Snappy Tomato Pizza - Elgin in Moray

Burger was good , chips were warm , didn’t have salt n vinegar on them , coleslaw was a bit tasteless

Meal was good but the juice i ordered was missing

Delivery was well over the time it was meant to be ,m

Tasty burger. Cheese used on the chips was a little bland though but still tasty

A huge thank you to Snappy Pizzas at Elgin for fulfilling a "beast" of an order last Friday and this afternoon. So massive it needed two deliveries and pre-orders over the phone 24 hours before. The man politely took the order without rushing me, even while I was still making amendments during it, and then checked the order prior to payment. There were no complaints from the partygoers about the quality of the food, and it was delivered on time on all 3 occasions. Snappy is their go-to provider and I would use them again based on my orders over the last 6 months.

The chicken bites were soggy and the pizza was not cut properly and toppings were in the corner of the box making the pizza also soggy at some parts.

Unfortunately we waited for 2 hours, and the food was not worth the wait.

They do good kebab and pizza. prices are good (do the square pizza that fills up the whole box to the edges) fast service friendly staff) clean and fresh. No complaints. Recommended. 👉💥🍕

Ordered around 6.30pm, it’s now 8.30pm and I have a raging 7 year old!! I called Snappys and they said to contact just eat and request a refund but I can’t see anywhere to do it! They said you refund! PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR THIS!

snappys always decent usually ok for on time good food as usual but the new chilli sauce for pakora is not good bring back the real chilli mix sauce not that stuff you've squeezed out of a bottle then we will be back to the 5 stars

ordered two doctor peppers and only received one.

Pizza was delivered and it had been tipped up so have the topping was missing off one side when I called after taking taking a photo of it they were no help

so we ordered hot spicy chicken and got bbq done meat was cold and chicken nuggets were soggy. also chicken burger was so greasy it made roll all soggy . got to be worst snappys we've ever had

pizza was a bit disappointing and greasy and the chips were undercooked - not my usual experience with snappys

Good food. I ordered large kebab and large chips. Kebab was good, I've had nicer salads though. Sauce portion is too small. Chips were good, just too few of them I think for a large portion.

Very impressive wait time. Showed up around 25 minutes early to the point I didn’t know who was ringing the bell because I was t expecting anyone for the following half hour. Food was great and really good value. Chuffed

Got here early which was magic! Delivery guy was also a good laugh. I get from snappys alot and it's always delivered quickly and good quality.

The burger was good but when I left a note for tomato sauce on my chips they gave me salad cream on my chips instead

Placed an order for collection and got an email telling me that a second email would follow with a time of collection. No email came through so phoned the store after 20 minutes to make sure my order was received. Spoke to Zyir who told me the order was ready 10 minutes ago and is cold now. Explained the situation and asked for the order to be remade as I was not contacted and was told it was 'not his problem'. I asked for a refund and he told me bluntly that he can't do that and to contact head office which I have. I have been a long time customer of Snappys but will not be back. Some customer service training might be needed in this branch since all the good employees seem to have left.

They forgot the salad plus good food

excellent food always best pizzas and Kebab wraps in town

Food was ok but the mixed kebab wrap is alrite but too much lamb kebab & not enough chicken & kebabs so next time put plenty mixed kebabs ok.

Was lovely and delivered early delight will be back again .

Waited 90 minutes to recieve a cold pizza, lukewarm burgers and xhicken that was questionable if properly cooked

Food was ok but warm so we heated up to make it hot done and that chilli sauce is different as not seen like it as the last time is better.so next time make it hot food delivered ok.

Missing some food, and some pizzas were wrong, first time it happened though.

It was nice & tasty food but the pizza had very little amount of pepperoni on it for being described as basically a pepperoni with extra pepperoni. Biggest pet peeve with pizza places is being sparse with toppings.

30 mins late from first quoted timing. Pizza was stone cold. Base was like cardboard. Toppings were slim. Needed this as an annual reminder why I don’t order through just eat

Order was late, when I asked the driver he said oh is it, food was also cold, filed not happy with order through just eat but no reply a week later and still waiting, couple things we managed to heat up in microwave but most of order had to be binned

Yet again something missing from our order ( garlic bread ) and twice no extra pepperoni on pizzas . Just Eat ask for a photo but how is that even possible when it’s not there .

Tried the meal deal this time and was such great value for money. I tried the spicy chicken pizza for first time and was so tasty.

The food was cold on arrival and the chips was cold the sweet herbie was hard crust and the food was later than it said on the app. Couldn’t eat it and very disappointed with tonight’s order as usually the food is good. Maybe look for more reliable delivery service…

Unfortunately wrap came with what we think is bbq sauce instead of garlic mayo and it was a sweet sickly sauce and No garlic mayo with the mixed kebab, chips and cheese.

Pizza was one of the best I’ve had in ages. Everything was hit and tasted amazing.

Food went cold coz delivery was late to delivery and small cheese on chips is a joke so I will not order again in future so will order from somewhere else from now not very happy with this service

Food always good from snappy, driver always polite, did have an issue this delivery though got a 1/4 pounder instead of 1/2 pounder.

Driver got lost / had issues. Called restaurant 45 minutes after receiving "on its way" notification. Replacement was sent very swiftly. Rare error but still recommend 100%.

Phone order was over 3hours late!!, i called the shop several times, the teenager that answered the phone was useless and didnt have a clue what was going on. Disgracefull service.... over 3 and half hours still waiting!!
