What can I say this place is amazing ... my daughter in law is serbian and the guy played serbian music for her the food was out of this world.. service was professional and very freindly . Would fully reccomend if in worthing

Delicious food, really fresh and healthy. Very reasonable. The staff and decor is great. We will be back soon! The stew was amazing and the salad was beautifully fresh.

Can't recommend enough, just had 6 tapas dishes & 2 pints for £26 and it was delicious! Best chicken wings & best hummus I've ever had!! Waitress was wonderful, knowledge and friendly. Chef was brilliant. Welcoming, family friendly, comfortable with delicious food! Can not wait to go back & try more!! Well done guys!!

Authentic Bulgarian food, freshly prepared to order. Friendly and personable service. I highly recommend it.

What a disappointment. Booked a couple of weeks ago after seeing reviews and 10% offer on Facebook. Five of us sat down in an otherwise empty restaurant on a Tuesday evening. The owner/waiter/manager didn’t interact with us at all. We tried. Even asking the Bulgarian for Cheers! 1st and 2nd wine choices not available. Therefore had to order dearer option. My starter didn’t arrive so had to ask. Wasn’t ordered apparently. Odd that as fellow guests all heard me say clearly. The calamari was lovely as was the pork - just not eaten with me! Mains arrived but not as ordered. Lamb stew sounds like lamb skewers apparently! Finally the chips tasted triple fried…. In old oil. I had such high hopes as friends had recommended Sofia’s but sadly I won’t be back.

Had a wonderful, healthy vegan meal here yesterday. I used to go to Bulgaria regularly and I miss the food. The food here was delicious and they cater for my vegan diet and for meat eaters exceptionally well. Do try!

This is a gem of a resteraunt with excellent food and a very warm and friendly welcome from Boris and his Wife We have been there many times and have always had the same welcome and excellent food. Well worth a visit.

Our second visit to this gem of a restaurant in Worthing. Food once again was very tasty, plenty of it and helpful, cheerful waitress. Would highly recommend a visit to this lovely restaurant. We will be returning!

Very friendly waitress, and the food portions were massive. We arrived when they had just opened and shared a garlic bread with lutenitsa dip. Then had lamb skewers which were really tender. The Ice cold beer went perfectly . We were too full and sadly didn’t manage to eat pancakes desserts. We will be back again.

Never been to a Bulgarian restaurant before. The waitress was brilliant, the food was tasty and plentiful. The garlic bread is amazing. Excellent value for money, we'll definitely go again.

Very much a cafe style. Went on a Tuesday evening and booked online in advance. We were the only people there (I wonder if they opened specially). Food was excellent. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Advised us that one salad as a starter would be enough for two people.

This was a first visit for lunch with a former work colleague. He had warned that portion sizes were large so we skipped starters and went for Kavarmas as the main course; one pork, one chicken. It was obvious that the food had been made to order, it was piping hot, a very good portion and really tasty. We accompanied our mains with Russian salad from the starters menu and a portion of Bulgarian bread; again, substantial and tasty. We had a bottle of reasonably priced Bulgarian red wine and both felt that the meal was competitively priced and represented good value for money. We meet periodically for lunch and are confident that we will be back to extend our knowledge of the Sofia's menu.

Good food , Bulgarian home cooked , large portions, , heavy emphasis on meat , simple furnishings , friendly welcome , not expensive , open all day , closed Monday .

Had been meaning to visit this place for a long time, I was not disappointed. It’s very traditional and casual but the food was delicious and there was a very laid back atmosphere. If you want a top class restore r this is not for you but it was exactly what I wanted. Proper homemade Bulgarian food that had been slowly cooked. Very cafe like in appearance but really enjoyable. We had the Vegan Sach as my friend is a vegetarian and many of the meals are for two but I’m going back to try a neat version soon. It’s nice to have a bit of variety in the town.

Crepes to die for, savoury and sweet! Gorgeous purlenka too :-) Everything cooked fresh to order. What's not to like :-)

If you’ve ever been lucky enough to go to Bulgaria then you will know that this is as good an experience as eating in a traditional Bulgarian restaurant. Boris and his lovely wife Kamelia are the perfect hosts. Take the Sach challenge.

Visiting Worthing for the weekend we made an online booking and the food was absolutely lovely and the staff friendly and helpful. If we hadn’t booked online we may have walked past as it has an unprepossessing frontage. Well worth a visit

This was an impromptu decision for lunch and what luck! The owners were super friendly and efficient. And the food - we had savoury crepes and grilled chicken - was delicious. And reasonably priced. We will definitely return. A real jewel in Central Worthing.

We had a great meal with some very good Bulgarian wine. Everything was freshly prepared and the quality and value was impressive.

Absolutely amazing food with a real Bulgarian feel. Beautiful small intimate restaurant. Would recommend and will return.
