Been at slug and lettuce for food and drinks and staff were all friendly and quick with our food and drink orders. Food was very nice which is not common when it comes to drinks bottomless brunch. Big thanks for Amy for serving us all the times and getting our drinks in. Big gem, don’t lose her or we might not come back. Joking. 🙌🏾

Came here for an early lunch with a friend. The service was okay, but slow. I didn't think the food was good value for money at all. Three little bowls of chips to share cost over £10 and there was barely any chicken on the chicken skewers I ordered. And it wasn't even proper skewered chicken. It looked like roast chicken out of a packet stuck on a cocktail stick. I didn't say anything at the time because I was with a friend, but I won't be coming back. The atmosphere was quiet, hardly any other diners, which is never a good sign.

Nice setting but food was expensive and low quality. Staff were friendly enough but I had to ask for my plate to be cleared and the outside table was dirty which attracted flies

Worst food ever , this was my first visit and definitely my last one I ordered steak and paid nearly £18 and it tasted really bad i couldn't even eat it so i poured all the gravy on it hoping it would make it edible but it didn't make any difference

I visited today with my 2 Daughters, food was great and the kids menu has a lot of options. Service from Jamielee, Amy and Chloe was amazing. What a lovely group of girls. Will definitely be visiting again soon

Popped in for a quick drink, lovely bar and nice relaxed atmosphere. I hope they have Guinness back in stock for my next visit (wednesday)

The food was lovely and continuous drinks the entire two hours, staff were very kind and quick!!

So we came to the slug today for my friends birthday 6 of us all ordered food and cocktails was looking forward to the new menu as I wasn’t impressed with the last menu well what a disappointment and the food and drink was an even bigger disappointment chicken wings skin on fries and a side salad chicken wings were slimey and gristle so I returned n salad was just rocket wiv one long slice of cucumber I had to send that back to add Tomatoe which I was told it doesn’t have Tomatoe but the menu said it did I then changed my wings fr a chicken burger which was over done n I couldn’t eat it so I just left it on the plate as I couldn’t be botherd to complain again my pawn star martini was not how it used to be it was peach based which was horrible very disappointed. Think my days of coming to the slug even for cocktails is over x

Took a first visit here at the weekend for a birthday brunch with friends and family. Have to say I was more than impressed. I'm not a drinker myself, water only for me, but my daughters both had cocktails, which they said were excellent. We also all had a burger for lunch, I can speak very well of this, most delicious 😋. The atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly, our waitress Amy was very pleasant and attentive, nothing seemed to trouble her, and she didn't let the fact we were a big table with some specific needs worry her, everything was spot on, on time with no errors. Outstanding. Will return

S+L was absolutely fantastic, came here with a late birthday going out with my sister and it wad our first time and had always wanted to come to try the bottomless brunch. We were seated quickly with arrival of processco. And drinks were flowing all night. The servers were friendly polite chatty and very attentive to us, drinks and our needs. We will definitely be revisiting.

Nayana was amazing. Anything we needed she was there, excellent service. But her manager was extremely rude and let the whole team down. She refused to give me her name but she had short dyed red hair and was working at 7pm on 29th June. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I've been going there for years and never had such disgusting behaviour from anyone before. All other staff members were lovely including the security staff. The manager let the team down.
