Piccolo's Pizzeria in Stoke-on-Trent

My stepson was home and ordered, delivery driver spoke to him in a poor manner . Told him to pay attention to the door bell, he stays with us once a week and we were out tonight. So clearly doesn't have access to our doorbell not being full time Never had an issue before with piccolos but tonight has made me question using them again.

Pizzas are over done. Kebab meat is frozen and cooked through the pizza rolling oven. Tastes and looks really bad.

Spent £22 on an order which included two cans of coke for £2.40. Driver arrives doesn’t have the drinks and tells me to just “give us a shout tomorrow”. asked what I’m going do about my money, he says the shops closed now so he can’t go back and that I need order again tomorrow and he will tell them I paid for two drinks the day before. Saying all of this while the drinks were in the front seat on the passenger side, if you wanted a drink mate I would have bought you one.

Ordered a MIXED kebab with chilli and lemon juice, paid £7.50 ( menu on the wall said £7.00) opened the box and it was just chicken and salad with chilli sauce, quite nice but not what I ordered! So I will walk past next time, basic order and can't get it right!

We have pizza here every few weeks! They are consistently good and tasty! Would defo recommend 👌

Best burger we have had in a while, chips weren’t a fan of as they were spicy but other than that 10/10

Pizza was cold,cans of drink was warm,over and hour wait

Had pizza Friday usually best pizzas around but this one was poor bit burnt and cheese over done

It's absolutely shockingly bad !! Took over an hour to arrive The pizza was terrible, burnt crust, cheap, manky cheese The kebab was just an abomination! Won't ever go back here and suggest that no one else does

Will never eat from here again ordered food the day after I was really bad stomach cramps then I was walking past and seen Rats going under the rear door at the back it's got a big hole under door a cat could fit through never mind a rat discussting tbh no wonder I was ill it's been that way for over a year and the door leads straight to the kitchen in the back as I've looked I gave called trading standards which are looking into the matter not on at all

I honestly think this is the best pizza ive had in years, i have the pepperoni and everything just tastes fresh

Really like piccolos, I'm a regular there ...staff are really friendly, pizzas are tasty and price is really good x

A pizza a calzone and a burger and chips All were cooked perfectly Staff were friendly and helpful and the prices are competitive too

The best pizza in Bentilee. Great prices. Lovely staff. Only one thing i would change is the opening hours. I would stay open till at least 11.

Dont put salad on food unless you ask even though it is on the menu. But food does taste nice. Wish they followed what is on the menu

Really disappointed. Ordered a fireball pizza.. came with no meat on. Also The Donner meat was awful had no taste and little bits. 1 star for the chips they were nicee and the other is for the driver such a happy chappy.

Ordered by mistake online as it has the same name as my local, staff were rude and still waiting for a refund a week later. Avoid this place!

Lovely food can't fault it or them at all, but one thing is for sure I've never seen a hotdog like it, Bit disappointed as was really looking forward to a "Hotdog" but relieved this instead. Not going lie though, Really enjoyed it

Fantastic fresh ingredients, pizzas usually amazing. Comparing it to dominos is pointless, you get value for your money at piccolos rather than paying over the odds for less topping and a brand name like dominos. Would recommend to anyone.

I thought the food was A1 ,I had lasagne and chips plus extras and loved every bite .Will defo order again

Best pizza I've had in a long time. Tastes lovely unlike a well known brand that tastes bland and charge a fortune. The sauce on the pizza is so nice. Will be using again.

Waited nearly 2 hours for the food to arrive, and when it did 1 of the pizzas was burnt so badly I could only identify what it was through its dental records.. I can only assume they did this after I rang up to complain.. Seriously if I could give this no stars at all I would.. I'm very angry, I certainly won't be having this food again even if they gave it me.. Back to domino's I think.. Avoid avoid..

Order was missing one pizza😕.Then think it was rushed too much garlic on margarita pizza .

Just had our first order, food was amazing. Don't treat ourselves to pizza very often, but we will definitely be treating ourselves again soon!

Asked for a tikka filled naan, plain hawain pizza, did express no mushrooms as me and my son allergic to them. Got home, ate the food and started being ill. Nothing wrong with the food, but i did say no mushrooms. Tried to ring up n say. Got the phone put down on me 3 times. Not good. Especially if theres allergens and they carry on regardless. Ok if you hungry, not good if you're allergic to anything

Had a garlic margarita with mushrooms, peppers and jalapeno. Absolutely delicious! Better than dominoes and the hut every time.

Pizza took 1 1/2 hours to arrive. When it did come it was burnt as well as cold! The soles on my shoes are more chewable than the cheese.

Cheap, good, local pizzeria. About £5 for a large pizza if you collect in person. Delivery is a bit more expensive, but that's not an exaggeration.
