I have ordered their wings but there was a smell of chiken in it

Really good food with great service the(English version raising canes) it has a calorie count for who like to count their food

Am in hospital because eating raw chicken salad on my birthday am very disappointed will never go back there again 😞

I visited the place on Tuesday on my birthday around 4pm eat in I don't if the chicken was not cooked or.... But I had food poisoning and diarrhoea still in bed with temperature

Staff is very unprofessional! They lied to me about closing time just so they don’t have to serve me!! I arrived at 8:45 asking for a milkshake and they told me they close at 8:30 even though it was 9, they were laughing in the background and it was extremely rude!! One blonde lady and Asian woman to be specific. Worst experience from lazy unprofessional staff!

Slim Chickens in Manchester is truly outstanding. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a welcoming atmosphere and a staff that is top-notch. The service is friendly and attentive, and the quality of the food is excellent. It’s definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for great food and exceptional service.

My friend and I were close to dining at the Cheshire Oaks’ Slim Chickens, but the high prices put us off. The Arndale Summer Scran Fest voucher let us give it a try, with a 3 piece Chicken Tender Meal for £6.50. It wasn’t really worth that reduced rate, in all honesty. I was shocked to discover the full price sets you back around £11. The service bordered on frigid. Slim Chickens is in no way superior to KFC; at least I found out without breaking the bank.

Nothing special, for the price you pay i expected more, chicken fillet was small. £12 for a burger! I would assume the rents must be high in the Arndale centre.

The food was amazing absolutely 8/10 (was a bit cold but still very tasty) , but the workers were very, very rude . Especially the worker holly and the other man whose name I didn’t procure. The girl , holly was rude in how she spoke , spoke sarcastically, cockily to me, when I asked what fried pickles are ( I still don’t know what a fried pickle is ). I would not reccomend if you have a short fuse or high expectations for staff courtesy. All in all be warned for the rude workers, And other rude ones trying to back up there sub optimal co workers. Un needed ahh disrespect.

The restaurant specializes in chicken, and I previously tried their branch in London and it was delicious, but unfortunately this branch was not at the same level in terms of sweet burgers and wings, but the chicken pieces were less than normal and the service was somewhat slow.

Great service from all of the staff working there. Our food was a bit delayed but they were so apologetic and remained upbeat.. even offered us free milkshake. Food was really nice too.

Never leave reviews on places but ordered from ubereats and the delivery driver forgot to bring the food and just delivered the drinks. Called the store to see what had happened and the workers there were very nice and apologetic. Reordered the food and they gave us 2 free milkshakes and extra tenders and dips. It was really nice for them to do this when the mistake wasn’t made by them and I really appreciate it. Thank you x

Food was amazing, service was very good considering how busy it was. Just a shame that I couldn’t scan my loyalty app as the system wasn’t working and I had my teenage daughters and their friends totalling over £65

Visited with another family and overall, we found the food to be quite nice. The young male waiter stood out for his exceptional friendliness and professionalism. However, we did find their ordering system a bit confusing and think it could benefit from being simplified

Manager came out and asked all seven of us to leave when we had ordered because “it was too busy” and then refused to give us a refund instead until I had demanded it

I very rarely leave bad reviews but, after the experience I had here, it is more than warranted. After ordering food and sitting down we were made to feel very uncomfortable by staff at the restaurant. For some unknown reason we were watched and whispered about until who I believed was the manager approached the table to ask if we had ordered food. We were taken aback by the hostility we were approached with for no apparent reason. To make matters worse, the manager insinuated my boyfriend had stolen a drink we had very clearly paid for. All the staff behind the counter were so unprofessional and stared until we finished our meal. The intimidation was completely unnecessary. The whole experience was not enjoyable and we definitely will not be returning

First time trying slim chicken. The food was pretty decent just personally a bit expensive for what it is. However the team on the day I went 27/04 were all polite and prompt and the tables were all quickly cleaned and turned around despite them being very busy! Pretty good food and excellent customer service

The epitome of my journey to Manchester thus far, the exquisite taste of their chicken wings delighted my mouth to a degree unlike any other. The highlight was their inclusion of dr pepper zero, which no other restaurant I've encountered has provided as a beverage for infinite refill.

Brilliant as always. Only concern is that I'm now known as a "regular" and the manager recognises me, so i must come here too much. Haha. Ive been to others sites before and this by far takes the prize for the best service and with a smile. Food is always super fast, correct and tasty. This visit Jimmy was fantastic and really gave me the best service through his recommendations of a different meal to my normal one. Thanks

Went with the Mrs to the Arndale today and were supposed to eat before arriving but when we got there chose slim chickens over the other eateries, food was lovely,didn't have to wait long for the food to arrive and overall the place was clean and tidy,staff were polite and would definitely go back again

The food was adequate. Service was very slow. The staff really didn'tknow what they were doing, but friendly enough. The chips were warm, chicken was hot.

I ordered a plain chicken burger it came out 4 times with onions on it and they asked if I wanted them to take it off I said no I would like a refund I put my card on the machine and 2-3 weeks later have still not received my refund my order was over 13 pound .

Tried Slim Chickens for the first time yesterday, and chosen it especially due to the kids menu, which was a success as far as my toddler is concerned. It came with slices of cucumber and carrots which was an appreciated option although the carrot was still too hard for his little teeth. My husband and I choose the buffalo and the chicken hamburgers and they were really tasty. We had to queue for about 10mins but it wasn't too bad, as the food was served rather fast after choosing. High chairs are available.

This was a fantastic restaurant to dine in at, with a large area and all the options presented clearly at the counter! The designs and slogans on the walls add to the atmosphere, ordering is easy through the kiosks and the refillable drinks machine was reliable. Me and my friend were served fast and I enjoyed a Hot Buffalo burger accompanied by chips with multiple sauces, situated comfortable at a clean table!

I went here today for the first time and this is the best chicken place ever!! I got the 5 and 5 today,which includes 5 tenders,5 wings, fries and unlimited refill drink and 3 dips I chose cheesy garlic,honey mustard and inferno They were all amazing. The inferno is not for the weak and make sure you have a cold soda standing by if you have it though lol 🤣 The meat is perfect and such perfect coating The service was amazing as well My server was called Hannah,an Irish girl and she brought the food to my table before got there I literally got a soda and the food was waiting for me That's another great thing about slim chickens. They give you a number and they actually bring it to your table,like a proper restaurant should The service was amazing and the food was great Even better than KFC and Popeye's. Slim chickens have thier own unique recipe and style Thier Texas toast is one of a kind as well! Id most definitely recommend slim chickens in the arndale centre in Manchester city centre It's amazing. The pricing is very reasonable as well!! 5 stars from me!!

Partners burger was stone cold in the middle. However, the manager was quick to replace the meal and refunded for the meal too, hence the 5 for service my food was served hot and was nice sauces really are the best

Dry chicken, expensive and not recommended

Self serve screen was over complicated and almost impossible to navigate. The employees were fantastic but the food was average at best. Repeated on all 3 of us for over 12 hours

I ordered on Uber to collect. Got my food they forgot my sauce, but mainly the chicken burger was under cooked!!! Proper rubbery! I had to throw away the food! Will never go there again!

We went to slim chicken's in Manchester trafford centre the food was amazing. As a family we got a selection of burgers wraps and wings with a tender meal and it was all really tasty the inferno sauce was the best. The customer service was really good Rachel served us and she was very polite and helpful while we ordered.

Self-service was a bit of a mare. Couldn't remove a side I'd mistakenly ordered. I had to cancel 5 times and redo it. Food was fab tho and service was spot on. I'm not entirely taken with the rolls of kitchen towels at the table, but I can live with it.

It’s slim chickens - best fast food fried chicken ever and don’t forget about the sauces!!

Unfortunately the chicken wings here do not have enough barbecue sauce so it wasn't as nice as in Cheshire oaks outlets. But the chicken stripe was tasty. The barbecue sauce was very rich and tasty. If I have to come here I would definitely ask for more sauce for the chicken wings.

This place is beyond amazing, the food is nice, it gets to you quickly, and is delicious. The buffalo sauce is my favourite sauce (it is very spice fyi). Also, drinks are bottomless(infinite refills) 🥃🧊🤯🤯

Bad experience with you guys at Trafford center Wet met a bad employee around 7:15 At the entrance who have bad experience with customers, any way we are family of 6 and we left it a never come back. You should a pointed an experience employee That welcoming customers at any race and religion

Visted the franchise located in the arndale centre in Manchester. Food is always top quality and the service received from molly and Hira was 10/10 have been served by them before and always see them going above and beyond for the top quality of service they have always given.

Visited slim chickens for the first time last Friday as it seemed decent looking place to get some scran. One chicken burger, fries and a milkshake later (mac n cheese also) I was I'm heaven the food tasted amazing especially the fries which I costed in my blue cheese sauce dip. I would 100% recommend this place for the food but also just the biscoff milkshake which was out of this world, I'd drive back to Manchester just for one of those again.

Hirra is an absolute credit to the company. She didn’t serve me but I observed her explain the menu thoroughly to a guy whose English was very broken. She showcased her patience and genuine passion for her place of work.

It was in Manchester arnadale mall we went to slim chickens the food was really tasty. The price was high though but chicken wings were not that much. chicken on fries cooked to perfection dips were nice and the piece of garlic cheese sauce. Never been to Slim Chickens before - was amazing service from start to finish!! I think the girl that served me was Ella or Ellie and she helped recommend a meal for me and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend if you want something cheap and quick but good quality
