I'm a regular customer of Slice of New York and have been ordering from them for years. Their pizzas are fantastic and they deliver quickly. 😁

Waiting 30 minutes for a burger meal that was over cooked and had no flavour. Won't be returning

Always delivered hot and fresh, with big portions. The skin on fries are some of the best around, and the Biscoff Calzone is to die for!

pizzas we're top quality and tasted great however the desserts were not so good. I was hoping for tasty light and fluffy but they was very chewy dense and sweaty. polystyrene not a good choice for baked goods.

I love their pizzas, bit pricey but for an occasional order they're definitely worth it.

I can't believe the very slow delivery service. the one consistent that I find with this place is how slow they are. quality of food is fine just need to work on their delivery speeds.

Been going to Slice of New York for 10+ years now and tonight's may have been the best yet. They never disappoint, always polite and friendly, and their food is easily the best takeout in Acocks Green.

Shame there was no garlic mayo, but pizza was delicious as always.

The food was amazing as usual, really enjoyed it. I am sure 5 minutes late for busy Saturday is acceptable, and the food was hot and fresh, excellent quality as always.

Really bad delivery times. You are waiting hours. Do not Uber eats. You will go to bed starving and leave the delivery driver outside that’s how long it takes.

My boyfriend loved them especially the bolognese. We will definitely order again.

Ordered take out and the dough with the sugar was excellent, sooo good. I ordered the Greek pizza and it was so good. On just eat it gives you the sugar dough for free, so so good first time trying it

The pizzas arrived completely ruined—squashed, toppings everywhere, and sauces spilled inside the box. I called the restaurant directly, but they were unhelpful and kept insisting it was “impossible” and told me to contact Uber Eats instead. No apology or resolution was offered.

Brilliant pizzas, very tasty and nice and hot

BBQ chicken wings were dry and drizzled with bottled sauce. Clearly cooked the day before or morning. Pizza was mediocre. Fries were dry and old. Food came late and was cold

When I went on to order it said 60 - 75mins delivery time so ordered it at 17:40. The delivery time then said 18:35 - 18:45 and there was no further info from the restaurant and they delivered it at 18:00 which wasn’t great as the person coming was 20mins away. If I’d known it was going to be earlier I would have chosen a delivery time.

Tried this for the first time Highly recommend Different to a lot of the others Pizza:fresh ingredients Buffalo wings:addictive flavour you eat one and want more Fries: great not greasy Philly: yummy would order again but without the jalapenos and add a touch of sauce Thanks for the free Biscoff calzonetta: something different maybe do it with a Nutella filling and cream on side 🙌

The order was made at 19:05 and didn’t arrive until 20:30. It dosent take an hour to cook a pizza let alone longer.

Superb and flavoursome pizza and pasta dishes. Tasted freshly cooked and very generous portions. Biscoff Calzone was delicious. Definitely excellent value for money.

Delicious food, so flavourful! Extremely filling, so will last us a couple of days! Biscoff Calzonetta spectacular. We'll be back!

The Cheese and Tomato Pizza with Sweet Butter Crust is probably one of the best in Brum. Just like the ones I used to have in NY

Really used to like this place but the pizza dough is now so thin that the toppings don’t even stay on, the cheese isn’t melted properly, and it’s never hot. Was really disappointed with tonight’s meal.

When we ordered the app showed 45-60 minutes, then received a text after 60 minutes to apologise it would be late, waited a further 25 minutes and no update, called the store was met with hostility when questioned how much longer our order would be ,was very harsh and quite rude telling me no it was a minimum of 90 minutes and when I queried that the app showed 45-60 minutes when we ordered again was told no in quite a harsh tone, food ended up arriving 2 hours after we originally ordered

Absolutely delicious , the pasta was delicious and portions were massive.

First time ordering from here, and it was great! it's freezing outside and the food was hot and really fresh. I had a pizza and the Mrs had a chicken quesadila. We also shared some curly fries and were given a free dessert too! Will definitely be ordering from here again.

I ordered 2 calzones and buffalo wings. The food was delicious, but there should be an option to choose the dips that come with the order. Both calzones came with NY sauce, which I didn’t like, and the wings came with blue cheese, which I also don’t enjoy. I requested tzatziki instead, but this was ignored. Offering dip choices would reduce waste and improve the experience. Not sure why delivery took particularly long today but overall amazing food but dips choice would make it 10/10

Food was unreal! We ordered 10 mins before closing & came within 15-20 mins! The dough for the calzones was soo fresh😍 Biscoff calzone was absolutely amazinn. Not to forget the Philly steak 😮‍💨 First and definitely not the last time I will order.

Definitely one of the best pizza places around. Forgot to review these guys years ago. The classic Alfredo pizza is just perfection with added spicy beef on top it gets even better. Fries were really nice, sauce was nice. Can’t go wrong with this place at all. So tasty and fresh.

I am regular customer order here every week nearly but today this evening my food came cold and not the service I get normally maybe it was weather but usually my food comes piping hot and burger normally comes in a box wrapped up but today came in foil but hopefully it won’t happen next time

Pizza wasn’t the best, all stuck together and cold, I’m not certain that mozzarella was even used. Otherwise it was good, loved the calzonetta.

Definitely worth the hype, though! very pleasantly surprised. the pizza was gorgeous, nice soft base, not too greasy, generous toppings. thank you so much for the free dessert, too! it's lovely, and so big! just all around 10/10 experience, thank you!

This place is unreal been eating here for a few years and the quality and range of food is top notch. Beef burgers 10/10 chicken burgers 10/10 hot dogs 10/10 pizza 10/10 prawns 10/10 fries 10/10 calzonetta 10/10 fat tony burger 10/10. I’ve never had food from here and not enjoyed this place its defo the best around and my top place to order from. 1 thing I recommend from this place is to give an option on any pizza to have hot dog crust i feel that’s the next step for you guys to change the game

Just Eat removed my address so Slice of New York didn't have my details after ordering. They resolved this issue perfectly with great customer service and aftercare! It's great to know that any issues, they will always take care of customers!

love this place, sad they stopped selling a gyro but the calzone is beautiful as are the halloumi fries. Pleasw have special offers more often, I would eat here every night if I could and get fat off calzone and cheese

Says stuffed crust but i'm not lying when i say, 3 tiny cubes of hotdog in the crust. I would expect the entire crust to have hotdog when i'm paying over 20 pound for a pizza. Also the calzonetta didn't even have a slice of cake in!

Hate to complain but when you have waited over the already extended delivery time only to find it’s not what you’ve order is frustrating. So having said that my order was sent straight out. So customer services was spot on.

I ordered 2 x9inch pizzas . Both with extra mozzarella and garlic butter crust . One was perfect,the other was sweet butter crust instead of garlic butter. only one pizza was eaten . Very very disappointed.
