Smart Pizza in Leicester

Food good but rang to say never had wjatbi wonted and wud make uo the vaule of my order witch never happend

The chicken was okay, but Luke warm. The shake had separated by the time food had arrived and the jacket potato was truly awful, the tuna mayo had melted and was smelling rather questionable, I didn't eat it in the end.

Very very very greasy and cold but I assume that was because it had done a tour of Leicester 😳

food was cold, chips were grey and soggy, tasted like they had been reheated, naan bread on kebab was rock hard.

The food is vile the pizza is not nice and come smaller than you order I was sick after eating from here so where my kids they run this place under 2 different names they need to be closed down 1 hygiene rate dirty people

The chicken wings were mixed with drums, the strips were almost breast slices and the fries were thrown away into the bin. Probably reheated from a long time ago. Not impressed.

Late arrival but kept informed. The food was tasty and hot.

Had a message to say food on way didn’t arrive and still had to ring to see how long it will take When food got here poor quality will not use this restaurant again

I have ordered an Large doner it came like smaller than small size. Would never order again 🙄

Ordered at 10pm. Didn't arrive until 11:50pm. Half the family had gone home so now we have leftover wasted food. If you can't fulfil the order on time, don't accept it.

3 little bits of chicken on a mixed kebab. Children's portion with the rest of the food. Absolutely shocking

The food was great can’t complain. It was ready as soon as i got there. Finished it all, the doner was one of the best doner i had. Thanks guys

Ordered food and Oder was confirmed at 19:15 and was expecting to be delivered between 19:45 and 20:00 they pushed it back twice until 20:45 call the restaurant and they said it would be there in 10 minutes waited another half an hour and finally arrived and the food was not worth it never ordering from here again there rubbish.

Food was nice but cold and took a while to come

If you don’t want to be waiting all night for your food then don’t bother going here. Hard to contact to try and actually get an update on you order

Best chicken kebab I’ve had in Leicester in years!! Tastes like a bbq chargrilled chicken great flavours and the chips where huge chippy chips nothing better!! Great food great place even catered exactly to my requests on the large kebab changing a few things for me. Will definitely be going here again worth every penny!!

Food came late tried to call restaurant to see where my food was and no answer. Food arrived and the pizza was bland and had very little taste. So disappointed with this only ate it as we were so hungry. Shame as we had high hopes!

Had two bites then threw the rest in the bin.

Very poor and unprofessional service. When it was 45 mins late, I called the restaurant and the guy on the phone was too rude and he simply answered it was on the way and hung up. Moreover,the driver was new and was lost.

Waiting time over 2 h. Pizza with pepperoni - more cheese pizza- pepperoni few bits. Hawaiian pizza - ananas only few on pizza. Disappointed. Never again unfortunately.

You sent the wrong food I ordered a jacket potato with butter you sent a jacket potato with GARLIC BUTTER!!!! Then when I tried to call multiple times no one answered the phone. My girlfriend went to bed hungry because of your restaurant, she does not like garlic if she wanted garlic butter I’d have ordered garlic butter but she didn’t

Num 1 The doner meat was like it was scraps extremely dry and very crispy absolutely disgusting Num 2 The jacket potato was supposed to have cheese and beans well the was NO bean sauce on it and the beans were near on none existence so it was dry Num 3 One of the drinks was ment to be a large but they were both mediums Num 4 The garlic pizza bread you couldn't taste the garlic in it but was nice and soft The choc cake was beautiful WILL NEVER ORDER FROM AGAIN

I just came out of hospital very hungered order this meal came very cold and my dog did not eat so would would I eat it /

Food was pretty good. However the malteser milkshake was a massive disappointment. It tasted absolutely nothing like malteser, it was basically just a vanilla shake with a few crushed up maltesers absolutely disgusting. Never ordering a milkshake from here ever again, should’ve just gone to my normal place.

first time experience and amazing service !

The driver arrived apologing saying we was the first but he had drivered the others instead. he arrived 45 minutes late. Our child was tired. The food was only luke warm. The lamb Donner was salty. The coleslaw leaked in the plastic bag all over the drink bottle. It was a shame the sauce was already on the meals. Very disappointed

Rang 5 times and didn't get an answer. Food stated to be delivered 20 mins before it actually arrived. Sizing for the pizzas is poor. 9" for a medium! What is a small??

Food was very late. Order should have been delivered around 22:55, was delivered at 00:55. Driver apologised but that doesn't resolve the problem really. They refused to give a refund. Food was obviously cold. Went straight in the bin. Wasted my money for nothing. Very disappointed. At least I know not to order from here again.

I called the restaurant ensuring my food would be warm due to a delay of over 50 minutes which I was insured it would be made fresh. The chips were in edible and tasted like old oil and the meat was just cold and burned

All food is cold. Pizza was supposed to be meat feast but both have more mushroom than meat. Chilli cheese bites are hard and inedible. Food is unacceptable

Always good from Smart Pizza. Food is hot and tasty. Chip shop style chips, not french fries. Chicken is cooked in a good batter not soggy and if you order non spicy you get non spicy, unlike some other places that obviously cross contaminate their chicken, these do not! Plenty of kebab meat and naan's are perfect. Always on time and always polite. Thank you!

I ordered a kebab and it came with no bread so it was just a box of hard dried meat. The cheese chips had hardly no cheese on them may aswell of just ordered normal chips. Tasted like I was eating yesterday’s meal warmed up 🤢waste of money and wouldn’t order again.

Not the best meal chips were rehearsal and pale, chicken burger was very crispy, buns were cheap frozen one(well thats what they tasted like) only good thing was the pioneer rings were nice and the chocolate fudge cake.

Kabab was one of the worst I’ve had.was just covered in grease,so badly the chips where soaked with it underneath

Was on time just .......i had the fry inn special burger meal , by time it arrived unfortunately the meal was cold , the salad on the burger was fresh but the burger was full of grisle and was just thrown in the box and when opening the box the burger was split open and spread across the box and bun for the burger soggy

Absoloutly no contact from the Resturant to say that my dinner would be late... Just oh well it's yes its late but you got the food so you cannot complain. The pizza itself wasn't bad, but the milkshake was terrible. Just flavoured water.

Disgusting customer service tried to not deliver our food the swerved all our calls and the food was cold and unedible

Order came missing the 2milkshakes got told by driver they ran out and need to ring when ring restaurant they said they went out with order rang driver to be told they went to a different customer and told we still had to pay for them and that we had 2 choices wait for more to come or none at all was told 20mins and still no milkshakes

Both the doner meat and the chips were chewy and unpleasant to eat, not good. Would not order again.

Food was terrible, they literally delivered black burnt wings!

The wings were completely burnt and they still delivered it to me. Didn’t even bother frying up a new batch. I took a picture of it and will be posting it online. The chips weren’t good either but the donner meat was good

Go the wrong order and have no number to call as there isn’t a restaurant phone number. Also was 30 mins late.

Food was cold. 20 mins late. And I asked for specific things in my wrap and got greeted with a hot pepper in my wrap.. would not recommend.

Chicken dry as, savaloy was stone cold. Pizza was basic.

You state pizzas are buy one get one free but you’ve charged us full price for both pizzas. This isn’t on. You’ve charged me £11+ for an extra pizza that should’ve been free.

Shocking food all cold on arrival kebab was so bad my dogs turned there noses up at it .45 mins late pizza just bland and stogey mess.milkshake was OK even if they did send the wrong flavours. Asked just eat to get me a refund as I can not justify paying £42.44 for sub standard rubbish 100%will never use again and definitely do not recommend to anyone not even a homeless person would eat this rubbish
