did not read notes to take the bacon out of the burger and I also paid for an extra separate can of coke I did not receive. food was tasty overall.

£95 worth of food, didn’t send 2 meals on the first try. Then on the second try didn’t send sides, waiting on 2 hours for it to turn up. Horrendous!!!

What a burger!!! Big, tasty, juicy, just brilliant. Also ordered chicken strips which the best I have ever had. To top it off, the garlic and bbq dips were outstanding.

fries were cold when they got here but apart from that it was all delicious, they even provided mayo and ketchup that I didn't ask for

I've never had an issue with quality from smoque burger, in fact it's always been great food and delivery times were good. however today has been a real let down, I waited almost an hour after the initial delivery time to receive my food and of course when it arrived the chips were stone cold, the rest was warm only because they wrap it in clingfilm, however the corn itself was burnt and the burger overcooked. A real shame as ife always previously enjoyed the quality of food from here.

easily my favourite burger shop, always good, never a disappointment. I had the chicken burger with cheese and bacon, added extra cheese and caramelised onions, it was glorious, I'll be ordering that again.

Delivery driver couldn't find where I live but honestly it was worth it, the burger is crazy good, the southern fries are well seasoned, the garlic mayo is fresh. They even added a few extra sauces, salt, pepper etc. Will definitely be ordering again.

Our order was marked by just eat as delivered which apparently is an ongoing issue but it hadn’t been and it was almost 1 hour late. The staff were helpful and the food was really nice but could have been hotter. The delivery time affected that. We would order again regardless.

Food is great, delivery time awful! I don’t understand why they have an app and give loyalty points only to sell cheaper on just eat, which in turn probably means they can’t cope with orders hence the poor delivery times!

Foods always great here but be aware of justeat, tried to say my food was delivered twice, they said that it would be delivered 20mins after i ordered it (did not believe that). Will be making a formal complaint to the justeats and not these guys :p

ordered at 19:17, didn't come till 21:30. all I was offered was £3 and complimentary dessert. dessert didn't come with the order when it eventually came. so all the compensation for a 2 and half wait was £3. can't fault the burger though

I have had a lot of burgers from this restaurant, and I will have a lot more from them. Not once have I ever had a bad burger from Smoque, they're always excellent.

The restaurant can’t tell us when the order left but it’s out for delivery. The restaurant is a 15 minute walk away!

The app says enjoy your food! but it is infact an hour and a half late from the ETA window. Sent for a text update, didn't get the text, phone lines are down. Hangry. Only writing this review to contact smoques (Brighton) as I've tried all the other avenues.

Unfortunately one of the most annoying things is the roll that was the parents meal was very overcooked bordering on ruined 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ and in the child’s meal one of the choices was homemade lemonade, but for some reason I was supplied with mint flavoured lemonade which I’m sure most children wouldn’t find palatable 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

No hay respuesta a un correo electrónico que envié con respecto a esto. Lástima, ya que habría sido un cliente que regresa de lo contrario.

Forgot to leave a review for this , I have been going here since the end of 2022 when I gave up 4 years of being a veggy and couldn't shake the craving for a burger lol they are mostly all the time spot on , they changed their chicken fillet burgers from the last last I ordered one and for the better ! love the new buns and the fillet burgers tasted better from the last time I got one

Was really looking forward to this but when I had some chicken strips they tasted funny because of the oil , I thought it was me being fussy but my friend said the same without me mentioning anything and because she had the chicken fillet burger she didn’t like that either , I called the restaurant to which there reply was that it was cooked in oil so what did I expect when saying what was the oil used .. chips where very dry and no salt for taste either .. sorry but not a great experience

I really liked the new buns on the chicken burgers, the long sub style ones were an improvement in my opinion. I hope you make those buns permanent, failing that, a selectable option. The quality was fantastic as always, delicious.

We love Smoques burgers but the customer service is just plain awful. There’s not a time on the app to suggest how long delivery will be and we’ve waited upto nearly 2 hours. There’s no apology. The burgers always arrive cold. If this happens again we will never order from this company again and we’ve been ordering from here since 2016

Good Food shocking service. I ordered via the app and my order was duplicated. I was promised a refund within 5 days and nothing received. I have contacted the company twice and tried to call no answer. Now having to proceed with credit card company to return funds. It is a shame good concept, good food but can have terrible execution and service.

Once again… they show me why it’s my favourite burger spot on Brighton! Efficient, great tasting hot food, added the new buffalo chicken bites to my order, didn’t expect the portion to be so big, and they were spicy!. A very full up happy man, love it!!!

Food was hot and tasted great. Delivery was great despite me having this delivered to a hotel it was seamless. They even remembered all the little bits that most forget like salt, sauces and wipes etc.

Have previously ordered from Smoque and was very good, however order was over 30 mins late and then one wrong burger was sent out. Partner is coeliac so must be gluten free, neither burger was labelled as GF and partners burger was supposed to bacon cheeseburger but received one with onion rings in so she could not any of it. All of the order turned up cold as well so really not impressed with my order which is a shame as Smoque can be very good 😞

SmoQue burger does do good food. It’s very tasty. You used to get a good decent portion of food for what is quite an expensive price. Unfortunately though, they have now reduced their portion sizes and the amount of food is really very small and no longer worth the money. It’s a real shame, but it’s time to find a better restaurant

I have ordered from SmoQue Burger in the past and was really impressed with both the quality and quantity for the money spent. However, on this occasion I was extremely disappointed when I received an order that would probably be classed as a kids meal of lesser quality and it cost me the best part of £16 !!! Complete let down and rip off.

I'm left a little perplexed as this is my first negative review. I've used Smoque Burger for years and they have always triumphed far and beyond. Tonight's order has left little to be desired. Ordered a regular cajun fries. The amount I received was less than half the bag! Made me think, well, what is a small?! Will I use again? Don't know

Ordered the double deal, two double burgers (southern beast and big cheese) two very large portions of fries, a side (we got sticky bbq chicken) and two drinks. Simply put it was amazing. The Patty's were moist and succulent, perfectly cooked and really filling. They even gave us free pickles, onions and a pot of charred tomato hot sauce. 10 out of 10, cannot reccomend enough

I ordered an hour before I wanted delivery. It arrived an hour late. So effectively 2 hours notice. If you can't fulfill the order don't accept it!

Sent the wrong burger was suppose to be a Cajun deluxe and just recieved cajun chicken burger. Lost out on a pound but still really happy with everything else!

Fries had so much seasoning on it left a pile in the box. It's like the lid came off when the shook it
