Very nice food and reasonably priced

Birthday night out for 16 people, staff were brilliant and well organised, Karen and Jane were top notch, plenty of menu options, food was great and cheap as chips (see what i done there) 😂 Drinks very reasonably priced in a great atmosphere. Will definitely be back again. Thanks.

Very rude manager / owner completely ruined our experience

Brilliant wee place for the live music, nice and busy yesterday pints are good staff are also all friendly! Haven't tried the food here yet but sure I'll try it at some point 👌

I took my grandson here for dinner as we were in town in the afternoon. First off, the music was very much to my liking, some SKA and other older music so I enjoyed the atmosphere,staff very welcoming and professional. The establishment's immaculate and comfortable too with screens for watching sport. Service of food was efficient and not rushed which I prefer as I hate feeling I'm having food thrown at me. The food was all fresh and piping hot. I had absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I chose the steak pie, with chips and veg, the steak was fantastic, tender in a lovely rich gravy, whilst my grandson had a burger (he stated it was fantastic) topped with bacon, chips and a beautiful side salad, drizzled with a tasty dressing. Dessert for me, warm lemon meringue pie, ice cream and whipped cream, it was amazing! My grandson went for sticky tofee pudding wand ice cream, 10 out of 10! As my grandson is 9, he got his meal free as I purchased a main meal...I paid for his dessert as it was from the main menu. I have to state the burger was the same from the main menu so children are getting a good meal! I will return here. The guy who owns it is certainly business savvy and offers a good deal for his customers with top quality produce. Compliments to the chef fir is hard work as I couldn't fault our meal. Got in the place and ordered food whilst waiting for football bearing in mind it's a sports pub. Ate my meal and watching the first half of the football and the quiz came on and the football went off! When I asked if one of the TVs could keep showing football I was told no , I drunk up and left, not a sports bar ridiculous 🤣 found another pub nearby

Came to Falkirk for a day out with my husband and thought we would pop in here. Got our drink at the bar and walked up to the back to sit down (first time here and missed the sign that it was pre booked only at the back). A female member of staff (who I can only assume is a manager as she didn’t have the uniform that other staff had on) abruptly came over to us shouting that we can’t sit there as it’s for pre booked food only. She was so rude and my husband told her that there was no need to be rude we hadn’t realised and we had no problem in moving. She walked away shouting that she was not being rude. We genuinely couldn’t believe her appalling attitude! I understand working in a bar myself that we have bad days but going from experience if I ever treated someone like that and had any remorse I would have went up and apologised to the customer for the way I spoke to them. But she didn’t come near us after that. We drank our drinks and left as we were made to feel so uncomfortable in a place where we should feel welcome. I was actually trying to find a contact email to make a formal complaint but couldn’t find one. First and last time coming here unless the lady sorts her attitude out!

Popped in for lunch and we were waiting for an hour and a half for our food. No communication from staff about what was happening. Place wasn’t busy so didn’t know what the delay was. New customers came in and we could hear them being told they might need to wait a bit. When our starter was served after about an hour the waiter rushed over and put it down and said sorry and ran off! Really need to work on customer service. Other places you’d have the staff at least checking in on you instead of leaving you sitting. Went to pay for drinks and starter and all the staff left the bar so was an even longer wait to leave! I ordered pasta so don’t know how it can take more than an hour and a half to cook that (who knows when our food would’ve come). The starter was delicious so disappointing we didn’t get to try our main but we couldn’t sit about any longer.

Bit of a mixed bag review. Service is great. Staff really nice. Great TVs to watch the football. Atmosphere is decent too. There are a couple of things that let it down. Firstly my food was a little over done in the frier, almost to the point of sending it back. I shared my thoughts with the staff, no apologies, and no idea if they informed the kitchen. The last negative is on the vaping; you see the odd person catching a cheeky puff everywhere, but this is the 3rd time i have been in and people are vaping at the end of the bar next to or in full view of the staff. Not sure where this sits legally but it’s a major put off and is obviously tolerated. And do you want your kids seeing that when you’re in grabbing a bit?

Went here last Saturday, great service, friendly attentive staff. My steak was cooked exactly as I asked, not too keen on the beer battered fish. Second time here and would highly recommend

Top marks for Icons. It looks great inside with nods to local history and landmarks in the decor with a traditional feel yet still light and airy. We didn't have long and asked if there would be enough time for 2 courses and the staff made it happen without it feeling rushed. Two pints, soup of the day and haggis bon bons to start, steak pie and a lasagne for mains and it only came to £35, and that wasn't a special. That was great value in my eyes. There was a 3 courses deal which I think was £15.95 and the choices were decent. The staff were really friendly, checked in across the meal, and deserved their tip. Will definitely go back, just what Falkirk needs.

Ok, so if you want a chill place for a weekday lunch this place is brilliant.

Our first time at Icon's everything we had was excellent and service was excellent and to finish everything of myself and my wife are OAPS and 3 courses for £13-50 each was definitely value for money and we will definitely be back.

Was in on Saturday night for Food outstanding is an understatement & the chefs are very highly skilled I asked our server who the chef was & he said that the head chef was in today with his team food is so fresh & colourful! Definitely doing something right with the food here the best in falkirk! The service was okay the only thing is we felt sorry for the very friendly man Ryan I’m sure his name is felt like he got left with doing the restaurant himself while his team of 3 plus the bar manger standing behind the bar drinking coffees while the restaurant was extremely busy that was the only down side to my experience at icons bar & grill Once again thank you to the head chef & his team & Ryan you guys make this place!

Two of us went for food last night.. Wasn't busy only 1 other table in.. Starter.. Pate.. Was OK no dressing on salad.just raw onion and pepper on top of a lettuce leaf.. We ordered beef n ale pie and gammon.. Both came with fries🤔egg was over cooked brown on edges.. No seasoning or any butter on veg tails were left on veg aswell.. . Just boiled and bland..frosen pie lid wasn't even brown raw all the way through.. Asked for more gravy.. Was told the only gravy they had was in the pie.. 😂😂When we were finished empty plates were sat by us for 15-20 mins..wont be going back

Popped in for lunch with the wife, ended up having a bigger lunch than planned because the menu was so varied and tempting. Food was really good, well presented and very reasonably priced. Staff couldn't have been more attentive too. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

Tried to pop in today for something to eat with party of 5. Got confronted by attitude straight off. Asking have we booked. We hadn't and that's fair enough but was the complete attitude from what looked like a Manager. Safe to say won't be rushing back to try this new place

Foods good, only complaint was the service was very slow, I’m sure other factors were at play but we were only the other table in for food and it take a good while for things to arrive and trying to pay the bill was more hassle than it needed to be. But will definitely return as atmosphere and food was tasty, place was very clean as well.

My wife and I ventured into Icons because Moscardinis across the road was too busy. Very glad we did. Place was clean, it's spacious and well set out. We found the food excellent and this was echoed by the other punters having their meals. Cost was reasonable and service was very good and friendly. We will go back there and I would recommend Icons.

Lovely food, good atmosphere and friendly helpful and polite staff

Food was brilliant. So hot and fresh! We have the roast, steak pie and irn-bru chicken wings. Drinks and food well priced. Nice and clean environment. Good music and atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Oh dear a "pop up bar". Customers vaping in front of staff. Manager more interested in his coffee than the customers. Bar staff operating in a daze and oblivious to people waiting to be served. Better atmosphere and service in Weatherspoons along tgecroad and its half the price. Great potential but sadly doomed it will be closed in 6 months!!!

I booked a table for 6 people in advance & specifically asked for a table. I was told I would get that table as I was the first to book. Upon arrival when inquired about it. The person said that due to a bigger group we were not able to get the table we booked for. Which completely beats the purpose of the booking as we booked it for the music stage view. I also had a confrontational staff saying there was no way I could of booked that table. When clearly I had. The staff who booked it for me was behind the bar. I suggested they go speak to her if they did not believe me. Completely disgusted with staff & unsure if I will be back again.

Had lunch today ,not our usual type of place as we are more ladies who lunch .Really enjoyed our visit food service and wine 1st class Thankyou Icons we will be back 💕👍🥂
