Snappy Tomato Pizza - Elgin in Moray

The food was really good and was the best pizza I have every had!

The pakora was more like battered chicken and the Oil in the fryer clearly needs changed, and the pizza I ordered should have had pineapple on it and there was none!! I won't be ordering from you again!.

can't fault them for the food always grand, and delivering out to me so far away as well early absolutely brilliant

I love the chicken pakora. they are large & filling.

Fries were tasty, but the kebab lacked flavour, tasted strange like it was old meat. Sad that the flavour isn't as vibrant as it used to be.

Food was gleaming, the delivery tends to be quick when I’d presume it’s less busy.

Pizza was delivered pipping hot, fresh and on time! Really good pizza! I will definitely will order again.

Ok, so I think this branch has changed hands as their pizzas were the best (in my opinion), however when tried recently their base was wet and floppy as was the crust. The topping was oily and greasy (meat feast) and tends to slide off the pizza when picked up. They were good enough to send out replacements when we complained but the replacements were pretty similar so guess that's just the way they are now. That said, they are 100% improved if you leave them overnight and stick them in the air fryer for 5mins. The base and crust crisps up and the topping stays on the pizza. Happy days! They still aren't a patch on what they used to be so I won't be returning.

Very disappointed. The pizza base had not been cooked, and it was lukewarm after delivery. I could have rolled it up like a Swiss roll, and what I did eat, I can only describe as eating a chewy sweet. I don't know what had happened, but I guess it needed a few minutes out of its tray on the hot surface to firm it up. Unacceptable. This is what I needed to do in my oven, which I did and problem solved. With it being a giant pizza (£23) it took a bit of time. Unfortunately, I can't return after this,sorry.

Considering the cost, the size and quantity of food seemed pretty poor. Quality wise it was ok. Delivery was fine. However, for fifty quid it seemed steep for what you get. There are deals/meals on the Just Eat page but naturally their hidden beneath

I’m shocked with my wrap that I got from here I asked for just lettuce!! and my meat was all chewy and cold. My chips were cold in the middle I’m really not happy with this service and would like a refund!

One of the worst kebabs I have ever had, coupled with cold unsalted fries and a weird square pizza that tasted of nothing. disappointed first time customer that won't return

we received our order and the burger had salad on and we asked for it to be plain my son could not eat it as he tasted the salad. my partner asked for tomato sauce on her chicken donor and chips and cheese never came with any on so ruined her meal also we are not happy we paid 41 pound an dcouod not eat half of it.

Absolutely tasteless. Sauce, base, cheese and toppings. No flavour.

Very disappointed with this place! Put our order in and waited over an hour and a half when on the page it said 35-50 minutes! I phoned them to be told we would have to wait another 20/30 minutes! Therefore I cancelled our order as I was not willing to wait over 2 hours for my food! I also asked to speak to the manager to be told “oh he has just left the shop”. Very poor customer service!! I will NOT be ordering from them again and will certainly not be recommending them to anyone!

Kebab meat dreadful, and chips horrid went in bin in hotel, never again dont reccomend and starving now just eat dont care sent pics but what can they see when itsthe taste undercooked kebab meat with horrid smell

A huge thank you to Snappy Pizzas at Elgin for fulfilling a "beast" of an order last Friday and this afternoon. So massive it needed two deliveries and pre-orders over the phone 24 hours before. The man politely took the order without rushing me, even while I was still making amendments during it, and then checked the order prior to payment. There were no complaints from the partygoers about the quality of the food, and it was delivered on time on all 3 occasions. Snappy is their go-to provider and I would use them again based on my orders over the last 6 months.

The chicken bites were soggy and the pizza was not cut properly and toppings were in the corner of the box making the pizza also soggy at some parts.

Ordered around 6.30pm, it’s now 8.30pm and I have a raging 7 year old!! I called Snappys and they said to contact just eat and request a refund but I can’t see anywhere to do it! They said you refund! PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR THIS!

snappys always decent usually ok for on time good food as usual but the new chilli sauce for pakora is not good bring back the real chilli mix sauce not that stuff you've squeezed out of a bottle then we will be back to the 5 stars

ordered two doctor peppers and only received one.

Pizza was delivered and it had been tipped up so have the topping was missing off one side when I called after taking taking a photo of it they were no help

so we ordered hot spicy chicken and got bbq done meat was cold and chicken nuggets were soggy. also chicken burger was so greasy it made roll all soggy . got to be worst snappys we've ever had

Good food. I ordered large kebab and large chips. Kebab was good, I've had nicer salads though. Sauce portion is too small. Chips were good, just too few of them I think for a large portion.

Very impressive wait time. Showed up around 25 minutes early to the point I didn’t know who was ringing the bell because I was t expecting anyone for the following half hour. Food was great and really good value. Chuffed

The burger was good but when I left a note for tomato sauce on my chips they gave me salad cream on my chips instead

Placed an order for collection and got an email telling me that a second email would follow with a time of collection. No email came through so phoned the store after 20 minutes to make sure my order was received. Spoke to Zyir who told me the order was ready 10 minutes ago and is cold now. Explained the situation and asked for the order to be remade as I was not contacted and was told it was 'not his problem'. I asked for a refund and he told me bluntly that he can't do that and to contact head office which I have. I have been a long time customer of Snappys but will not be back. Some customer service training might be needed in this branch since all the good employees seem to have left.

Food was ok but the mixed kebab wrap is alrite but too much lamb kebab & not enough chicken & kebabs so next time put plenty mixed kebabs ok.
