The food was outstanding and the service provided to us by Amy was amazing. She was friendly and helpful, the brunch went swimmingly and she ensured the drinks kept coming for when we were finished. Definitely recommend - what an amazing way to celebrate my birthday! Only comment is the selection of drinks wasn’t great, a wider variety of cocktails would make this brunch so much better!

Changing my review, unfortunately I was going to slugs and lettuce for breakfast as usual half 10 but now every time I go is close 😒 so disappointed ☹️ Checked the times and guess what?! They open at 12pm for breakfast, what a joke 😣 At that time we need to eat lunch and not breakfast... That was my favorite place but not anymore 😞 I will never go there again 😑

Is there any alcohol in the cocktails with bottomless brunch, I came out more sober than when I went in, however I would like to say the staff are amazing running around like headless chickens, felt sorry for them.

Unathi was an excellent server she was so good at the job

We had the S&L sharer, most stuff was burnt, pointed out to staff at the end, who stormed off to the kitchen unhappy. You are charging £29.95 for this, at least I expect that my food is not burnt. In terms of drinks, well as a local person and having visited S&L on a number of occasions, beer was always horrible maybe check how you actually keep it finally or does it take someone to write a review for you to do it. This was officially my last visit to S&L in Harborne.

Visited S&L Harborne this evening with my family (including my three children) to celebrate my 30th birthday. The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish we were made to feel so welcome and a massive thank you to both Amy and Tom for really making the experience perfect. From the moment I walked in, the staff were attentive and ensured I didn’t have to wait long for my order. The bartenders were not only fast but also skillful, crafting my cocktail perfectly in record time without compromising on quality or presentation. It’s rare to find such a combination of speed and excellence, and it made the experience all the more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great drinks served swiftly! KGB security in door very heavy handed. I was refused access due to my disability. The security staff need to attend awareness training. I was very disappointed. I was attending the venue to meet up with my daughter and friends to celebrate her birthday. Very very disappointed. Please look into this as a matter of urgency. There seemed to be a lot of undesirable individuals that the security team was allowing access to the slug and lettuce pub Harborne B17. VERY DISAPPOINTED. 😢☹️

You know what I would literally vouch for this place and say their are amazing staff behind bar they respectfully treated me and my family good however I went toilet and my mum got treated like rubbish she paid for her drinks I can attach and send a photo evidence ( screenshoot) the woman I think that was manager was rude and I don’t appreciate my mum being shouted at I work in similar place my self I understand miscommunication but the woman that was manager was disrespectful and not trying to be understanding when your getting told u haven’t paid for something but u have and have proof then yeah makes sense please email me back if you can cause I don’t understand this what do ever

The sharing platter was nice apart from the over cooked crockets. Staff wernt too bothered when I mentioned it. I can see why the place was quiet!!

Went here last night on our work Xmas do. Considering we in the party season the music was absolutely rubbish. No party tunes to get people dancing and only a couple of Xmas tunes. Put in a couple of requests to the DJ only to be told he doesn't 'have' them despite he using a laptop which you can get any music you want 🤷
