The waitress Megan was absolutely AMAZING! She was so lovely and above and beyond with service! She served table 404 16:30-18:30! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. I enjoyed the food a lot, however other members of my party weren’t as much of a fan but it was still lovely. I would recommend the tequila sunrise.

Paid for bottomless brunch, was disappointed to begin with as when at the slug and lettus in the market square we had a bottle of prosecco and a booth when we arrived and here was a normal table and no welcome bottle of prosecco, however they accommodated my gluten free requests and Megan was great.

Went for bottomless brunch, had a fab service from Georgia. Drinks were flowing, service with. Smile and helped me choose some suggestions from the menu- highly recommend

If I could have put zero review I would have, walked into premises today and apart from 2 people in the corner nobody else in, I was given a voucher bought for me for my birthday today and I could have walked in naked and the staff wouldn't have cared or noticed tbh! Went past the bar with my partner to find a table no hello good morning or acknowledgement at all in any way, staff at and behind the bar taking no notice, another couple walked in sat behind us again no acknowledgement, I thought this was and is disgusting to treat members of the public in this way, I do not any kind of freebies of any kind as I 100% will not be coming in again and will spend my gift in another S&L. DISAPPOINTED

Mid week lunch, on a cold day. A bottle of wine, with chicken skewers and fish goujons with fries. The staff very friendly and smiles all round despite it being relatively quiet. Then dessert and an extra glass of wine 😉

Jack is the best server of all TIME. Unbelievable bottomless brunch I'm baffled by how generous it was and Jack never stopped bringing more, asking if we needed anything and accomodating for anything anyone could possibly need. He was great fun and helped make a friend's birthday the best it could possibly be, if you're considering it, please book brunch here, if you're lucky you'll get Jack who deserves a raise!!! I went with friends for a bottomless brunch on Saturday afternoon - great atmosphere, lovely food and fab cocktails, along with an absolutely banging playlist, we enjoyed the whole experience. Taina served us and she was absolutely brilliant and worth her own mention - recommended nice food & drinks when we asked and made sure we were never without a drink. A great asset to the team.

I bought the Hawaiian bowl from Here for £12. The sauce that came with was vile tasted so bad, very off, the fried corn was dehydrated the whole thing didn’t go together and tasted disgusting ! When I complained to manager she said well I like it! Nothing I can do if you don’t like it! I felt like throwing it in her face and say you eat it then . No refund no exchange nothing . Was the worst meal that I had eaten in my life and I eat out a lot ! Service and food was disgusting. Will not be going there again .

Didn’t have any bacon cheeseburgers which was a shame But our server Parker was amazing, she was very accommodating and made sure we had a drink at all times, I recommend the bottomless brunch

Absolutely appalling food, the food from Iceland is better than any of the selection of 5 starters meal deal. The bar was cold and every table we observed had left food. Definitely avoid. Wouldn't be surprised if this bar isn't closed in the new year.

We visited Slug & Lettuce for our work's Christmas party on 30/11/24. We chose to have the Bottomless Brunch all round and was served by Parker. From the get-go Parker was fantastic! They were very attentive, polite and brought humour to our night. Our food was served quickly and we were constantly topped up with drinks. The food was good; very tasty, but I would have preferred more options available personally. Despite this, the staff were very welcoming and even brought us over some pink Christmas hats to wear! We loved this gesture - thank you for a lovely evening! 🥰🎄🫶🏼

Went here for the work Christmas do. The food was wonderful, super tasty. However the entire experience of the night was ruined due to the atmosphere. The music played at this venue is so incredibly loud it caused me and some others in my party genuine pain. I would 10000% never come again nor advise people to due to this excessive loud music. I did request it to be turned down but it wasn't possible. If you want to have a conversation, be able to hear once you leave or not deal with nausea caused by excessive bass thumping, go elsewhere.

5 star for georgia keeping the brunch going

Safe to say the only good thing about my visit here was the atmosphere! When we got to the restaurant we was waiting several minutes, after asking for our booking. Then we was given our food and no cutlery. We asked for cutlery and some bbq sauce. We was given one set of cutlery (there was two of us eating) and was given ketchup. I ordered the Malaysian Katsu Curry, as is one of my favourite meals. Unfortunately I have been in bed all day with food poisoning from this meal. Just an fyi, this meal is the only thing I have eaten differently to my friend within 48 hours and she is completely fine. Not happy whatsoever. Will not be eating here again.

When we arrived, we were taken to our table and Jack approached us and said “I will be your waiter for this evening”. He greeted us with a bottle of prosecco and wasted no time asking us what we would like to drink. Jack has made our evening a delight with his constant smile and charisma, He has made our whole time here full of laughter and cheers. I could not have asked for a better waiter to serve on my sister’s birthday. Unfortunately the food let us down due to burgers being unavailable and breakfasts were all they had available for people who don’t like spicy foods. overall our experience was made, all thanks to Jack our waiter. We can’t thank him enough, He made my sisters birthday perfect:

Fear of chicken on bone and they wouldn’t swap chicken wings on sharer for alternative - “no we can’t do that”!!! Wouldn’t have even minded paying difference. Poor!!! Most places offer alternatives. We came in for a burger which were off the menu so they could have been a bit more accommodating. Oh well - off to spend our money elsewhere.
