Soor Lebanese Restaurant in Barnet

I came here after being stuck outside in the rain, and didn’t know much to expect, but the food was delicious, good side, left me filled and all for a good price. I was able to enjoy the food and the vibe while waiting for the rain to pass

Food and service was very good and it is good value for money ,but bread could be much more softer and tasty. Definitely will recommend to freinds and family .

I ordered from their Killburn branch and I must say their cheese, and cheese & lamb manakeesh are the bestest. Loaded with halloumi/mozerella cheese, these are made on soft Arabic bread. Moreover, their shawarma wrap is simply delish. It is also made in Arabic bread and loaded with shredded chicken and Arabic sauces (Tahini and garlic sauce). They offer other sauce options too and allow you to select multiple fillings such as pickles, chilli, parsley, etc. The portions are decent and are priced decently (starting from £3.5). Must must must try!

Amazing food, staff go out of their way to make sure everyone is looked after and keeps checking if you are happy with everything. Equally food is really tasty and really good portions. I'd definitely recommend this please either for eat in or take out. Shisha lounge is well setup with great ambience.

We have taken a take out from here on many many occasions, never done a dine in. But the food is fantastic, never disappointed.

I was worried about going after reading the reviews, but I choose to go and give it a chance specially with food as people have different taste The place looks very traditional nice and cosy the food was amazing taste like food back home the chicken taouk was so tasty they mint lemonade so refreshing the homms was really good, diffenty coming back

The staff was very nice and friendly. The place itself looks nice and clean. The food we have order wasn’t great. The burger came in a rock hard bun, the chicken wasn’t grilled well and there was not much inside burger itself. Fries were quite nice. The lamb kofta on the first view looked nice, the portion is quite big as you get a lot of rice. Kofta was ok so was the rice but the salad was old! The sauce it came with was debatable taste. Overall place is nice to go sit, have a chat but not necessarily for food.

Worst meal I’ve ever had, hummus was thick, falafel dry, mixed grill meat was tough even the salad wasn’t good, the staff are very nice but didn’t make up for the food

I had a takeout from this place. Tasteless lamb chops very dry. Looked like they were cooked in a fryer. Falafel were sour and stale. Stale bread. Very chewy and horrible. Though seemed like made inhouse pitta but old one for sure. Hummus was nice, so was lamb aryas. So i am guessing there lamb kofta would be nice too ( same mince filling) May be would like to try the lamb mince dishes and hummus (deserves an extra star) the next time again. Eat at your own risk, won’t recommended this place to friends and family.

Good food. Terrible online delivery service! This has now happened thrice!! I ordered online for a delivery through their website as they send promotions. Our food arrived 2.5hrs late and on top of that the delivery person refused to leave their vehicle, was rude and argumentative and was shouting on the phone- inspite of them being late!

It such a shame that the service and food has gone very poor used to be very nice but now it’s like there serving you dog food. The guy on the phone sounded like he was asleep and was not helping at all.

This is the second time our takeaway order has been completely wrong. Takes about 20 minutes to get through to the restaurant. When finally get through to them I’m told there’s nothing they can do. They literally don’t care about their customers. I’d think twice before ordering from here. I definitely won’t be and will ensure all my family and friends don’t either! Save your money and go elsewhere!

Order takeaway from Soor regularly - good food, good prices. However, they have made a couple of mistakes in the past but we've overlooked these as only a starter or side error so not such a big deal. On Saturday evening, after waiting nearly an hour for our order, it arrived and it was all completely wrong. We'd been given someone else's order. After spending almost half an hour trying to get through to them - the calls just automatically ended every time we called them - we finally got through. They didn't apologise and just said we'd get a new order sent out and that would be another 45 minutes wait. Firstly, we should be priority order now given that we'd waited an hour already and they were the ones who made the error but no. Secondly, I asked for a refund or at least some gesture of good will and was rudely told 'you either want your food or you want a refund you aren't getting both' Terrible customer service. Given the current situation, you'd be thinking they'd be doing anything to keep their regulars happy and keep any custom they have. I can assure you I won't order from there again and would suggest avoiding if you want the right delivery and decent service!!!

Went to the restaurant and it was pretty good but when I ordered online there were items missing which was so disappointing.

We came to Soor for the first time as it was local eatery and soon realised it was a mistake. Everything we ordered that was not grilled was microwaved, including the rice, I took one forkful of the rice and could not eat any more....

Great value authentic Lebanese food. Good vegan and vegetarian options and very friendly staff. Delicious and highly recommended.

This is the best family restaurant to eat and they always serve with a smile. It serves great breakfast. nothing that’s bad in here. My children loves their milkshakes. We are fortunate to live near this great place.

We’ve been getting take away from Soor throughout the lockdown and it did not disappoint. The food is great - recommend getting chicken shawarma rather than taouk as it’s juicier. The falafel, the moutabel and the wraps are absolutely fantastic.
