There was a bug in the pizza the size of texts food was actually very nice but the bug wasnt

Did get what I ask for after telling them 3 times what I wanted ask for cheese and bacon burger with mayo and hashbrown she said chicken burger and I said no 3 times a steak burger went and got it they had no hash browns and when I got it home it was a chicken burger with no mayo the bap was burned and the bottom of the baby wouldn't come out of the box because the cheese was on the wrong side of the bap

It's ok food. Establishment is absolutely heartbreaking. The girl working was in darkness and the electrics are absolutely burnt out. Lights hanging off and years of grease stains everywhere. Seems like a very grim place.

Honestly the most amazing place in Northern ireland, food is amazing and the owner is so kind. Would suggest this place to anyone.

Been there this evening after a few years having not been as I don’t live locally but still pop into this establishment from time to time and like always, the pizza never disappoints. Owner was very friendly and chatty. Has a nice setting and an interesting approach to stand out from the crowd with their decor. Would definitely recommend.

If you want a kebab meat and naan bread.... Do not go unless you want to spend £7.50 on vegetables and naan. Meat was reheated on griddle from plastic box and only he/owner knows how long its been sitting for.... Not recommended at all. Last time for a complaint and 1st time reviewing anywhere in Saintfield. Update on review.... Heated up kebab meat again on the hot plate. No fresh off the rotator and this is 1 year later after this 1st review!!! People eating nonsense and paying for it when you could get it delivered from Ballynahinch (slightly more expensive... But) only good thing about this place is the house sauce and chips.. Thumbs down unless your drunk enough to eat it,, which is usually the only way

Was visiting the area and craving a pizza and came across this place. Pizza was on point. The toppings were plentiful. The meat was tasty and succulent. Will use this place again when we visit the area.

Lovely handmade kebab pizza with pepperoni mixed vegg and love 😋. Love coming here, my favourites are pizza and steak kebabs. Next want to try the pasta.

Had a couple of pizzas from the joint yesterday. The dough was fresh and light, and meat feast in particular was great and so morish.

For some reason there’s an oddly inconsistent set of reviews for this little take away. Some people sing their praises and other think it’s terrible. We decided to take a chance. We’ve just moved into the area and don’t really know where to get a cheeky take away yet! We got some kebabs and a kids meal. And honestly, the kebabs were great! Well made, good sized portions and very tasty. Kids seemed happy with their chicken and chips too. So I don’t know why the inconsistency. Maybe they have occasional bad days (like all of us). One other weirdness though is the lack of a card reader for payment. I saw at least 6 other customers have to leave to find cash while I was waiting. Not ideal in 2023. All in all though a very good take away. We’ll definitely be back (with cash!)

Terrible customer service. Literally every time I order out of here something is missing or it takes ridiculously long to arrive. Food almost always cold on arrival aswell. Tonight ordered some food and stuff was missing, rang up requesting refund as it was the last straw. Second part of order came and was freezing cold after about an hour and a half of waiting. Refund was on condition that I brought food back myself (the whole reason I ordered delivery in the first place was because I couldn’t drive so this was impossible) but by that time food was at the bottom of the bin (where it belongs) £15 out of pocket and starving. Might aswell of burned the money. In conclusion, do not order from here!

Can be busy on Weekends but amazing nonetheless!!

Ordered 2 mixed kebabs on salad food was delicious, however it was delivered 1 hour and 40 min late and didnt have any salad.

They took over 2 hours and they never showed up. Do not buy from this place! No customer service at all! We called them and they were so rude!

Really the worst service I've ever experienced. Ordered pizza online and it still hadn't arrived two and a half hours later, after calling three times to ask. They just fobbed us off saying it was on its way, lies!! Don't buy from this place, I will be telling all my friends the same.

Bought Doner kebab and the cartons it was delivered in where melted. Meat was burnt. Had problems before. I will never use this place again. Absolutely terrible. Delivery was 40 minutes late. 1 pizza ,1 done kebab and a box of done meat. £26.40. I might as well of burnt the money.

Have to say it has to be the worst pizza that I've ever had, crust was near black and the chicken smelled off more like a fishy smell will not order again 🤢

Really shocking all round. The pizza was like cardboard (you could actually hold the entire pizza in the air and it wouldn't bend) and had no flavour. The Bolognese was flavourless (pasta was cooked OK). The chips were so dry your mouth instantly turned into a desert. Garlic sauce was watery and really poor quality. Delivery was also late. Large pizza, Bolognese, Chip, dip and two drinks was £25. Never again. Trust the bad reviews. This place needs to massively improve.

Worst food I’ve ever had. That bongustaia I’m not sure if it was even food. Whiskers cat food looked and smelled better. So bland and none appealing never again. When I was trying to convince myself this can be good. I’d rather save u all this hassle and please get rid off ur taste buds before eating there

Very poor. Ordered kebab and chips with garlic mayo. I got kebab with NO chips and kebab sauce. Basically just the meat. How you can forget the chips and piut on wrong sauce i have no idea. Then wanted me to pay for delivery for them to replace it. Avoid.

Without a doubt, the most delicious pizza I've ever had. My husband and I were gobsmacked about how good it was. He had the "Volcano" with a chilli base, and I had the "Mafia" on a traditional base. Proper Italian Chef, creating proper pizza art. First time we'd ordered there and I have no doubt that we will be loyal customers for years to come. Lucky to have "Something Italian" as our new favourite. Top stuff!!!

If I could I would give this a 0 star I waited 1 gr 1 and 30 mins for my food and the chips were soggy ,the kabab was soggy and disgusting everything was wet and tasted disgusting

Ordered a Hawaiian pizza with some extra toppings. Got the pizza with a few of the extra toppings minus one which I actually paid extra for and oh guess what no pineapple or ham! How you can get this wrong is beyond me! Also ordered Diet Coke and was sent full fat! Won’t be ordering again from the this place! Rarely order from here anyway but this has put me right off! Feel like I’ve been completely ripped off as this wasn’t just an oversight in my eyes! The order is in black and white for them as I ordered it on the app! Disgraceful way to treat a customer let alone send an order out like this hoping they won’t notice!

Ordered a pizza for collection. Got the whole way home to realise the pizza was wrong and without meat and just had olives on it. Wouldn’t even deliver another one or refund me!! AVOID THIS PIZZA PLACE

Will never order anything again, placed an order over the phone for delivery when order arrived part of it was wrong, rang to be told that they would send the correct delivery waited for over an hour rang to see where the food was to be told they were not sending it now why couldn't they phone me and tell me this. Disgraceful.

Iv seen better meals on “rate my plate “ it’s ment to be curly fries with cheese and bacon ...brutal it actually worries Me that I ate half the hotdog , wouldn’t recommend there was other items Ordered and no one was Overly fused 🤮🤮🤮

Food was disgusting I ordered a few weeks ago and they keep sending me messages and reminding me of the bad experience. Pizza was burnt with horrible tasting toppings. The pasta was like pasta in water with about 4 pieces of bacon. I have bought nicer microwave dishes from Iceland. Chips where over cooked and hard as rocks. Would never order from them again. Wish I knew how to stop the messages so I never have to think about it again

Kebab was lethal, spicy pizza has set me on fire and can't breathe through my nose... Guess that's what was on the menu for spicy pizza... Unreal

Only getting 1 star because i can not leave a review without it. Ordered by phone, told 35mins for collection, couldnt get the order right so they had to get someone to call back to confirm the order. £5 for a kids sausage supper....half portion of dried up chips and 1 sausage that i wouldnt even give to a dog. Chips were not fresh cut chips, frozen fried chips, that were over cooked, disgusting. 2 mixed kebabs ordered, both with sauce, but they hardly put a drizzle on it, so all dried up, with again over cooked frozen chips. Just disgusting all round, avoid at all costs!!

For an Italian I was disappointed in the pizza, the cheese is a weird cheese, the pasta was definitely better than the pizzas however.

Ordered online at 6:15 and I went in at 6:30 several people arrived after me ordered and had theirs, ended up asking for my money back at 7:25 when I found out the pizza was not even in the oven. Absolutely ridiculous would not recommend.

Food is pure rubbish, won't be going there again

It's hard to make a bad pizza, but you guys accomplished it , you win the award for the worst pizza I have ever had. The bread was doughy and under cooked a severe lack of cheese and pepperoni accompanied by an abundance of onions and peppers all raw and cold , the dog wouldn't even touch it. I am assuming this isn't your normal standard of food otherwise you would have closed down by now. Unfortunately first impressions stick

Absolutly horrible food. Delivery was quick and guy was friendly but that’s the only nice thing I can say about this place. Food was terrible. Onion rings where soggy and over cooked, goats cheese salad had some nasty sauce over it. Pizza was worst I ever had. Absolutly no flavour at all, burnt to a crisp. Garlic bread funny taste of it. First time ordering from here, and last time.

Our local go-to pizza place, proper Italian pizza with gorgeous sauce. Owner is friendly and chatty. Very good selection of toppings and pasta is supposed to be very good though I haven't tried it myself yet.

Pasta is yummy, guys said pizza was awesome too! Waited a while for it to be ready but I've no probs with that as everything was cooked fresh!!

Pizza and pasta dishes are very nice and a fair price, the man doing the food (presume owner) is lovely and helpful and good chat, was very busy the night I was in so took a while but didn't mind as food was good

Ordered here for the first time tonight. Pizza was superb and the gentleman serving was a joy to speak to. I know where Ill be getting my pizza from now on. Ill be traveling from belfast knowing im getting the full package here!!!!!! Thank you, Something Italian.

Apalling customer service. Ordered for delivery. An hour and a half later food still hadn't arrived despite 2 more phone calls from me and reassurances from the owner that it would be there any minute. Ended up going to Eating Options where I received my order quickly and piping hot and arrived home just as the driver from Something Italian was being sent away by my husband (in my 3rd call to them I'd told the owner that if the food wasn't with us in 15 mins I was cancelling the order - it wasn't by a long shot). Nice food...if it ever reaches you.

One of the worst pizza's i have ever bought - heavy think bread base with terrible quality of toppings. garlic tasted bad, the cheese was nasty and there was wayyy too much of it. Avoid at all costs!

eat from here on a regular basis. Decided to try a pasta dish instead of pizza this evening for a change, was AMAZING!!!
