my way to next assignment I decided to check this place. Service is easy going and polite, they have AC which is a blessing with this weather we have now, and I guess help chefs when they prepare meals. I didn't have enough time to fully appreciated this business but my food was amazing: very juicy meat, with lots of spices; could have been more hot for my liking but I know it was prepared in traditional way. You can tell they like what they do and try to deliver best food possible. I was even given small starter, free of charge. I was fighting with myself not to swallow my wrap in few chunks but I like to enjoy my food and was good boy this time. Prices are affordable, food is tasty, what not to like. Highly recommended. EDIT. Visited again for whole shebang and food was amazing. Chicken livers were very different from what I use to eat, defo not for everyone but I liked it a lot. Sweet and aftertaste was kinda sour and tart but in a good. Was told they add pomegranate juice and immediately in made sense. Main was excellent, such a good meat, lots of flavours and big portion. Salad was just ok thou: didn't feel anything special about it, just salad. Was given olives and baclava on the house. Such a great service.

It was one of the most beautiful moments of my life here in this restaurant I thank the team for this beautiful reception I liked the place from the inside and the food was very different from what I tasted in the past and I thank the Shisha man he was very tactful and respectable in his service with me Hussein

Had a terrible experience. No taste and food was cold. When I asked for it to warmed up, the lady started touching my food with her fingers to feel the warmth. I told her she wrong to do this and eventually they changed. After warming the food it still had no taste. I am so disappointed. Never coming back her again.

Watched the England match on the large projector. Great atmosphere. Food and Shisha was really good. Boss Mo really looked after us. Definitely visit again soon

Such a lovely Lounge! My friend had her graduation dinner here. I was blown away by the service especially because were such a demanding group. Husain was swift with every request and we felt very accommodated. The food was good as-well. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone. 😊

We came and was told that it was a set menu which meant that we couldn’t choose what food we wanted from the menu. the food arrived very cold and tasteless. Also, once the main arrived, all they gave us was a platter filled with meat without asking if any of us have any dietary requirements. My brother, is a vegetarian so, because of this, my sister spoke to the owner who was very rude and wasn’t respectful or understanding. I would never come here again! ps. Do not be fooled by the picture, the food was horrid!

Ordered via Ubereats, food was inedible. The lamb wraps where so chewy, it was more fat than meat and Im positive the sauce inside the wraps was off. It was so sour. Also ordered a milkshake which was just really poor. Flavourless and bland. Would not recommend or order from here again unfortunately

I visited this restaurant for the first time to try the food as its very close to where i live. I was pleased to be met by Karaar who was very polite clear and diligent. He assisted me with my order and was very helpful. The owner was also very welcoming. I highly recommend this Lebanese restaurant

It took them 30 mins to make my salad, after 20 mins hence I’m short for time I said I don’t want the salad. They wouldn’t allow me to cancel my order, so I asked them pack it for me for take away. I now opened my food to eat and it was full of salads water juice. I had to drain it and when I tried eating it the chicken tasted so bad and the salad is not fresh. I do not recommend.
