Awful, food was poor quality and tasted awfully, could finish my main course, staff weren't attentive, food came out 5 minutes after ordering and then mains came out 10-15 minutes later which showed that food was frozen and heated up which explains the taste. Music was turned up so loud whilst we were still eating we could barely talk and the vibe was very off in there, didn't feel comfortable and left as soon as we'd finished the drinks.

Came here for a brunch with my friends, was served by liberty throughout the brunch she was so lovely and accommodating. She welcomed us, took our drinks order in a timely manner and was always nice and polite i would 100% recommend

Our family of 5 visited for breakfast on Easter Monday. 4 of us had the Big Breakfast & hot drinks. When ordering our food, the staff member who took our order was quite unfriendly & not very welcoming. We were disappointed with the drinks & the food. The drinks (2 cappuccinos & 3 teas) were almost cold & no chocolate on the cappuccinos. When the food arrived, we surprised to see that there were no sausages on our breakfasts. However, they were shown as part of the breakfast on your menu. It was not mentioned to us when we ordered & we paid the full price. Also, nothing was given in place of the sausages. We were very disappointed. We would not recommend & will not visit again.

Had the most amazing evening, Eve served us, and no ask was too much. She had the drinks on flow and made the bottomless evening so worth it. Would recommend to anyone!

Our server was amazing was our server liberty she made sure we had a good afternoon felt like she was over every 5 minutes asking what we wanted so happy with the drinks only got the drinks ordered wrong when we had a different server so you really do depend on what server you have been here 3 times. And 2/3 have been good i really do think it depends on oh is serving you

Appalling, boss just stood there and turned a blind eye to anything that happened The polish bouncer hit 2 women plus man handled a gay man for no reason His attitude aswell as the owners absolutely disgusting knowing you run a bar You had no toilet role in any of the womens toilets You had urine all over the bathrooms

We had Nayana as our server and she was so so sweet and welcoming! Food was mid, drinks a little watered down (bottomless brunch) but I would go back. Reasonable price

Nayana was a wonderful waitress and was super helpful and attentive the whole time! Unfortunately the food really wasn’t that great. Soggy bread, unsalted fries and the mac and cheese was more a soup. Do think that for £35 you can get your money‘s worth for it here depending what you order!

bottomless brunch, what’s not to love? megan however really made our visit extra special, really looked after us, always smiling and more than willing to engage with us, made some lovely recommendations (the burrata toast was exceptional) and really personalised our visit to make us feel as welcome as possible, i couldn’t speak higher of the service we received, megan thank you very much!

Bit gutted if I’m honest. We’ve been to the Bromsgrove and Brindley Place bottomless brunches lots of times and had a brilliant time but this one was disappointing. Our lovely server tried her best but there were simply too many bookings and not enough staff so we spent more time with a table full of empty glasses than with the bottomless drinks we were promised. The food was lovely and the drinks when they came were great but it was a disappointing birthday for my friend. Will stick to the Bromsgrove one from now on I think!

We had an amazing celebration at S&L harborne for my daughters 18th. They were very accommodating and prepared 23 meals on time so we could all eat together. The staff members Amy and Nayana made her feel special and would highly recommend.

The food was outstanding and the service provided to us by Amy was amazing. She was friendly and helpful, the brunch went swimmingly and she ensured the drinks kept coming for when we were finished. Definitely recommend - what an amazing way to celebrate my birthday! Only comment is the selection of drinks wasn’t great, a wider variety of cocktails would make this brunch so much better!

Changing my review, unfortunately I was going to slugs and lettuce for breakfast as usual half 10 but now every time I go is close 😒 so disappointed ☹️ Checked the times and guess what?! They open at 12pm for breakfast, what a joke 😣 At that time we need to eat lunch and not breakfast... That was my favorite place but not anymore 😞 I will never go there again 😑

Is there any alcohol in the cocktails with bottomless brunch, I came out more sober than when I went in, however I would like to say the staff are amazing running around like headless chickens, felt sorry for them.

We had the S&L sharer, most stuff was burnt, pointed out to staff at the end, who stormed off to the kitchen unhappy. You are charging £29.95 for this, at least I expect that my food is not burnt. In terms of drinks, well as a local person and having visited S&L on a number of occasions, beer was always horrible maybe check how you actually keep it finally or does it take someone to write a review for you to do it. This was officially my last visit to S&L in Harborne.

Visited S&L Harborne this evening with my family (including my three children) to celebrate my 30th birthday. The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish we were made to feel so welcome and a massive thank you to both Amy and Tom for really making the experience perfect. Both of them are just brilliant 🩷
