I don't usually follow the advice of people who tell me that they have been told that something is good by people on that 'You-Gram, Insta- Tube, My Tikchat' brigade. But I did on this occasion. It's a Burger place in a petrol station. It's very good. I had 'The Oklahoma' which is a twin smashed patty with Gherkins, onions, cheese on a Potato cake bun. My partner had 'The Dirty' which comes with a burger pate & breadcrumbed chicken breast on a brioche bun. The chicken was nice & succulent & not overspiced. The beef pate was also well seasoned & cooked to perfection. The meals came with a generous portion of quality skin on fries. What else? Oh yes - service was quick, the price extremely reasonable & remember it's takeaway only. Can't remember having a better smashed pate burger.

Best burgers I have tasted. The quality was evident. Had both a beef burger and a chicken burger. The flavours were unique.

The food here is absolutely delicious! The burgers always tastes amazing and the guys there are super friendly which keeps us coming back for more. Great prices, not too expensive. Wait times are good and you get to shop all the American foods/sweets while you’re there too. Would highly recommend!!

Initially came here when the place first opened, and I’d say it was very average. Came here twice since ( February and march) and I must say they have upped their game massively. Meat seasoned perfectly, food was fresh and warm and they even chucked in a couple of extras as there was quite a few of us…. Food was ready in about 10 to 15 minutes and the sauces have a nice kick to them. All food is boxed and presented nicely and the staff are friendly and happy to help. The chicken is fried perfectly and tastes brilliant… will be returning in the future

Food is fairly decent, almost mediocre but it’s not horrible, reading other reviews helps me understand maybe staff are lethargic and couldn’t care less, my order wasn’t complete and had to ring them 4 times until they’d finally answered and sorted missing items, my kids loves the milkshakes but couldn’t complete meals, good potential just need a change in attitude.

Foods good but give you the wrong order on more than one occasion and then refuse to reply to rectify the issue after being a customer for a while

Ordered online, multiple items were missed failed to tell us the milkshake machine was broken and hung up mid call and didn’t seem to know what was going on in general. Did not replace anything missed all drinks and one meal. Would never order again below the bar service

Ordered £50.00 worth of food. Food missing and customer service horrible. 1st and last time ordering from here. Stay away!

Visited to check out what the fuss was about. We ordered online and was told it would be ready to collect in 30 mins and then when we got there we had to wait over 30 mins in the queue to be seen and then had to wait longer again because the server took a phone call in the middle of serving us and then forgot our order. Received our food and it was missing bits of the order we paid extra for which we went back in to complain about and was told they didn’t have any so they offered us sauce instead!! Glad we checked the bag first before driving off. The food comes in decent packaging but the food itself wasn’t up to expectations after hearing everyone rave about it online. The fries were super bland and dry(probs because they had been sat around a while) and the burger was kinda just a greasy slab of meat in a soggy bun. The burgers are seasoned with peppercorns which were overpowering and their house sauce was really really spicy for some reason which made it hard to eat. With the regular meal deals you only get cans of drink, i was expecting them in cups like the rest of their drinks. The burgers were kind of tasteless with the lettuce,haystack potatoes and mushrooms on top just being soggy and lifeless. Its a shame as it could be a brilliant food place with good footfall but i think the burgers need a rethink as they’re just too greasy and not worth the hype at all. They also need extra tills and more front of house staff as the guy looked like he was struggling alone. Im disappointed if I’m honest, wont return.

Had to check put the hype and it turned out to be a really tasty smash burger crispy fries and super fast service 😋 Highley recommended 👌

I brought a feisty burger with chips. What a waste of money. I don’t understand what all the hype is all about. The burger and chips were tasteless. A big fat piece of meat which was absolutely tasteless. The service was slow waited 18 minutes for a tasteless piece of meat on a bap. A burger from Poundland would have tasted much better.

Pre-ordered the food and it was ready bang on time. Delicious and fresh! Will definitely be returning.

Waited 45 minutes, burger wasn't really a burger just lumps of greesy meat on a muffin Tasteless, was horrible Chips cold Husbands burger was pink here and there , cheese chips was drowned in cold cheese sauce, it was minging Sorry guys defo won't be back Dogs thought it was OK

Came here on our way home from manchester, exceptional service staff were lovely and very helpful. Would definitely make the journey for a burger again!

Went on a whim, great quality burgers- lovely tasting and lots of choice. In future i’d order online and pick up as there was a bit of a wait and no seating. Only reason for not 5 stars is that he refused me napkins and said there’s some in the bag. There wasn’t and you definitely need some to eat these burgers! I would definitely return :)) (and make sure I deffo get napkins!!)

Unfortunately the bad reviews are down to Uber and not the food, which is a shame, the burgers are something else, absolutely amazing, like Wise the chicken tender(huge) and we’ll seasoned fries, defo worth a try, but try not being lazy and go and collect, avoid the Uber issues

Me and the Mrs went here on a whim after hearing about it from friends. 10/10 Fries very good. Burger very good. Chicken Tenders 13/10. We paid around £ 25.00 for 2x double burger & chips meals with drink & chicken tenders that were £4.00 but you would happily pay £6. Very fair price in my eyes All the negative reviews are from people who ordered on UBER EATS. Very unfair on Smashville that these people decided not to complain through the delivery company they ORDERED through.

Ordered a custom package of food for a boys night in using Uber food. (Big mistake). Bill came to £20.90. Uber app told me that my food was ready, but man at counter said it would be another 5minutes which turned into 30 minutes. Collected my meal which had the bill stapled to the bag….was my bill. Drove home in 15 mins and found someone’s burger and chips not my Uber meal. Rang Smashville who said bring it back, but not worth the petrol, so they offered a refund Which I accepted (being a pensioner) called round next day and they promised that Uber would refund my payment. I then spent over a week trying to get UBER to refund with no result. Meal from Smashville was not what I ordered and was very average and certainly NOT worth £20.90. If they will cheat a pensioner out of £20.90 in this day and age they are not good companies. UBER food customer service absolutely appalling. Don’t do business with either of them.
