Order from here as a treat at the weekends, best burgers I've had by far, would recommend the loaded fries ✔️ delicious!

Food was cold but the time it arrived and the crinkle fries ordered were stale and cold. Had to bin most of them as they were inedible.

Every effort has been made to deliver their products in the best way. Best burgers by a mile . Loaded frys are next level and a desert may take you over the edge. Well done smashed it.

THE delivery driver was fantastic, exactly on time & very pleasant to deal with, one of the best delivery drivers. They should be proud of him. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hugely expensive,worst chips think I've had,burgers burnt yet had enough grease that you could refry the awful oven chips. Used to use this takeaway a lot,it's just got worse and worse

Food was late (estimate shown here is different from when I placed the order). Stone cold when it arrived. Also… just wasn’t good. Honestly I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse takeaway. Only redeeming feature was the cheesecake. Absolutely gutted.

Ordered on Uber Eats (delivered by their own staff) - Took about an hour to arrive on a Sunday. Burger was 10/10, very good and arrived hot. Would recommend the Algerian sauce. Chicken Tenders 8/10 Curly fries 2/10 - unfortunately arrived cold and soggy, this was only only thing from stopping it getting 5 stars.

They do not read the customer comments, we asked for plain burgers and they came with everything on including being drenched in sauce and soggy. We rang the restaurant and told them and they admitted the mistake and offered to send some replacements but the delivery time was already 45 minutes and it was 22:15 so we just threw the burgers away. Neither the restaurant or Just Eat would give us a refund for the burgers so I won’t be ordering again as your not guaranteed to get what you pay for

Burger and Curly fries were literally out of this world! Highly highly recommend if you want to get any kind of burger. So much flavour, great portion sizes and speedy delivery as well.

Chips cold had to be re heated rest was very good

doughnuts were incredible had to wait about 45 minutes for them to be delivered though

as a regular ordering from here i have had no problems up to now. the fries where a reheat and yes i can tell.as i am a chef.you cannot reheat frozen fries once you have cooked them.as this makes them hard and un palatable.

delivery was ridiculous got a message to say enjoy your food 20mins before it arrived, burgers were ok but chips were cold and hard not the same as they used to use which were really nice, not as good as it used to be will certainly think twice before ordering again, also when I rang up to ask were my order was the guy I spoke to was really rude not good customer service.

we ordered food at 7pm it said delivery between 7 30 and 7 50 money was taken from my account no delivery for 8 15 pm so rang and was told order was on it's way rang again a further 2 times to be told the same it will be with you within 5 mins still not arrived then received a message order delivered enjoy your food. what food absolutely shocking service sat here starving still no food

We order from here quite often, whether it be on JustEat or WiganEats, the quality of the food is always spot on and the drivers are lovely. If anything is incorrect they sort it out straight away. One of the top places in Wigan. 10/10!

I got a superstar burger and it was amazing. 1000% the best takeaway burger I’ve ever had, would definitely recommend. I also got a milkshake which was very tasty with lots of flavour. Second time I’ve been and I’ve never been disappointed. I will be back!

Wow wow wow. Absolutely amazing. Me and my partner both agreed it was the best burger we had ever had. My partner got the chicken smashed patty burger and he’s usually picky with takeaways but he loved it. I got the double beef smashed burger with sweet chilli and garlic mayo and oh my it was definitely better than any burger I’ve ever had! It was beautifully seasoned and absolutely delicious. My partner also got a milkshake and said he’d never had one so nice. Will definitely be back soon!

Best chicken wrap you’ll find in Wigan. I have ordered from here 3 times, the food is consistently fantastic and the first 2 times there was no issue at all. However today, on the third time of ordering, our food was one hour late. However I must say that the staff on the phone were extremely friendly and helped us out the best that they could.

The chips was cold and soggy the burgers were ok but salty and soggy. Not worth the money i wouldnt order from here again.

amazing food, pretty lean very little grease even for a 'challenge'. good quality likely the best burger I've eaten. not burned, far from dry, loads of cheese, good quality lean meat and a very well executed balance of pepper and seasonings to the consistantly thick patty'. will deffo be ordering again.

The food was not what was expected. Didn’t even want to finish it. Horrible service, felt like I was being spoke down to. Took an hour and a half to arrive. Will not be going there again.

Ordered for collection Couldn’t find it it’s in a different shop. Burgers ok, ordered chicken loaded fries. The fries under the chicken were not cooked. had to throw them away, didn’t want to stress of sending back.

chips where soggy/undercooked burger was a bit greasy and quite salty used this place quite a few times now but normally get the beef smash patties and love it but tried the chicken today and not overly keen wouldn't stop me coming back but not what I expected.

Burger was dry & bland, the bun was soggy. Chips were freezing cold & the lad on the phone had no customer service skills.
