Leonie was amazing she brought our drinks so quickly for bottomless brunch and the food was delicious and there was plenty of it

We went in early, mid week to eat. It was very noisy and ‘lively’. The food came quickly and was ok, but we ordered mocktails and were given cocktails with large amounts of alcohol. This was resolved quickly, but could have been dangerous. The bathroom facilities were disgusting, even at such an early hour. Great for students on a night out, not so great for everyone else!

Frozen rubbish. Pretty sure the whole food budget is spent at Iceland. Would never ever go back. Fresher food at McDonalds at half the price. So so disappointing

As a group we had an amazing time at the evening Bottomless Brunch. The food, atmosphere and service all added to the great experience. A big thank you to Layonie who served us!

Went here Sunday night was amazing! The live musician they had was really good. They also had special cocktails and shots for the event that night which tasted sooo goooddd! The bar was also decorated and candle lit and looked really atmospheric! Would definitely be coming back!

Sat at an empty table, only to be told to move after ten minutes as it had now become reserved! (there was no reserve marker on the table and the waitress apologised) apologise all you want but to kick out two customers is really bad service and quite embarrassing! Was looking forward to some birthday drinks and to be treated this way was really shocking.

Typical of this type of food pub, several offers especially drinks with a few groups in at lunch time taking advantage. We had the all day breakfast which was ok but I could taste the spice on the beans from the other options... Need to make sure to use different serving sponges. Shame only one egg for the big breakfast. Located in the centre. Toilets were very clean but the locks on the ladies cubicle were broken on all but one.. that needs addressing

Great place for bottomless brunch. The food was average but definitely got moneys worth in drinks - the staff were constantly topping up and not once did we have to wait for a drink which I was impressed with. Lovely decor but toilets need to be cleaned more frequently.

Been for several bottomless brunch here now and am yet to find a complaint! It is definitely bottomless, had the same waiter twice and he couldn't do enough, really joyful and friendly. Always something to choose from on the menu. Good value for money in my opinion!

We attended for bottlomless brunch. The service from Ffi was the saving grace. She served us our drinks efficiently and came over regularly to check if we wanted more drinks. The let down was the food. It arrived cold. Don’t order the Mexican brunch. There was also a bar lady named Kayla and door host named Cary’s who were both friendly and so helpful with our drinks orders and Queries with our bill. Both a credit to the company!! I think the let down was not the frontline staff as they were attentive, hard working and extremely friendly. It was the quality of the food and long wait of an hour.

Attended on their lunch deal, I had a £13.95 burger + £3.60 drink for £8! The food was delicious and relatively quick arriving considering it was busy. The lunch deal is only available until 4pm Mon-Fri so keep that in mind but if you’re around, I’d highly recommend it. The venue itself it lovely, super quirky and offers some great music too! You can order at the bar or from a QR code on the table (you need to download an app).

Not the best experience... We booked a table and we arrived and no staff member came to greet us. It took around 10 minutes to give us a table. The table they gave us though was put upstairs in a corner between mess, it must of been a large party upstairs before us as there were rubbish and glasses everywhere. Once we sat down we then wanted to order our drinks however the bar upstairs was closed due to this it took extra time for us to get and receive our drinks. Once we got our drinks we were then asked to move as they were closing upstairs which was an inconvenience for the night ahead. Not a place we would go anytime soon, which was a shame as we haven't had a bad experience before.

had lunch here for 6, 2-1 cocktail were great, can order amd pay on app which makes it easy. Food was good. It was a nice day outside with loads of tables free, but unfortunately, they were not serving food outside at lunch, so pity we had to eat inside.

Went with a friend. Had bottomless brunch booked for 7pm-9pm on Saturday 06/07/24. We were seated at around 7:10 as we were slightly late due to traffic. It came to 7:40 and still hadn’t been seen, despite having been shown to our table and told that our server would be with us soon. We informed bar staff of the issue, when we were told that the server hadn’t even been told we were there. We understand that a Saturday can get busy and that it wasn’t the individual server’s fault (who was apologetic), but it’s a poor experience regardless, especially when you book and pay for your allotted time.

We’ve had the most amazing time at our Bottomless Brunch. Our waitress Eleri was the absolute best, she was so on it with our drink orders, we were never left waiting. She’s so friendly and welcoming and has made our experience here incredible! Thankyou so much Eleri. You’re a star xxxxx

Had a lovely time making cocktails for a hen do. Kyle was an amazing host and managed to make the experience fun and engaging (despite the loud music). Would definitely recommend doing this as a group and worth requesting Kyle if possible!

Massively disappointed in our visit today for afternoon tea. Firstly I’d like to note our server was lovely and very polite which did make the experience that bit better but all in all it was awful! The afternoon tea consists of 3 sandwiches, the bacon and chicken one consists of stale bread and a tiny portion of pre made chicken and bacon filling, the foccatia sandwich had wet cheese and one slice of tomato, and then the chicken roll… this was the worst!!! Was SO DRY!! The chicken was dry and the edges were crisp… it’s just pre processed chicken slices and the bread was again stale!! Not acceptable slug and lettuce! Moving onto the scones, they look more appealing.. yet when we tasted them they were really moist and a funny texture.. I couldn’t even finish half of it it was such a weird taste and texture! I must add my friend who is allergic to berries was served strawberry jam despite the booking information I provided and the server being made aware.. kitchen staff obviously didn’t pick up on this! Then we move onto the 3rd and final tier and by this point we really don’t have much hope! Caramel slice/brownie/Eton mess………. Terrible! The caramel slice was clearly defrosted as it was a gloopy sloppy texture with a disgusting flavour, the brownie was sticky and wet, and then the Eton mess …. Pointless to even call it that when it was simply half a tea spoon of meringue, 1 strawberry and then a dollop of cream on top! It was the best tasting thing of everything simply because it was simple!🤣 I’m so so disappointed and had to apologise to my poor friend who’s birthday it was… we had been looking forward to this for weeks as a special treat and were totally let down by it! I hope you aim to improve this as I feel it could massively benefit improvement to the menu and by changing items to freshly made items and not pre packaged.

The person we had serving us was top tier service. She was absolutely brilliant and really down to earth. We did the bottomless brunch so there were some tables around that got a bit rowdy, which was in no way her fault, and bless her heart she went the whole time apologizing! The food was actually delicious and the drinks were well made and presented. For a chain restaurant this was unheard of. Even how busy they were they were still able to make us feel important and well looked after.

Unfortunately the shift was clearly understaffed and lead to us being not served nearly enough as last time I had come here, we also didn’t get to order food until 45 mins in. Even though the shift was understaffed Kyle came to our table as often as he could and was a great server :))

Came Saturday Night for bottomless brunch for a hen do. Incredible way to start our night. Our server was incredible. Friendly, fun and so quick. We were constantly asked if we wanted more drinks and they don’t have any silly rules like “everyone has to finish their drink”. Drink choice and evening food choice was fantastic too!! Best brunch I’ve ever been to. Definitely would recommend! Amazing way to start off a night out!! P.S was also really pleased they offered a cheaper price for our pregnant friend. And our server offered her lots of choices of mocktails and soft drinks that weren’t even on the menu. She was very happy.
