We love food, but the girl who servings you, there or on the phone is never polite, never speak clear, always quiet.

We’ve ordered from this place several times and the food is always good. However, I’m so tired of them advertising 60-70 minute delivery times when that’s not the case. The last few times, we have ordered, and delivery has taken 2 1/2 hours. I understand it’s a Saturday evening and establishments like this get busy, but please don’t advertise a shorter delivery time just to get more orders. It’s always the excuse of ‘we have no drivers’, my suggestions being either employ more people, or stop taking orders until you have caught up with the original orders.

ALL THESES BAD REVIEWS I KNOW ALOT ABOUT SLICES ARE NOT LIKE YOUR EVERYDAY CHIPPY WHAT GIVE YOU FROZEN FOOD OR READY COOKED MEAT THEY COOK THERE FOOD FROM FRESH CHICKEN COOKED FRESH PIZZA MADE ON THE DAY THEY WILL NEVER SEND OUT OVER COOKED FOOD HAS IV SEEN IT THROWN IN THE BIN HAS OF DELIVERY TIME THEY CAN BE A VERY VERY BUSY TAKEAWAY AND IM SURE THEY DO NOT MEAN TO TAKE SO LONG WITH BRINGING YOUR ORDER ONE OF THE BEST CHIPPYS AROUND WALSALL AT LEAST I KNOW ITS COOKED FRESH AND NOT LAST NIGHTS FOOD 😀 😉

I personally disliked my pizza. My Stepson and Granddaughter love this place. I never fancied it due to hygiene ratings. They enjoyed theirs. My pizza base was doughy. The ham was spongy and a strange taste. The fries were "disgusting and chewy" as described by my other half, yet he liked his doner pizza. Too late for photos, half of meal is in the bin. Sorry, not my liking.

Sheesh kebab and cheesey chips apparently... Couldn't eat it, flavourless chips and the dog wouldn't eat the Sheesh "with fresh naan' that looked like one of his chew sticks. Zero Fs given.

Everytime I order a pizz this is the place, the pizzas are mouth watering have to eat slowly to taste all of the flavours. Defo must recommend to anyone in the area wanting a pizza A+++

Delivery takes the mick! Been waiting over 2hours for a small pizza and chips not like we have ordered a massive order!. Its the same every time shocking delivery times. Wont be ordering again.

Our family fav takeaway! We order so often from here we’ve developed ‘the usual’ which is funnily concerning. The pizzas are amazing, always hot and fresh and the chicken fillet burger meal is one of my fav go to meals!

I don't usually leave reviews but the pizza I had from these guys last night was outstanding, it arrived on time, it was piping hot and absolutely delicious, great value for money as well. This was the first time I had used 'Slices' but I shall definitely be using them again, 2 thumbs up !!

Waiting 2 & half hours for food no update then when called told food had left ten mins ago half hour later still no food.. for drive to call 15 mins later already cancelled food at this point with no explanation of restaurant to where order was to say he's waiting outside and was his fault he broke down refused food wanting to still sell someone food that left shop 40mins first & last time ordering

Had food many times from here, collection, own delivery and also via Just Eat. Pizza is lovely but the Piri Piri chicken is outstanding as is the Garlic sauce just like you get on the continent. More than half the price of Nandos but just as good. Also for me Kebab meat has always been hit n miss in most fast food places, but they served up one amazing dish the other night, so much meat i had the meat sweats lol.

On rare occasions they've got my order wrong (hence the 4 star rating) but the food is always cooked spot on and their offers are really good value. Been using this place for about 10 years now and the pizzas are delicious.

Ordered food at 12 phoned at half 12 said was on way,2am came still no food but took money out the bank tried phoning them no answer as closed at 1

Ignore all bad reviews on here orderd other week come within 40 minutes 40 pound to feed a family of 6 came with a choc fudge cake a slice to be precise and the pizza was amazing spot on we order every week on a Sunday and driver is friendly and well mannered we ask them to leave pizza by front door due to social distancing measures but always grateful and always friendly if theirs a mistake in order we phone them and they say just eat that and we will bring you a replacement free of charge dont listen to idiots who leave bad reviews if you want good quality food you will wait for your order simple as

Ordered 2 burger meals and the food still has not turned up! Its been over 2 hours. Ridiculous

If i had the chance i would not have even given this place a star.. made me wait 2an half hours for food an said it would be another half hour, no apology nothing just got told if u wana cancel then cancel otherwise gona b anotha half hour ontop of the 2 an half hours i already waited!

Ordered food, waited 2 hours then rang them and they said another 30 mins and they will leave, complete waste of time.

Absolutely terrible, food ordered online and told food would be delivered at 8.30, I called them at 9pm to be told it was just leaving as they are struggling for drivers which is understandable in the current situation. 9.45pm so I called again to be told they have cancelled lots of orders already but assured that it had just left (Again)... 10.20 food arrives ... COLD & wrong ... no apology when I called NOTE ... DRIVER NOT WEARING GLOVES EITHER ... Food thrown away!!

Food took 3 hours to be delivered then the kids pop corn chicken meal was too spicy for my 4 year old to eat .our chicken burger was so spicy I couldn't taste anything because my tongue was so numb .not happy at all .

What a joke you are I placed my order at 7pm and call you 3 times and you come 1h 40 min after and want to charge me for me food and say your busy but give me a time scale of 45 min to 1h 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Have a lot of issues with food coming cold, wrong orders, and I'm usually told I will get something free next order, but there is never anything on my account to say this. I have stopped using their takeaway as it is more hassle than it is worth.

Over 2 hours 30 mins for a delivery, rang and cancelled then driver turned up with cold food expected me to take it. Refused cold food and won’t bother using again. Now waiting 7 to 14 days for refund as paid online via there site. Shockingly bad service.

Took WAY too long!! Didn't even get it! When it says an hour and half estimated time, you'd never think it would be nearly double that!!

Awful customer service, 1st time ordering from there after being recommended by a friend. ordered food for delivery at 7.30pm came 9oclock food had still not arrived after being told would take 45-50 mins, rang back at 9pm asking about my delivery they said it had just left for delivery which takes 15mins max to where I live, another half hour later food still hadn’t arrived when ringing back and finding out they offered to take £2.00 off my order even though it took 2 & a half hours before it even got to us so we just cancelled the order. Shouldn’t tell customers a waiting time if you can not stick to it. Fair to say I will not order from there again.

Everything we ordered was apparently good except my order for a chicken nugget kids meal, chicken nuggets were under cooked and squiggy and the orange Capri Sun was replaced with a tropical Rio which I can't stand. You could at least put on just eat that you do not sell Capri Sun as this is fault advertisement. Very disappointed 😡

this place has improved a lot in delivery because their now is two men for delivery and they said 1 hour but got it in 20 min and a massive deal

DONT ORDER FROM THEM Absolutely awful waited almost 2 hours for a pizza kept being told it was 2 minutes away for 40 minutes it then finally turned up and was cold!!! Then expected us to wait again while they sent a new one out

I dont expect top quality restaurant standard's for a takeaway. Initially the food use to be good especially the pizza, But Slices are far from what they use to be and standard's have dropped within a short period of time. Overall delivery is appalling. Shame really.

This is a great place for sht pizza. Delivery that took 2hrs. When arrived was soggy/wet, so we're the chips, cold too. Went straight into the bin.. Cba to call just never ordering from here again.

This place just never gets the pizza order right.. thought id give it one more chance and as per they never deliver what ive ordered for my pizza toppings.. ate my pizza tonite cus i cba to call to tell them they have my order wrong again. Was hungry so ate it anyhow. 1 of them were it tastes like s..t but will eat it. Doubt i.ll order from there again. Plus delivery takes to long and comes just warm. You will eat anything when your hungry i suppose.. oh well. Sorry i usually wouldnt leave a poor review but when you pay for take away, they could at least deliver what you ordered.

Took an hour for the delivery to arrive, food was lukewarm and soggy from steam. Also they did not deliver the free 1.5ltr bottle of coke as advertised on their website. They claim that it was not delivered as the order was not over £18, despite them delivering a free bottle of Coke on a £10 order the previous week, nor is the “£18 rule” mentioned on their website. Don’t waste your time or money.

Waited over 1 hour for food. Order was wrong even though I shown the recipt they wouldn't correct it. rang and complained, still just got told i was wrong. But the food was disgusting and had a hair on one of the pieces of chicken. Wouldn't recommended or every use again.

phoned for an order get a phone call 30mins later expecting it to be the driver saying he is outside no instead he calls to tell me that they have not started my order because of an issue with the oven they can not complete my order and because they are closeing they will not give the chance to change my order but if there was an issue with the oven why did you not call me earlier to tell me this cause to me it sounds like you was only just about to put the pizzas in the oven to me half an hour after i ordered
