Me and my friend booked a brunch online, and the unlimited drinks were tasty and the food was delicious, served quickly. Valentina took good care of us, service was excellent, would definitely recommend this place.

Really nice place to stay. The Brixton beer is perfect! Good prices for what you get. Valentina fits in perfect here and helps you a lot by whatever u need

The food was nice that wasn't the problem. It took more than 1 hour for us to have our mains after the starters. We had to constantly call the waitress, then when I approached to ask for the delay no one came back to give us the kitchen feedback... I had to ask again. At the end we didn't pay the service charge and when we were speaking to the manager and explained what happened. She basically said in a very dismissive way 'isn't my fault'. My 5y old was crying at this point because he wanted his brownie. Which we paid and asked for it and not even that the manager was able to get from the kitchen so he could eat it on the go. I was still accused of shouting at her and it wasn't her fault my kid was crying... it's mother's day and Slug and lettuce has managed to ruin a very good day. I understand they don't care we were going to pay for the meal anyway. But you should carefully choose your managers if this is the most senior person you have on service. GOOD LUCK.

We waited almost 3/4 hours to get an overcooked and very expensive steak and fries. Unsmiling and not really motivated staff. I saw a waitress replace a chair without removing the empty glass that was on the table.

Went here today having been in other slug and lettuce restaurants around the UK and always having a good time. This time though it was extremely disappointing, I asked for 2 sides of mac and cheese and 2 salt and pepper fries, when we got the food I was none the wiser that we had gotten full portions of mac and cheese so what I thought was going to be a reasonably inexpensive lunch turned out to be very expensive for what it was. Then when the bill came the food was twice as expensive as I had planned with London being an expensive enough city as it is this came as an awful surprise. £66 was a complete and utter rip off for what we got.

Amazing food and Sherrie and crystal are amazing waitresses - they have been so friendly and kind to us.

Amazing time at Slug and Lettuce completely due to Reece’s service! Could not have asked for a better server, deserves all the praise the world has to offer. Big up Reece!

We visited the Slug & Lettuce near the London Eye on a Friday evening after a long and tiring day. The location is convenient, with good music and a nice ambience, but it didn’t quite match the experience we had in Preston. Service was noticeably slow, despite the venue not being particularly busy. We stood at the counter waiting for a while before being served. We ordered S&L chicken wings, crispy-coated prawns, a couple of cocktails, and a beer. After some time, we decided to leave. Perhaps it was just a hectic day for everyone, but overall, the experience didn’t quite meet our expectations.

We visited Slug & Lettuce after a work event on a Sunday, looking forward to food and drinks. While having our starter, we noticed a promotion for a free drink advertised on the table and posters. We all signed up through their app and placed our orders, but when the drinks didn’t arrive, we asked at the bar, only to be told the offer wouldn’t be honored, even though we received confirmation in the app. Since it didn’t show on their system, they refused to accept it. The bar staff were polite, but the male manager was dismissive and rude. It was disappointing to see a clearly advertised promotion ignored after we followed all the steps. This isn’t the first issue we’ve had with Slug & Lettuce. Service is often slow, and app orders frequently require chasing at the bar. Sadly, this experience only reinforced our decision not to return in the future.

Food was lovely,drinks were also very nice but the attention for bottomless brunch was missing as there was multiple times with empty drinks with staff seeing and ignoring..Sabrina themed brunch yet no props and had to ask for the shot and the music not being sabrina inspired at all….

Went on a weekday lunch. Had the chicken skewers and fish burger, both of which were great. Service was a bit of a letdown though, compared to other S&L establishments I visited elsewhere in the UK before. No one attended to us when we entered the place or even acknowledged us before or after our meal. Some menu items were not available on the QR code ordering system either so I had to order at the counter.

I recently visited the slug pub in London and had an a lovely experience. The food was great, with a great variety to choose from. The atmosphere nice and chill. But what truly made our visit memorable was the service. Our waiter, Mz, was incredible. He was not only incredibly helpful, but also genuinely friendly and easy to talk to. He made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. It’s rare to experience such attentive and personable service, and Mz definitely added to the overall great vibe of the pub. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the top-notch service!

We had a great experience here after a trip on the London Eye, which is very close by. We were a party of 6, and one person a bit older who was not so comfortable sitting at a table with a high stool. So a server called Ems was so friendly and helpful and went out of his way to wait until another table left, then cleaned and prepared two tables together for us to change to. Thank you Ems! Then Robert took our food drink orders, and delivered them. A bit complicated - I am English, hosting 5 visitors from Brazil. My Portugese is not great, and neither their English! Robert was excellent, friendly, accurate and efficient. And the food and drinks were lovely. Overall an excellent experience, positive and friendly. A very good impression. Thank you

Honestly the whole thing was saved by Rob, I accidentally only served the table instead of a bottomless and he came through and helped us onto it! He has been a great server and never made it feel as if we were waiting!

The drinks and service today was fantabulous and we were served by a very kind gentlemen called Ethan. It’s my 30th birthday weekend and me and my wife were welcomed to a friendly environment. Me and my wife would definitely recommend anyone looking for a quick drink stop or somewhere nice to stop for a few drinks

Fantastic bottomless brunch with my bestie. Atmosphere is great, staff are kind and aren't pushy (but know when to call me to you to fill your glasses up). If you're looking for a chilled, fun atmosphere, this is the place to go. 10/10

Popped in after a ride on the London eye our server Ethan really wowed us with his prompt service and the drinks were delicious and consistent!

Came here for my anniversary with my girlfriend for a bottomless brunch and it was amazing! The English breakfast was top notch, we didn’t have to wait long as well as the speed of which they’d bring us drinks. Ethan was our server, he was funny, helpful and gave us a great time overall :) Definetly recommend

Went for a bottomless brunch, had heard bad things about other places leaving you waiting for ages so you don’t get as many drinks but the service we received from Ethan was great. Very attentive and making sure we were always looked after :) also great drink selection.

Nice customer service. Very quiet even at lunch. It was a nice change. We had pancakes and steak and could not fault the food. Got told they would do table service but couldnt find anyway so ordered at bar.

It's just a really nice grilled dandan. I ordered on the app, but the money was deducted due to a payment error, but the order wasn't registered, so I told the waiter, and the male waiter told me to wait in an annoying and annoying tone, and even after 20 minutes, he didn't come. That's why I told the female waiter, but she said it wasn't their responsibility and told me to leave it to the Stonegate pub group. The taste and service were all terrible. This is Juordulo and Gwaji Myache.

I just had the best time at slug and lettuce! Najma was super friendly and really made us feel welcome. She helped us pick some amazing dishes and was always there when we needed anything. If you go, definitely ask for Najma she’s the best!
