AVOID AVOID AVOID I placed my order online and when I went to go collect it the shop was shut. On google, it said it was open till 11pm and when I tried calling there was no answer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Very tasty food, highly recommend. Would like to see a double fillet option for Smokey’s original burger.

Not happy,my grandson is a regular and has his routine. I called tonight to se if they had his K2 burgers i was told no so i managed to get him to settle for chicken burger which they said they had when i called ,got my grandson ready headed on the bus and hes autistic and looking forward to it by then takes halfbhour on bus to the door ,gets there and there have closed and never said on the ohone when i said he on way in .this caused a melt outside the shop and had to eventually take himnelse where as his favorite place couldnt tell me they were closing . Not happy 😒

Still awaiting my order has now been 2 hours and the place is now closed. Mobile number is not answering as well as shop . Not long in taking my money but do not respond when trying to receive food. Will need to call back tomorrow for a refund . Absolutely shocking service will NOT use again and will be posting on social media about the service also!!!

We went today for lunch (2 adults and 2 children). We ordered the Ben Nevis, K2, shawarma wrap, dirty fries, chili cheese bites and mozzarella sticks. It was all absolutely delicious. The service was very warm and welcoming. We're looking forward to returning.

Absolutely best burger I've had so far in Falkirk had the Loch Ness Monster there was plenty of sauce but the sauce wasn't overpowering the burger, burgers was perfectly seasoned and so juicy. Definitely a place I'd order from again

The peri peri fries are amazing; crispy, well seasoned and definitely cooked in fresh oil. The chicken???🤯 It is well seasoned, moist, tasty and the smoky after taste is definitely something to yearn for again. Customer service superb, environment clean and tidy and the prices are just soo affordable for such a great meal. Definitely coming back

Food was amazing, dirty fries and chicken rice box, chicken loaded fries and a chicken burger for us and everyone really enjoyed the food. Will definitely be ordering again!

Had a chicken burger last Saturday. Staff were very helpful, food was great. Atmosphere was good and will be back.

Been to one in Stirling been to one in Falkirk both really good places, Falkirk location had a real good vibe. Excellent service from the waitress

I placed an order for 2 loaded fries and one corn on cob it took 2hrs to arrive the food was cold and was sent three lots of fries I ended up having to pay for

Lovely staff and the food speaks for itself. Really enjoyed the smash burger and popcorn chicken. Also best Peri fries Iv had in a long time.

Lovely food, the restaurant has nice decor and ambiance and the staff are very friendly would go back again 😋

100% recommend. Came here for a munch with the family, everyone loved it the smash burger is a must try 😋. My daughter who's only 2 years old, had plain chicken rice box and she eat all of it, so it's a sure go' from her. And fully HALAL! The ambient was lovely great my wife loved the colour combination and clouds ⛅️ good luck guys will be back.
