Caviar House & Prunier Seafood Bar in Hillingdon

T4 one Closed down with no details advertised we went looking around everywhere but couldn’t find when asked at information desk they said it closed down. Very disappointed

I was looking to have oysters 🦪 before catching the flight but unfortunately, unavailable.

I didn't have much time before my flight, so I bought enough to eat on the plane. The recommended Prunier blue can was delicious.

A nice place to eat something before boarding. The price is acceptable and the service was great.

I went in an okay mood and left with an amazing mood Angelo was the best person that served me on London and I have been here for a week. He made the best out of an airport wait honestly. I would always comeback to the same place if I ever be in t4 heathro. Highly recommend best place to wait for ur flight.

For lovers of raw and steamed seafood and caviar, this restaurant is considered a suitable choice to taste seafood: oysters, salmon, caviar and shrimp, with many and varied recipes, good preparation, very nice treatment from the staff, and fairly acceptable prices.

Terminal 4. I grabbed a crab salad here while on a layover. Seby and Francesca were the best! The food was great and very fresh. I will be back on my layover going home.

Stopped here during a layover and Seby and Paulina were incredible. They were both very knowledgeable about the products they sold, and very interested in listening to the customer and catering a meal to their needs. The food was delicious, we got some oysters, salmon, and sushi, as well as a tasting of caviar. I will make sure to stop by here any time I'm ever back this way, 5-star service. Very personable and likeable employees that care about the customer experience.

What a shame, l have been eating at these out let's globally for years but at terminal two, my recent experience will stop me from using the UK outlets from now on. The quality of the food is lowered, food served warm...not good with shellfish, oysters small as not so fresh and portion size reduced. It was never cheap but the quality was great, now it's increased costs is too much with the reduction of quality and quantity. All good things come to an end especially when value for money disappears.

Seby who is the deputy manager of this unit and who we learn is about to become manager as well As all his staff were amazing- we will be back the next time We are in terminal 4. 👌👍👍👍🙌

Excellent place to chill while waiting for your flight

Would be good to see vegan options. Prices are also extortionate.

Long layover so had a meal here. The food was excellent as was the service. I love the layout of the place too because it’s open which makes it part of the airport scene. If you like fresh, cold seafood such as smoked salmon and more, this is a great place.

I always dine here when travelling from Heathrow Terminal 2. The atmosphere changes quickly with the ebb and flow of travellers. I always have the oysters with white wine and the staff are always polite and professional.

Great people here! Nice price for the drinks. Justina and Valentino were amazing people and are very outgoing. Would definitely return to this spot for drinks.

The Supervisor, Seby, was very helpful and enthusiastic. His team made sure the bar was always clean and everyone was served in a timely fashion. Stop by if you’re early for your boarding time.

Convenient location close to the gates and nice view. Only had a glass of wine but food looked tasty and staff was very friendly.

Seby and Jacob at terminal 4 were absolute sweet hearts served me one of the most delicious lobsters I have ever had

Grabbed a quick drink here before my flight! Just what I needed. However, the wine selection is quite limited, especially red wine. And some wine on the wine list are not available. Service is decent and the location seems good with the lights and stuff.

The very best way to leave London for our holiday in Vietnam. Seby at Terminal 4 made our breakfast so special - two glasses of champagne later, we boarded our flight very happy. Thanks Seby!

Great service Waiting for departure never has been more enjoyable

I’ve been a long time Caviar House customer for 20 years at the Heathrow Airport Location. It’s my go to place for a nice lunch before boarding my flight. The staff throughout the years have been phenomenal. Today I received too-notch customer service from Seby, Mark and Chrysler! Very polite, efficient and accommodating to customers needs. My husband and I will continue to visit this location. Top notch customer service!

The seafood platter is both fresh and delicious. The service of Chrisler, Carlos and Valenthina is second to none!

The service and food at the Terminal 2 Caviar House are excellent. The staff who served us, Chrisler, was exceptional. He’s attentive and offered very good service. The seafood platter and toast we had, prepared by other staff Carlos and Valenthino were superb.

I just had the most enjoyable time at Caviar House & Prunier in Terminal 2. The food was exceptional - the service even better than that. Sebastiano and his team were sweet and caring and attended to my every need. I am hoping that the management knows just how fortunate they are to have such great staff. I shall be looking forward to my next meal here.

Had a lovely glass of champagne, beautifully cold and crisp, served with a smile by Chris. He was very courteous and approachable.

Worst Bloody Mary I’ve ever had. Way too much Worcestershire sauce, poor presentation / glass not full and no garnish. Also only a single shot in it instead of a double as it’s usually made.

Review for the one in T4. Opened later than stated, at around 7:25, but Winnie’s speed was impressive. Had the breakfast bagel (31.5). Didn’t expect the ingredients to come separately (thought it would be a sort of sandwich). Maybe it’s better this way, for I can control my cream cheese intake. Nicely toasted crispy bouncy bagel, tasty smoked salmon, soft (but not very creamy, guess it’s healthier) scrambled egg, with a lovely spoonful of caviar. Considering the airport location and the freshly made food, I think the price is alright.

I had a absolutely lovely time while I was waiting for my flight, wonderful tasty food and the person that serve me (José SFF) was wonderful, polite, professional and very helpful with all my queries, I would definitely recommend going there and hope that you will have the same wonderful experience that I did.

Would like to thank the lady who served us in T2 recently , I left my scarf behind in the restaurant and she very kindly posted it out to me. Very mech appreciated. Also food excellent as were the staff. K

Terminal 4 branch - excellent time, excellent service, excellent glass (or two) of bubbly. Just what you need before flying! Loved the service, the 2 gentlemen there were working hard and very polite! Highly recommended I visited evening of oct 21st 2022

Terminal 2 at Heathrow Airport. Perfect location to eat something without losing time. In the middle if shopping area. Very nice team who will advise you the best option to enjoy. I went fir scrambled eggs with salmon and it was amazing. Really good salmon. My breakfast was perfect. Don't miss the shop! You can enjoy many special delicatessens.

Tried to grab a quick glass of Prosecco before my flight; lady behind the bar took my order and then proceeded to process three other customers’ bills and then told me she needed to serve someone else first. Would certainly not recommend at all.

After an extremely long day of international travel we ended up at the Caviar House & Prunier and had the best experience. Seby was a phenomenal server, super friendly, and an incredibly hard worker. When we come back through here we’ll 100% be back to see him.

What a lovely, delicious and an exciting time to be back after two years absence (Pandemic) at the Seafood Bar at Heathrow Terminal 2. The hospitality and service was timely and friendly. The meal and drinks are delight! Special thanks go to Seby for his attentive and friendly service!

Seby is all by himself. It’s fairly busy and he is doing a great job. Wow. I hope at some point you put on one more person working. He is so friendly. Drinks and food were awesome. I wanted my drinks a certain way and he accommodated me quite nicely! A people person for sure! 7:48 am and at least 10 guests as of now and he is doing it all by himself! Good job SEBY🙌🏼

It is located in the center of gate 3 Heathrow airport you can eat excellent salmon, with various prawns and shellfish, a rich assortment of bubbles, excellent service, high prices

Expensive but delicious oasis amongst to hub-but of T2. The service is very good and friendly. I only gave 4 stars because it is pricey. It will definitely return as I fly United to the UK exclusively.

I would like to say a MASSIVE MASSIVE THANK YOU to carlos Milano for not only his hospitality, kindness and smile but also for looking after me and my girls. We only met for 20 mins but in that short time i met an angel....i forgot my handbag whilst rushing to board my flight only realised once i was on board - i did report it but i had full confidence that carlos would look after me and i was correct carlos made every effort to return my bag safe and even tried to get it to the plane. Sadly the plane had left but he handed it in making it easier for me to get it back can't thank the lovely man enough x

Great drinks and friendly attentive servers

I had the seafood platter which was average but the oyster was excellent which makes me wish i ordered a few instead of the dish. Menu specifies salmon tartar but it comes with something extremely similar to a salmon pathé. Smoked salmon was very good but potato salad was just alright. It took a while before i was acknowledged by the staff. On the pricey side for sure.

Poor presentation, minuscule servings of salmon, served on sliced bread.

This review is about the shop. I believe there is also a restaurant of the same brand at another place in the Terminal. I found there a very interesting choice of sandwiches made to order. You could get salmon, foie gras and other interesting fillings. Recommended !

价格不低，量倒是很大，一个海鲜拼盘配上面包一般人都能吃饱。味道没有想象的好，只能说是一家性价比不太高的海鲜吧。

Waited a quarter for one of three staff members to take my order. Left the place without ordering. It was not very busy so honestly don’t know what was the matter.

Fantastic oysters and the bloody Mary is worth a try
