I had a great moment. The staff members were so friendly, welcoming and a great service from Maddison.

The owner needs to stop false advertising as the website says certain prices and when you get to the store to collect your order your charged more as they are priced more on that menu!! Sort yourself out. the staff are nice but food aint all that. especially with them silly prices. wont be going again or recommending.

First time ever coming to smash burgers, the staff were very accommodating, really helpful and even offered us dates to open our fast. Big ups to Leyton who was nice to our whole group and was super helpful.

Young guy at the counter was really nice and helped whenever possible and seemed a honest chill guy and the milkshakes were amazing along with all the food

Consistently good service from team members and much better food than McDonald's! I had the chicken loaded fries and the original smash burger and I can't get off the seat to walk away. Hit the spot. The latest halal certification could do with being more accessible via QR code but the staff and owner were very friendly. Thanks

I got the double bird burger , At first I thought it was very expensive , it was massive , seriously worth the price , staff was nice aswell.

Absolute joke of a place! Place to order an Uber eats that was due to arrive the driver turned up on the phone to the restaurant arguing with the restaurant because they gave him the wrong orders to deliver. Then advised me at the door that the order was wrong and he doesn’t actually have my specific order and I need to call the restaurant to have the replacement delivered. On the phone at the restaurant refused to do anything or give answers told me the shop was now closed as nothing I I need to just get a refund through Uber Eats. I asked him if I can collect the order he told me even though he says my order was ready and he was waiting for the delivery driver to come back. Pure shambles absolutely disgusting behaviour provided no resolution I also didn’t get my money back because the driver said he delivered the order to my house that never arrived! Stay absolutely clear of this place customer service and staff are absolutely trash! Delivery driver was literally Them on the phone in front of my door saying that they didn’t have a place to pick up orders and nowhere for the delivery drivers to stand. I was refused a refund by Uber Eats and refused a refund by the restaurant so I’m now out of pocket by both Uber eats and the restaurant for all I never received! And the restaurants telling me they can’t do anything even though they’re the ones who messed up.

Food and service was really good had a custom Oreo bueno milkshake from a really kind girl it was so good. Will go back but it was a little busy .

If you work for uber skip this location! Speak to drivers like dirt and have no manners Even got a sign up no delivery drivers to enter the shop! You want us to stand outside waiting for you in the rain and cold! Never again will I accept an order from here!

Food is nice but customer service is shocking. No help when they have made a mistake with your order

We ordered through Uber Eats and smash on Trent missed items from our order. It was literally a 3 burger order not for a large party so the fact that they could make a mistake on such a small order was annoying but the fact that they don't deliver without the third party meant that they couldn't even send out the missing food. Their response was just to say to reorder on Uber Eats......... Pay again, pay service and delivery charges again, leave one person without food for another hour and take it all without them even offering anything in way of an apology for the inconvenience they caused, just sorry there's nothing we can do............. Wow. Iv never complained to restaurant that has made a significant mistake without them offering something in way of compensation eg money off next time as a good will gesture. Their customer service was just shocking. Never going there again incase they mess up and expect me to take it on the chin again, not worth it

Absolutely fantastic. We came 3 dad's and 4 kids, and the girl serving us was very polite and accommodating. Food came quickly and very very tasty. Background music was good. And the place was very clean. Highly recommend.

Delivery drivers are the backbone of takeaway businesses, yet they’re treated like garbage. They’re left freezing outside in harsh weather, not even allowed to step inside while waiting for orders. Staff can’t be bothered to step out and update them on wait times—basic decency seems nonexistent. It’s disgraceful how poorly drivers are treated, considering they are the ones ensuring customers get their food. Without them, these businesses wouldn’t survive. Start treating delivery drivers with the respect they deserve instead of exploiting them like they’re disposable.

Food is delicious, 10/10 recommend! The service is impeccable - the ladies are so lovely here.

Very friendly staff. Amazingly presented interior and atmosphere to eat in and amongst other people. Food is top tier cheat food and the milkshake menu is like nothing I’ve ever seen. We visit every time we’re in stoke.

Amazing place food is si good and worth the cost. Went here with some of my mates, and we were given some free chocolate chips. The only thing I would say is there are not lodes of seats.

I came in this place with high expectations, and to be honest, they were approved. The food was excellent, definitely worth the price. The staff were very friendly.

Went here and was told a 10 minute wait which I didn't mind but waited 30 mins for my food and when I got to the car which was outside I opened my food and it was freezing cold never again will I go Shame tho as the staff were rushed off there feet and didn't want take the food back so it went in the bin Shocking

Smash burgers are on point and delicious, as well as the cheesy hotshot i'de definitely reccomend. Only con would be the high price but compared to other options in stoke this is on another level.

Spotted on my way to Fastlane Karting and knew I wanted to go instantly. Stopped on my way home and glad I did. I had a chicken burger that was to die for. The rest of my family each had something different - wrap, beef burger, and loaded fries. I had a shake that was the thickest shake of my life - it was awesome. Every single one of us wolfed our meals down. It was proper proper good. It’s definitely gonna be a weekly occurrence for me. If you haven’t been then give it a go. It’s cheaper than Crack Donald’s, you get massive proportions, and it tastes amazing.

Doors were locked at 9:40 where i knocked on the door, just to be ignored. When they unlocked it for a customer who was there to pick up, i went in to be ignored again for 5 minutes. Weird and awkward, why put the open times till 11?

Tried here for the first time tonight, the service from our server was great and the food itself was really tasty, only disappointing snag is that I ordered a Double Trouble and got an original burger instead (I had also ordered an original burger so ended up with two of the same burgers) despite the box saying double trouble, annoying but would try again, recommend double checking the food before you leave as I only realised when I got home. **Changed review to 5 star, they contacted me and sorted out my missing burger etc last night, can't fault them for fixing the error**

I have tried their Bird Box and Nashville Burger Recently. Nashville burger was super good but was the chicken was drenched in oil.. otherwise a perfect blend of sweet and spicy.. And Their burgers are Massive.. Burger Size Well Justifies the Price Their cheesy Fries are my next Favourite now

I ate here when the first shop opened, and was blow away.. however tonight i ordered a burger, the bread was soggy, there was next to no salad on it. I'd also ordered cheesy bacon fries, the bacon and fries were undercooked. The cheese was warm that was it. Very disappointed considering the cost. The hallomi fries were delishous.

I sooooo regret not taking pictures of what I can only describe as an amazing meal!! We ordered 4 different burgers, hot dogs and a variety of different fries, loaded, cheesy etc etc. Everything was fresh, well cooked and tasted beautiful!! Deffo recommend and will deffo be going again.

**Review: 3/5 Stars - Chicken Burger** I recently tried the chicken burger at Smash On Trent, and while it was an okay option, it left a lot to be desired. The chicken patty was cooked well, but it lacked flavor and was a bit on the dry side. The seasoning was heavy on the salt, which made the overall taste a bit one-dimensional. The bun was soft, and the toppings were fresh, but they couldn’t really balance out the saltiness. It's not a terrible choice if you're in the mood for something quick, but the food quality and seasoning need some refinement to really shine.

I recently visited SmashonTrent burslem and was incredibly disappointed. To start, the fries were stone cold and tasted as hard as nails, like they’d been sitting out for hours. The rest of the food didn’t fare any better—it felt like eating cheap junk food or cafeteria-grade meals. For the prices they charge, I expected fresh, hot, and flavorful food, not something that felt carelessly thrown together. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent dining experience. Big dislike !!!!

been going here for a long time normally staff are amazing and friendly and food is amazing, however been here just around half 10 and I ordered a dirty burger with a croffle and it took around half an hour to come and when I opened it at home the burger didn’t come with any chicken on it so it was just a normal burger with cheese on. Guessing they did this as cooking the chicken may have took them over 11.

Best fast food of Stoke on trent

usually quite nice but it gets worse eachtime, just ordered two wraps and both came wrong, drinks always have more in the drinks bag than the actual cup and the loaded fries were just covered in cheese sauce

Well, well, well, what can I say about smash on trent? I visited today as I have seen it on Facebook. I can tell you what I wasn’t disappointed. I love the vibe This place is giving out these new style burger joints are great and loving the smash burgers. Place was nice and clean and staff were friendly. Massive menu to choose from. I just asked him for a burger just having a snack I was presented with a massive burger with four patties in a brioche bun with a nice bit of lettuce and tomato. It looked amazing. The burgers were hanging out the side of the bun. I took my first bite and there was an assault on my tastebuds. It didn’t stop there. I could taste that burger for a good hour afterwards. It was nice and juicy but Also crispy and nice charring And caramelisation going on it was truly flavoursome. I would 100% recommend this place and I will be cheating on my diet. I did forget to take a photo but what’s left and the packaging was great as well.

Missed a meal off for delivery ended up picking it up ourselves offered a milkshake for free but the meal was luke warm and really hard to eat crunchy food looks like they had missed it off and was still there very expensive would not order again even though the reviews were OK

Solid burger place in Fenton. The down-to-earth burgers are tasty and satisfying. Milkshakes are rich and generous. Staff is attentive and helpful. Good option when you crave for a good burger.

Traveled down to the water park from st Helen’s today and called in for food after seeing the video from rate my takeaway on YouTube we weren’t disappointed the food was brilliant the service was great definitely call again when I’m in the area thanks guys x

This place is very cheap for the amount and quality of the food you get. The atmosphere is great music is new and up to date. I had to wait a little bit for the food but it was all made fresh.

First and last time I ever order!! Placed an order through Uber eats around 18:50. After waiting hours I rang the restaurant up at 21:00. The guy on the phone couldn't find my order and when he did he said "oh its just been bagged up now". So I informed the Uber driver who'd been waiting for an hour that the food was ready. Turns out it wasn't ready because the driver got back in touch to tell me it wasn't. So he got fed up of waiting and Uber eats then cancelled the order at 21:10. Abysmal customer service. Never even got an apology for the 2 hours and 20 minutes wait for absolutely nothing.

Ordered thru Uber eats and normally have no problems but today when I ordered there was a promo on but when I got the food there was 2 burgers missing and when I contacted Uber eats they had said that I can’t get a refund so not happy with this

First try of Smash on Trent and omg I am in love with their food!!! Burgers were amazing had cow and bird, loaded fries are really loaded everything so flavourful and most importantly not greasy. Staff very friendly and helpful, everything tasted so fresh, Moistened hand towels for finished clean up Will definatley be my choice for a burger from this day forth!! Well done Smash on Trent

Never had a bad experience here; the staff are always so lovely and the service is great. Food is served quickly, piping hot and it’s never been bad. So much choice and a great vibe all around. So many options, depending on what you are wanting. Seasonal specialties are visible and all add a new twist to a burger, fries or drinks. I would 100% recommend this place.

We normally order takeaway, but treated my teenage son to a physical visit tonight following a climbing session. Absolutely fantastic! We were going to go to burger king but opted to visit Smas on Trent and it did not disappoint!! We had a dirty burger each and a portion of fries between us (more than enough fries!). My son had a jaffa cake "crunch" cup milkshake, which he seemed rather pleased with, and I had a kinder Bueno "crunch" cup milkshake which was divine! Will definitely be visiting in person more often!

One of the best burger places I've ever been to! Have been plenty of times now, and can easily say their Dirty Burger is very fillling and tastes incredible. They have the best Sundaes I've ever had, and I truly can't get over the Brownie Sundae!! The place has an incredible atmosphere, and lovely staff. I can't recommend this place enough!

Milkshakes from here are banging. Food is also really good but you mainly go for the milkshakes. Still one of the better burger places I've been.

We've driven past Smash on Trent on our way home many times but finally decided to try it tonight - woww! Fabulous food, great service (a special mention for Kieran who made sure we were happy, but all the staff were friendly!), very clean premises and reasonable prices, we will definitely be back! Our burgers were enormous and one portion of fries was enough for the two of us. All the food was freshly made to order, and nice and hot (unlike another famous burger place). Highly recommended.

I just had my first meal at smash on trent and I was pleasantly surprised! The amount of food I got was more than satisfactory for the price. The burger tasted great and the two lady servers were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be returning very soon ☺️ best burger in stoke on trent 👌
