Nice food, prices not too bad for a city location. Friendly staff, decent selection at the bar. The complimentary drink was a bit of a faff though, having to be done via an app. I gave up in the end and just bought one as I had show tickets and didn't want to be late. Other than that though, dining here was a pleasant experience.

Disappointing Evening Brunch Experience in Cardiff I’ve always loved S&L in other cities, but my recent visit to the Cardiff location left me very disappointed. 1. Food Issues: The food we received was not what we pre-ordered, and our party included individuals with food allergies that were not accommodated. 2. Rushed Out: Nicolas, the bouncer, escorted us out 10 minutes before the end of our brunch time, stating they needed the table. When I mentioned posting about the experience online, I was told to leave “ASAP.” 3. Chaotic Atmosphere: Despite booking an early evening brunch at 5 PM, the atmosphere was incredibly loud. There were many drunk individuals, and the door near our table was constantly being opened. 4. Cleanliness: No one picked up glasses throughout our stay, leaving the table cluttered. Overall, this location was disappointing compared to others. I strongly recommend exploring other venues in Cardiff for a better experience. Food was good slightly cold however the hole experience was topped with grace (from Australia) who delivered excellent service to our table!! Grace you are brilliant keep shining.

Amazing service very quick and great food

Absolutely rubbish bottomless brunch. Drinks tasted watered down, food choice was terrible and the actual food was even worse, we were rushed from the minute we got there. They asked us for our food order 5 times in the first 15 minutes. They were awkward from the minute we got there and just wanted us gone so they could turn the table around. Atmosphere was shocking- I did not enjoy it at all, it’s was a complete waste of money and I would never return here or recommend it to anyone.

Had the Bottomless brunch, was very disappointed by the choice of cocktails offered (Prosecco and rum & coke are not cocktails) choice of food was quite disappointing some strange menu choices. The only saving grace on a disappointing evening was our server Evie this young lady was very good, kept checking in on us got our drinks to us very quickly was very pleasant and very efficient when taking our orders.
