Clean place and good burgers, but extremely stingy with sauces. Even if you order 10 meals, they either charge you for sauce or give you just a tiny drop.

Stopped by smoky boys for dinner and ordered a spicy hot dog and pulled beef fries. The hotdog lacked flavour and don't think it was anything special. The pulled beef fries were really good. A good portion. It could be improved with more sauce to add on to the flavour. Staff were friendly and service was great.

I ordered from Smoky Boys via Uber Eats and was really disappointed. The food wasn’t fresh, the chips were incredibly salty to the point I couldn’t eat them, and the milkshake was the wrong flavor. Not great. Wouldn’t order again.

First time trying Smoky boys Had chicken tenders as starter bit dry and overcooked and not enough sauce to dip into Main of Smokey’s bbq and cheese burger and skin on fries was very good My son had cheeseburger was a bit dry Atmosphere good and staff were very attentive I’d say value wise woodies in the high street is better value as burgers are similar quality at 2/3 rds of the price Will come back and try the Moroccan burger

10 out of 10 for food and service here. The staff here are very welcoming. I get the moroccon lamb and the smokey chick burger, never have I had a burger that taste as good. Theyre chips are out of this world, so tasty. Thanks lads for a delious meal

Ordered take out as I heard and read good things about Smoky boy's, but that's where it ended. We ordered the BBQ beef burger, wings and the skin on fries 🍟. The burger was juicy, delicious and I would definitely try it again but just not at that price, as the size didn't represent true value. The grilled wings really lacked flavour, as the sauce was at the bottom of the take away box and just tasted like bland grilled wings. The fries were decent, but definitely not worth the price again. Overall great burger, decent fries, below par wings but above all definitely not worth the price.

Really great place of you want a very personalised service that is reasonably priced for a large group. Great venue to celebrate any occasion with your closest. Also, not to forget the access to Sound system and TV where you can order whatever sports event you and the friends want to watch.... Like we did basketball that is not really available around the UK....

Never fail to disappoint. I’ve been here once each year since the past few years. Because I love American diner food. Every single time the food is horribly disappointing. It’s undercooked, chicken is dry, beef is dry, kids chicken tenders are tough and taste horrible. And overall NOTHING tastes good. I make it a point to eat out every weekend, and I come back to old places hoping I’ll change my opinion but smoky boys doesn’t. Last time we went was last weekend. The kids’ pizza was served frozen from the top. All the cheese was frozen only the sides were slightly warm. How lazy can you be?? The grilled chicken burger had tough dry chicken. There are so many nice diners who know how to grill chicken but these guys don’t make an effort. Chicken wings were okay but the sauce they used was’t good. If something isn’t undercooked it just tastes BLAND!!! I wonder if all their branches are like this or just the west Drayton one. This was not in central London, but the Nojito cost £6.95 and was 2/3rd ice. Which was ridiculous. By the way: it is ALWAYS empty. And I have no doubt why. Every time I drive past it’s a ghost diner with lights on. Even last week, there was nobody. A delivery guy came in when we were entering and when I asked are they open, he said they are always open but it’s always empty. It’s a pretty place. But that’s all.

While driving past on my way to KFC, I decided to try this place instead. So glad I did, staff were eager to help, friendly and attentive. I had the lamb burger, fries and a drink for a tenner. Deal! The burger was quality meat, proper Halloumi with some salad and a mint sauce. Really delicious. Highly recommend.

Good food, good customer service

Third time I've been here and every time it gets progressively worse. Presented with an 'event menu' that has a lot less options and hugely inflated prices (£5 for a soft drink?), ordered food at 5:40pm, still no food at 6:45pm (other diners also queried a 90 minute wait) and we were told it was a computer error with orders. Food finally arrived after more confusion with what items had to go to what table. Bill came to £75 for 3 portions of wings and 3 ciders...queried it and we were overcharged £19 plus service charge of £8, which we swiftly got refunded. Too busy dealing with takeaway orders instead of providing good service for eat-in diners. Terrible experience, the basics really need improving.

I always wanted to try Smokey boys and then came the day when i did, My friend and i were feeling hungry around the late afternoon and stopped by for some takeaway. We entered to a quiet restaurant and i looked with staff passing us without any greeting whatsoever. I see a younger guy at the bar and greet him, he is obliged to say hi back, he shows us the menu and we order our takeaway. I remember about the wings deal you had and asked my friend about it as thats what initially lured us to the store. after i mentioned the wings deal this was the perfect time for the staff member taking our order to interject and upsell but he seemed to disinterested and gave me a feeling of him wanting to end this interaction quickly, he never mentioned the wings or said how good they were so we just left it at that. I hesistatingly handed over £40+ for our order and we wait outside, he said about 15 mins wait max. We waited 15 mins passed no order, 20 mins passed nothing, around 23 mins in i think its a bit ridiculous with the amount of staff i saw faffing around inside and that big guy just walking around aimlessly without a care in the world. I go in and investigate, i walk to the bar and there is a lady at the bar this time, she seemed friendly, i asked her about our order for takeaway and she goes and looks, its literally just waiting there on the metal counter in the kitchen getting cold for god knows how long, theres no responsibility taken from the previous younger guy who took my order, no one came and gave it to us at all, the service was so bad, the only glimmer of hope was this nicer lady who was thrust into this situation and checked our takeaway bag to make sure we didn't miss anything. I know service in general isn't great in the UK, and im saying that as a Londoner. But this was actually such a joke just the complete and utter lack of interest in being there, no service with our food and to make matters worse, the actual food was not great either, it ruined our evening and just left a sour taste in our mouths, please do better, theres a reason the other Smokey boys closed down i guess and you guys are not setting a good example.

Happened to drive past this place in West Drayton and thought give it a try. I ordered the spicy Moroccan lamb burger and fries and it tasted brilliant 👏 lovely he vibe if this place the service was excellent i would definitely recommend

The taste is quite good and the place is well designed with nice lighting. Unfortunately the buns on the burger were soggy and the wait for the food was quite long especially when the restaurant was quite empty. Not a bad place but not a place I would recommend.

I've visited Smoky Boys several times due to its proximity to my workplace, but each visit has left me dissatisfied. On my recent visit, despite the restaurant being nearly empty, our food and drinks took over thirty minutes to arrive. I ordered the Smoky Vegan Burger, which was basic and lukewarm. In a previous visit, I tried the vegan quesadillas, which consisted of a few vegetables and some vegan cheese between two wraps, and I would not recommend them. While the restaurant has a great ambiance and the staff are very friendly, the quality of the food needs improvement.

Been here for the past 2 evenings for dinner and can highly recommend this place for food and the service was good all round hats off to the team and Saif. Would definitely return when in the area.

Brought some smokey boys for my whole family and we all enjoyed it. We will definitely be returning and I recommend it for anyone who wants to have one of the best burgers to offer.

I ordered food to eat in-store at lunch, but it arrived much later than expected. Since I was getting late for my meeting, I requested to take it away. When I opened the food at home, I found the chicken was raw. I called the store to inform them, but they said they would only issue a refund if I came back to the store, which wasn't feasible. It was a big waste of time and money. Update: I received a call from the store offering a refund, which I appreciated. I also made some suggestions for improvement that I hope they'll consider for the future.

Went there with a group last night, really top class service - Sait & Jamil were just incredible and everyone loves the food, will definitely be back!

We went to celebrate my husband’s birthday and the food was wonderful as were the cocktails and mocktails. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend this place.

We popped into Smoky Boys whilst our car was charging… it’s a shame we aren’t local as it would be our new fav place. We were there early evening and the place was quiet but the music was good the food delicious and the staff very welcoming and helpful.

The fries were fantastic too. The staff are so nice and friendly. I had a very nice experience here. Well recommended.

Great burgers, coffee not so good

My friends have been banging on about Smoky Boys for some time now. So I decided to take my wife and 14 other family members to Smoky Boys and The Terrace in West Drayton. The restaurant looked beautiful, the food was delicious and well presented. The owners and staff were amazing and very attentive. I can assure you will definately impress anyone on a late night date night, or a meal with family or friends. I definitely had to take a couple tubs of that Smoky Bad Boy sauce home! Great Experience 10/10.

Today my husband took me and 14 of his family to Smoky Boys West Drayton for the first time today. My hopes were high and they didn’t disappoint everything was magnifique. The food was soooooo delicious, the staff were amazing, very attentive and did a great job in keeping all 15 of us happy!

If you want flavour this place has it, our first time visiting and we had strawberry mojitos which were delicious, the jerk chicken wings were really tasty and spicy, the bad boy burger was full of good flavours, again spicy and mouthwatering, friendly service and good music, beautiful terrace too, worth a visit

Food was awful, ordered beetroot hummous with pitta, the pitta was stale, really hard around the edge. I asked the waiter how good the steak was he told he it was good, I wanted cheese on it and he said to melt the cheese it would need to go in the microwave and then the steak would be rubbery, I told him not to do that and that the steak would be warm enough to melt the cheese. However upon arrival the steak was extremely rubbery, I was struggling to swallow it. Absolutely awful. Ended up just eating chips and coleslaw, not worth the £70 I paid at all. Really disappointed and left hungry unfortunately.

Ordered off of ubereats and the burger was completely inedible had to throw in the bin. Completely raw - uncooked so much pink inside

Great food especially the meat!

What an amazing experience - the food was 10/10, drinks were amazing (highly recommend their long island) and the outside smoking area was superb. Cutesie little spot with special commendation to the bartender (I believe his name was Sa'eid apologies if that's wrong!) and the outside waitress for their above and beyond speedy service. Much better than Hounslow!

Food, service and experience were excellent. We were a group of 8 and very well looked after.

As a tourist from Australia, I expected better service from a local fine restaurant. First of all, the fat guy in the front who was in service looks very disturbed and overwhelmed. He didn’t look like helpful at all, which made me so frustrated. I would like to suggest him to visit a fine dining restaurant in Sydney, so he can learn some manner and how to serve in a restaurant. Food was really good and tasty. I tried their Ribeye which was really juicy and well cooked! And special mention for peri wings as well. Apart of service, foods and decoration was very good.

We haven’t tried any food there, but I heard from my colleagues that it’s nice there. We were drinking cocktails 😂 it was 2 for 1 from 5-7pm and cocktails were really nice. Atmosphere is good, looks clean.

I was really looking forward to the Smokey Chicken Burgers we bought with hand made fries and had heard so many good reviews about them, but unfortunately my experience of last night was not good at all! The chicken burgers were not cooked properly and were slightly raw this wasn’t jus 1 burger but all 5 🙁 so not a good first experience at all and I don’t think I’ll visit there again. The chips were very nice thou 👌and the wings too👍🏼

Syed and the boys at Smoky boys and the terrace are serving the best food I've had in ages. I was down for a 2 day course near by and once I came the first time I had to come back to second. The milkshakes are incredible and their homemade garlic sauce is legitimately the best garlic sauce (maybe ant sauce) I've ever had. If you like spice you've come to the right place too as their devil wings are hotter than the devil's arm pit but taste unbelievable, its not heat for the sake of heat, its flavoursome and herby. Seed at the front of house is happy to recommend anything happily and seems to know the menu inside out. A relaxed atmosphere with soft music and happy staff really cap's it all off. A definite must visit if you're near by!

Such a good vibe from the team. I ordered for collection, got to chill at the bar for a few minutes whilst they finished up preparing it. I didn't catch the name of the gent behind the bar but there was some really good chat, lovely guy. The food was amazing, ordered a burger and fries. I've not had fries like that before, almost like super skinny chip shop chips, really nice. The burger was juicy but not sloppy, up there with gourmet for sure. Definitely ordering again.

We were the only people in there but it was only 2pm on a Saturday! The food was lovely and staff very friendly. We will be back. A great find.

Went to this restaurant on a spontaneous date without booking in advance. The staff welcomed us in on a Saturday evening without hesitation and got us a table in the terrace area. The staff were attentive and constantly on hand to assist us with any requests. Syed (I hope I have remembered his name correctly) was producing the best mojitos I have had in a long long time and he was frequently passing our table during out visit to ensure we had everything we needed and wanted. The food was outstanding and very reasonably priced. The sea bass and the sir loin steak were the food we had that evening and both of the meals were perfectly cooked and the portion sizes were spot on. We had multiple cocktails during our evening and after finally deciding to call it a night Syed passed by and insisted on personally buying us a final mojito before we left. Unfortunately I do not remember my waiter and waitresses names as they were brilliant …. but syed and his magnificent mojitos will guarantee I return to this venue for both food and drinks. My new favourite place to eat and drink in west Drayton Hoping to return asap Hope I didn’t get your name wrong my bro !! Kadz 💪

This place was amazing! The food was great! I got the vegan burger, one of the best I have had. Fries were perfect. I had the vegan burger and it was perfect, best one I have had in England! I am glad i asked for the salsa on the side though. Server was the best, super friendly and helpful.
