stinky my order never came i am HUNGRY im dyin of starvation u useless pizza shop

As you can see i order from the same pizza place every time an yet its been few years now not once have i received any stamps im so disappointed that i tried to ring your place of wotk and couldn't get though as few days ago i ordered the same thing i always order an i paid for a stuffed crust and cheese on my chips and for the 2nd time it had NO STUFFED CRUST NOR CHEESE ON CHIPS

app said it had been delivered, never showed up

I waited an hour and half, food was barely warm, not recommended.

they lied and said they delivered but I have not received nothing and have been waiting for 20+ minutes

missing several items, and sending 1 bottle of off brand iceland cola when 2 bottles of Pepsi were ordered.

pizza was missing a topping, did adhere to my note on no onions but why can't pizza places get a simple pizza recipe correct? add the right toppings! tried to call the restaurant but the number was invalid 🙄 waste of time.

Appalled at the state of the company. Very quickly accepted my order and my money. Waited over 2 hours for an update within the app. I made numerous calls to the contact number provided by Google in which ended unsuccessful. Once again very appalled.

Pizza and fries were good quality, but ordered a meal with a bottle of Pepsi and got delivered cheap cola instead

Missing a whole pizza ordered 2 pizzas one 16inch which quote on quote is a 15 inch and a 12 inch pepperoni that’s missing the order is late food missing really appalling customer service

I had to walk out of the hotel and find the driver. I’m out of town and I had no idea where I was going. Please make sure that your delivery guy can actually get to the delivery destination

Food was 35mins late. I asked for salt and vinegar on my chip and a fork, they didn't. Chips was cold and my pizza was colder! Pizza looked nice, just was like morning after pizza! Delivery man, didn't say sorry or anything. Cheers lads

The wings looked good but tasted old and the cheese burger was alright however the chicken fillet didn't, it tasted like package chicken fillet also you guys didn't follow your special offer for a desert when you spend more then 20 pounds that was disappointing don't really recommend this. Mainly with the false advertising also 8 ordered j20 drink you gave me a can of Pepsi.

I called them exactly 3:55am and they said it will be 5 to 10 mins already out for delivery the guy on the phone told me after 20 mins I called couple of time and they didn't answer my calls I did 3 attemps then after 47 mins my call I received my pizza and it was frozen cold!! Hi I order food on the 12th November my pizza was ruined when it arrived obviously wasn’t handled right while being delivered I made a complaint and still not heard a thing back not even a sorry 😞

Food was amazing but will never get a delivery from the restaurant again as the delivery driver was so rude had no manners and left my food at the neighbours door step knowing full well of the delivery adress when I called him he was rude and cut me off called the restaurant and complained about him they were very apologetic buh does justify the drivers actions

the food is absaloute appalling, was cold. Not worth £21 at all. Chips were dry. Tasted like cardboard. Burger was absaloute disgusting. Waiting an hour and a half for my pregnant sister to be throwing up?!

I do not recommend this restaurant. I ordered 2 cheese burgers and MAYBE the cheese was visible in binoculars. The meat does not taste, there is no juice, it is tough and also of poor quality. Not to mention that the cheesy fries (as always happens in this pseudo restaurant) were not in my order. I paid for the fries but didn't get them. Trust an Italian, stay away from this restaurant. I give one star because zero is not possible.

Delivery driver was very rude, decided to argue with my partner because he asked him why he was half an hour late. Order was meant to be delivered around 3:15 but didn’t get delivered till 3:45. The delivery driver couldn’t justify the lateness. Called the restaurant around 3:25, only for them to cut my call off, called back for them to tell me food was still on its way and I should ignore the just eat timings as it isn’t right. Food Was Stone cold when it was delivered. 15 quid on cold food 😡

Ordered through deliveroo app and food didn’t come at all attempted to call restaurant and they ended the phone on me multiple times.

The food was burnt and the pizza was cold!

This is just atrocious!!! Plastic carrier bad handle in the burger, My partner ate few bites and felt somthing in her mouth and nearly choked and she pulled it out and saw it was plastic. We called the restaurant and he said they can't do anything then I requested to speak to the manager and he apparently spoke to him and he said they can't do anything either so then I requested to speak to the manager again directly and he suddenly said the manager wasn't there. Also I ordered extra dips which I did not receive. Over all they did not help at all even when I asked for replacement to be sent out. UPDATE: The next day I rang up and I spoke to the manager and he sent out the whole order for free for me as a kind gesture for the inconvenience his staff caused and the food, the order I received was hot and was great, would recommend the food.

Best Pizza's I've had in a long time and the handmade burgers are amazing!

Never again will I eat here me and my friends placed an order here arrived 50 minutes late called the number for them and no number exists found number on google told food would be 10 more minutes 30 minutes later the food arrived and was extremely disappointed all the burgers fries had been reheated never again will I eat here took some photos of the food as well shame because the charge so much as well

Delivery was over 30 mins late. Chicken was hard and rubbery in burgers. Pizza cold and somehow the delivery driver managed to pop one of the warm fizzy drink cans and still proceeded to hand us the plastic bag full of drink. Safe to say we will never order here again.

It was okay, the fries were good a bit dry tho and needed salt, the crispy chicken was amazing! The chicken tenders were soft and beautiful, along with the chilli dips. Unfortunately the Mayo taste gone off though. It was not good mayonaisse

Late and order got delayed twice

Pizza was cold and dry with flakey chicken Cookie dough was not hot it was cold n hard The wings were dry, cold and had no bbq sauce on atall

The food wasn’t up to scratch, the delivery was really late had to contact just eat to solve the problem, didn’t end there delivery man turns up asks for money doesn’t want to give the change according to the cash given, talks and walks away, then had to call him and remind him he owes change considering all of that, when he turned up asks us to open the warm food carrier and take the carbage out ourselves, the change was given but he still kept a few quids, complaining he had no more money with him and it was only 5pence. Never again.

Ordered food after 1am. Props to the shop for delivering late in the might. The pizza was not smoking more like dead. The chicken wings are really tasty. But pizza as should your main selling product so fix up on it. Delivery and service late night is what I'm giving you point for.!!
