Terrible experience at Pizza Hut Restaurants Finchley Lido! The pizza was awful—bland, greasy, and tasted nothing like a proper pizza. The salad bar was practically empty, with barely any fresh options available. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was shocking, especially the toilets, which were filthy and clearly not maintained. The service was slow and unhelpful, making the entire visit even worse. Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—stay away!

Visited in low traffic period during weekday. Just managed to make the daily lunch buffet as it was closing. Various pizzas on offer incl vegetarian option. Salad buffet on offer as well. Nothing out of the ordinary but adequate.

Waited nearly 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered. Pizza.

Me and my partner came to Pizza Hut this evening for a quick bite to eat how ever what we got was quite the opposite the salad bar was empty and the pizza was stone cold and I had specifically asked for no bacon in my partners pizza as they can’t eat it how ever when the pizza arrived it was covered in bacon the pizzas where like eating cardboard and when asking if I could speak to someone about it the workers just walked away . STAY AWAY IF YOU CEAR ABOUR FOOD QUALITY AND YOUR MONEy

The food was never delivered so either the restaurant or the driver is a lier. Don’t bother calling the restaurant because the phone doesn’t get answered. Worst experience ever.

The food was pretty horrible. Pizza, side dishes, desserts, I'm quite sure everything is from frozen. They just microwave and serve.

Even though we didn't book in advance on a busy Sunday, we received great service from Jessna. The pizzas were yummy as always. Keep up!

Honestly, good traditional service is completely lacking here. We asked for in-person order taking, they said they would see if anyone had the time to do it but we would have to wait. So all of us were on our phones ordering individually and then we’re expected to pay ‘service charge’ even though we pretty much did everything ourselves. When you go to a restaurant, not having proper table service is actually quite a blow to traditional dining experiences, even at a Pizza Hut

Setting aside the nostalgia I think this Pizza Hut is well run. People are friendly and respectful (especially the manager). The buffet was very good - never lacking in variety/pizza and the pizza was piping hot! Ice cream machine was working and salad bar was being topped up frequently as well. I must admit that the price of pizza outside of the buffet is wayyyy too expensive which means the only thing worth getting is the buffet lunch. But I think it is worth it.

I was pizza hut when I was growing up young, aged with my parents in my birthday every year mom an Dad would take me out for my birthday dinner and sometime birthday lunch I was kid I like going to different places whatever I go only for a cheat day I been in the gym more an I alway been in gym here in Finchley lido this is my opinion I got questions I know my here it will be about 5 or 10 from here I live in Finchley not to close to here I like birthdays I like go to Different places around here in the Great North Leisure Park I enjoy it I like have feedback second when I Do I need support an 1to1 I need some help perpcation let's see I can do I like to try in the future I would like like but likes see I can do please because that I know restaurant Questions this is opinion I have been pizza hut when I was growing up as a kid but I did with my parents that where I did growing up when I was teen as well same here birthdays I like to try pizza hut someday okay I do also remind to this place I know my place.

Staff members rude and for the most part incompetent, except for one who actually brought us our food. I’m not asking for a smile, just something more than a scowl. Over half an hour wait for pizza, likely they forgot about us, as it was brought out as soon as my friend asked where our food was. Food was ok but I usually like going to restaurants where I’m treated like a paying customer and not an inconvenience.

I can't thank Rosselle enough for the amazing pizza she made as well as excellent service we got from the young man. . Their expertise and kindness brought a personal touch to our lunch. The buffet had a good selection of pizzas. It was easy to identify the veg ones as there had a green pizza cutter. For me the deep pan pizza is my favourite. The service was good and hot pizzas were flowing. Very fresh and tasty food. The salad bar bought back memories from my childhood. The pizza is just as good as I remember. The venue is a good size and modern. I loved the retro themed bar area. This casual dining setting is great for families with kids. They also have the ice cream factory which is another childhood favourite. There's not many dine in Pizza Hut Restaurants around so this is a rare gem. I would definitely be retuning. They have lots of good offers for example an evening meal deal with dessert.

Jesna was fantastic! They seemed understaffed but she managed to attend to everyone and be everywhere at the same time. Always with a smile and positive attitude.

What really stood out to me at Pizza Hut was how welcoming and friendly Haary and Jessna and Mansi were. They made the whole experience feel special, like I was more than just another customer. Their attention to detail and genuine care made a big difference, and I left feeling truly satisfied and appreciated.

The pizza was tasty, but the music was too loud, the hygiene of the table, kitchen and bar was not good and the toilets were downright dirty.

I spent £60 here on the 4th of august only to spend the whole hour of my meal being shoved and pushed by a party of 15 children who were running around screaming, pushing, and falling over whilst playing tag and hide and seek. I was ran into and pushed on three separate occasions by three different children coming to and from the buffet whilst holding my food, our table was also bumped into and kicked by these children whilst constantly running past our table. No efforts were made to ask parents to quiet these children but when i emailed with my complaint the response i received was that kids will be kids which i find shocking. I understand kids will be loud and excited by that gives no excuse for children to be pushing strangers. Not to mention these children were left unsupervised by their parents leading to them shoving their hands into the ice cream topping station and eating them and putting their head under the drinks/ice machine and eating ice. DISGUSTING.

Visited a pizza hut dine in after a few years and now I know why I left it so long. To name juat a few disappointments: Seating area dirty and unhygienic. Salad bar, lots of cross contamination of food with many options finished/unavailable. Ordering system for food, you now have to use a QR code which is stuck to the table and pay as you order, card payments only. We could see into the food prep area, food being handled without staff wearing gloves, hair nets etc.. the guy who who's doing most of this then later came out to sweep the floor and tidy the self serve drinks area, then straight back into the food prep area without even washing his hands. Our total spend worked out to £25.00 per head, very poor value for money. I certainly wouldn't recommend going to a pizza hut to eat in. Not an overall great experience, very underwhelming.

Zero customer service of interaction at all. Only allowed orders via app on phones, extremely slow, toilets filthy and the one man on the floor “working” had the worst body odour have been in the misfortune of having my nose exposed to.

Food was hot and tasty, plenty of space for a pram too, plenty of selection in the salad bar, staff were on hand to explain and answer any queries we had. Everything was nice and clean too.

After waiting an hour from placing the order when it arrived it was tepid. The onion rings were almost cold and the pizza was warm at best. Having waited an hour I was too hungry to contact the restaurant and just ate the pizza. Left some of the onion rings.

It was amazing, Rubika, our waitress gave amazing service and helped us maximise our value for money by letting us know it would be better to get a deal. My dad wanted a specific order he had gotten years ago and the chef was able to make the pizza perfectly. Sided and everything were very nice. The manager was also very welcoming and helped us when we arrived.

I ordered at 9:30pm and I received my order at 22:11pm. After all of that, I didn’t even receive ice cream with the cookie dough which it states that it includes. Overall disappointed with the whole experience with just eats

The service was bad, we had to clear the table our self. desert took nearly a hour to come. We brought a cake in for my brothers birthday and when we asked if it could be brought out the manger brought it in its plastic bag and practically threw it over. Had to unbag it, put the candles on my self near our table which totally ruined the surprise. Previously when going for my daughters birthday staff would bring the cake out with a candle on top and even sing. Bathrooms needed a clean.

Brought me back to my childhood in an oddly way ! I haven’t been Pizza Hut in years…can’t go wrong with their salads. Everything was 10/10 only thing I disliked was that they only accept card payments. There was no signs of that policy that they carry out anywhere.

Went here with friends for dessert. Ordered the cookie dough having been told it was good. (Somehow had ordered the wrong flavour on the App. The manager brought it out and corrected OUR mistake by giving us the dessert we wanted. You don't usually get customer service like this and yes, the white choc cookie dough was lovely.

I've been a regular customer at Pizza Hut at Finchley Leisure for years, but recent experiences have left me deeply disappointed. Despite the delicious food, the unwelcoming behavior of the staff, particularly towards children, has become intolerable. On several occasions, my friends and I have witnused the staff being downright rude and cross with kids, completely ruining the dining atmosphere. It's disheartening to see such a lack of hospitality towards young patrons who simply want to enjoy their meal. Until Pizza Hut addresses this issue and ensures their staff are more welcoming and friendly, I'll have to take my business elsewhere.

Held my kid's birthday party here with a large group of children and some adults. Despite the restaurant being very busy, the manager and staff went above and beyond to make it an easy, straightforward and enjoyable experience for us. The pizza was really good.

I ate here on Friday afternoon on the 12/04/24 hours after eating here I was violently sick and it's now 15/04/24 and just feeling a bit better was anyone else unwell. I don't like leaving messages like this so if anyone could help me and hopefully it's just me that's not well

Ol. Generally like pizza hut but the ordering system (DIY) takes away the treat of eating out. Should offer a choice of ordering.

Not my usual cup of tea, but nostalgic, and fun for the kids. Good service, staff was attentive (saw reviews saying otherwise, so was prepared for worst) Was sat near door and they did a great job of greeting customers and adjusting to the variety of group sizes. I also appreciated having choices of pizza availability, not just one-topping pizzas, but variety like the new hot honey pizza. Was there during school holidays mid-day at lunchtime

The lady who was greeting on entrance was awesome.

Place was empty apart from our table. Service was extremely slow and without care. The food was not nice had missing ingredients on my pizza and it was bland and not like the photos. Would never eat here again.

They have fantastic vegan options in the restaurant!! At the salad bar I discovered all of the sauces (I think apart from one) are actually vegan!! I was shocked!! I have an egg allergy so I tentatively had a bite of the edge of the lettuce with some blue cheese sauce on top and i didn't react so I'm very certain it's vegan. The sauce was tangy and cheesy and the salad bar was pretty clean and tidy so huge credit to the staff working there! The only option for vegan is the deep pan base so I had an individual pizza which was great. It didn't have too much gloopy cheese, the base was crispy underneath and fluffy on top. It was absolutely loaded with veg. I had it alongside the ranch sauce from the salad bar. It was the perfect dipping sauce. It was like a less garlicky, garlic and herb dip. The portion was massive, I couldn't physically finish it!

Attended for my daughter’s 8th party with a group of 20! Service was impeccable, food was hot and fresh with the right amount of toppings. It was quick and easy to order and staff were amazing. Very attentive manager and table staff. One of the best services received and definitely differs from any others we have been to.

Was served by stocky blonde woman with face like thunder, obviously didn't want to be there giving off very bad vibes, looked as though she couldn't wait to finish her shift and be out the front door with doggy bag, disgusting service!

My kids love Pizza the Hut, mainly for the ice cream station but also the pizza. The kids menus are a decent value, I think. The salad bar and ice cream bar are usually chaotic and messy. Pizza usually comes quickly.

Harry and darriel were lovely hardworking waiters that went above and beyond for us very polite and food was hot and tasty will definitely be back

The pizza was soggy and the cheese not melted. The topping were coming loose and the quality of the pizza was poor compared to previous visits.

Ordered last night and wow, just wow at how good the pizza was. The delivery driver named Joe was so nice, he arrived super fast and was very friendly. Thank you for the superb service.

Thoroughly enjoyed the salad buffet, had 5 rounds. We thought we got the wrong order and asked for a change of pizza midway. Checked the order and our fault, we entered incorrectly on the app. Manager still gave us an additional pizza in the topping we wanted on the house. Ended up enjoying 2 pizzas- vegetable with chicken, and then the spicy vegetable we originally wanted. Thank you Debinny (not sure if I remembered the manager's name correctly, this was 9pm on Saturday 7 oct 2023). Top notch, a pity the ice cream factory wasn't running! Would definitely come again.

Manager is Indian and very rude and very bad mannered with dirty clothes . Look at his bottom ! Is it the reason of Pizza Hut branches closing due to staff complaints ? Pizza Hut is closing down every where - it’s such a shame . Will never come again to this Resturant.

Modern vibrant atmosphere. Good variety on the Salad Bar and Pizza is cooked perfectly. Although service is limited to a person finding a table, telling you to order via the app and bringing your drink ordered via the app, the person themselves was pleasant and cheerful when interacting with me which is why the service has 5 stars. Plenty of parking.

The staff are extremely attentive and kind, especially Harry who always makes sure we are satisfied with our meal. Food is great and overall it’s a really enjoyable experience.

My recent visit to Pizza Hut (North Finchley) was quite disappointing. The restaurant was extremely messy; plates were left uncleared even when customers were finished, and there was food and mess on the floor. The overall cleanliness was just disgusting. Given this experience, I won't be returning to Pizza Hut.

When arriving the colleague told us how to order on the app, i I formed him we may feel better ordering from them directly, he informed me that was fine, but to bear with as they were short staffed, which I thought was good rather then just letting us wait around and get frustrated, almost set the expectations at the start. However even though they were short staffed we actually had no problems at all with service (we did end up ordering online as it was easy enough) Was a little colder then expected inside, but it was a heat wave so that was kind of expected! Maybe take a cardigan for those more sensitive to the cold!

We went there for a family lunch. Me my Pregnant wife and my 2 years old. Buffet was good option with unlimited pizza. Everything was fine untill the moment my wife spotted the Chef spraying antibacterial all over the toppings like having a water gun fun. I understand that she was just cleaning the fridge, but common sense food needs to be covered right??? Obviously my wife was put down by this and she didn't want to eat more. After explaining to the manager what happened.. He brought back the cleaning sanitizer spray and explained that is suitable to use in the kitchen . I would guys give you an idea , why don't you add this sanitizer spray to the buffet or the drinks menu??? There are health and safety courses which your Chef didn't probably attend...

In terms of the Gentleman that took us to our table he was polite & friendly. We went for the buffet option and I became quickly uncomfortable and disappointed when sitting at our table I saw the lady working in the kitchen spray a pink chemical on the covers of the pizza toppings this was done over the food which was uncovered. Whilst I understand that cleaning chemicals being used in a kitchen is a good sign and that it means should the food drop on counters the counters are clean and the food would be fine I don't believe this should lead to the spray being used & spray over the top of uncovered food. As a customer I didn't feel this was the correct thing to do, I am actually pregnant and this became a big worry for me after already having consumed food before seeing this.

Looks like an American diner, the pizza hut buffet was decent too. They had a salad bar, which hardly anyone uses. The pizza selection wasn’t much, but what was there was amazing. Pasta wasn’t the best though.

Listen everytime I come here they know it’s me and I’m grabbing my pizza for the movies and they ALWAYS give me free salad! The managers are extremely hardworking and the place is always lively and vibrant. That speaks for itself. People love coming here I know I do. P.S they do the best vegan pizza I’ve had since leaving the US of A 😎

Easy app to order food. The salad bar was fresh and there was plenty of everything on offer. Looked like there were only two wait staff for the whole place. So they were rushed off their feet. But always friendly service.

This Pizza Hut is a very big and nice branch, but my only complaint is the use of the ice cream machine. It is very unhygienic but it can still be used. Came for the buffet and food was very delicious! Wide selection of drinks too👍

Standard food that you expect from Pizza Hut. The buffet deal looked good, but we weren’t here at the right time to take advantage of it. We enjoyed our margherita pizza. The salad bar was nice, although it is inevitably going to be unhygienic. I don’t recall any sneeze guards either. I saw a woman using a paper napkin to hold the tongs (good idea), but then she accidentally dropped it on the food… Also, I didn’t see any labels for the salad dressing, so wasn’t really sure what I was getting. Service was efficient, especially ordering via QR code. The restaurant was comfortable, but if you’re looking for a peaceful environment, this is not the place.

I opened the cookie dough box, and there is only a quarter it in there, the dough bites are tiny Aswell!

My daughter and I visited today and it was very busy as you can expect in the summer holidays. We ordered our food and my daughter food was taking a while to come out. After 25 mins I asked the manager Harry who went to check on it. He came out straight away and apologized saying the food had been given to the wrong table and will be out shortly. He also refunded my meal. In my experience mistakes will always happen, what's important is how it is dealt with and Harry was extremely professional and personable. A lovely experience.

As far as Pizza Hut go, this one is by far the best. Service with a smile, welcoming and cleanliness was impeccable. The food was par excellence, fresh salad with fresh ingredients on the pizza, simply tasted heavenly. Keep up the good work team Pizza Hut..

Experience was one of a kind thanks to Dave. He went above and beyond friendly kind and helpful. A must have in any Pizza Hut. Will be coming back very soon. Hats off.
