Great food and customer care. However, for the wraps I would highly recommend that the salad is drained fully in the containers before adding to the wraps. Failing to do this means the wraps end up very soggy and cold. The meat was prepared well.

Awful uncooked fishburger. I should of known it wouldn't be great as I had to wait several minutes for 2 of them to 'find' the fishburger in the freezer. Over priced but friendly staff and free parking nearby.

I come here regularly and I’m always greeted with a warm and friendly smile and I tend to always have a good chat about things with the owner. And the food is really good too, love their wings and their kebabs

The words to him were that I ordered lahmacun, but as a know real lahmacun, it was the most disastrous thing I have ever eaten, not even worthy of being called lahmacun. I couldn't even finish it; I just left it. Besides upsetting my stomach, it smelled really, really bad!! I have no idea what kind of ground meat they put in it!!! The serving even arrived in a broken state. Absolutely, do not buy lahmacun from here. Stay away from this restaurant for sure!!! Response to your comment: Unfortunately, it's not surprising that you manage this establishment with such rudeness. Fortunately, there are many fantastic places in London that serve delicious lahmacun cooked on wood-fired ovens, and you are making it evident that you are not like them. I'm sure this feedback will be very helpful for everyone. Try to improve yourself.

Clean place but £16 for two quarter pounders and coffees is a bit steep

Ordered a lamb and beef Kebab with Chilli sauce. They sent the kebab smothered with garlic sauce im allergic to that sauce and asked for my chilli sauce kebab. I was told; YOU KNOW WHAT GET LOST! And it put the phone down. No replacement no explanation. Avoid these numpties they are not worthy. Money down the drain during these hard time's while they cream it in. #outside #poorservice #nomanners.

The food is good in my opinion and the staffs are very friendly.

My family continuously order from this place, so I thought to try it out for myself. The food was outstanding. The place is very clean, and well looked after. The staff are very friendly and the service was lovely and fast. Prices are great, especially for the quality, very well seasoned and cooked. 100% recommend this place and honestly is the best I’ve had in the area.

Disgusting place, The man was very rude, I felt very discriminated, And the food was terrible, he had things on the menu for a set price and tried to charge me more. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE And hygiene rates were not even a 1/10. Have complained to health and safety and online at there false advertising.

Not the best first impression. Ordered 2 donner wraps and when I received the order it was dry meat sitting on top of soggy salad and a tiny pita bread that was crumbling to bits. Let's hope they do better next time, If I order again and please stop threatening to cut people up infront of my 4 year old child especiallywhen the man was harmless. We don't need anymore of that energy on green lane.

The food is decent, but the menu prices are different to what im charged which isn't great. My friend and I ordered the same food item yet she got charged more than me.

Since I cane in the UK I have never had delicious burgers like they have trust me they are better than KFC. Need a friendly atmosphere with good food pay a visit at Smokey Grill. You won’t regret it

A very good example of a high street kebab shop. The ingredients are good quality and the food is cooked fresh on an actual charcoal bbq grill, as opposed to a hot plate like some other places. I usually have a chicken shish wrap. Some places use cheap, flakey or gelatinous pieces of chicken or salad which is on the turn and going slightly brown but not this place. Here the chicken is proper, good quality, large pieces of chicken breast and the salad is all fresh. The cooking was great and not overdone or dry at all. Some of the reviews complained about delivery, which I can’t comment on, as I generally only collect in person for this type of food, as it usually doesn’t travel that well and is better eaten sooner. I’ve been waiting for a local, decent quality kebab shop to open up and finally we have one - this is definitely the place to go for this type of food, in Green Lane and the surrounding areas. The staff were friendly too.

Best grill and kebab in the area I was visiting my friend today and stopped for lunch and it was so nice and clean ,end up getting nice dessert baklava as recommended by the very friendly staff Reasonably priced and we will definitely be ordering our weekend treat very soon again Variety of healthy foods available He also said he is happy to deliver to my home which is 4 miles away Shop is very clean and sitting area is clean Definitely new favourite Thank you Lola 🇲🇰

We saw this had just opened up down the road from us we can never find a decent kebab shop that delivers and this one is amazing!!! We’re so happy you’ve opened! And the lahmacun was amazing I know I rushed it so it needed to be a bit crispier but we can’t wait to order again soon! Welcome to the area guys! We will certainly be regulars x

Under the new management Smokey grill has quickly become the home hub for green lane. The shop is spotless. There mouth watering flavours from the chicken kebab to the kofte kebab to the chicken shish. Without a doubt the best kebab shop around. I ordered the platter 2 which can easily feed a family of 4 with out any issues. Friendly staff with great customer service

Friendly clean Kebab shop. I always purchase the veg kebab with homous and salad, I have purchased a few chicken burgers for friends and they have been happy with them.

AVOID!! Ordered from here via just eat. After 2 hours the food still had not arrived. Called the restaurant and they only answered after the 5th time. Man was rude and adamant he delivered my food and a man accepted it. I explained I was female and the house number he said he delivered it to was not even possible on my road. I love at 65 he delivered it to 65A (no such door number) he then just hung up on me! Awaiting a refund from just eat and will never order from here again!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. THE FOOD IS NO VERY FRESH. Ordered at 8.20pm. Had to phone at 9.45 to ask where food was. Man very rude. Said it's on way, phoned again15 mins later, to cancel. They was rude again. Discusting service.. The food is not brilliant anyway. Very dry.

They do not listen to customer. Food is not fresh. Price is not worth the quality and taste. Too much oil pouring from the chicken or lamb donner but do not bother to clean it before making new order.

i spend alot of money here regularly, i placed my order at 7.20 was told 8.20 waited called at 8.30 was told they are just starting to cook it and will be out for delivery in 10minutes 8.50 comes i try and call they blank me i call on withheld they answer. would have waited if they atleast communicated with me. really unhappy with costumer service will not be ordering from here ever again.
