Really lovely food and was delivered hot.

What to say about this place it is fantastic food always has been always will be I don’t write reviews normally but this place deserves recognition our favourite take away spot keep up the great work!

Delicious as always. Hot liked it had hust come out the oven. Tastes reslly fresh and has lots of flavour.

really disappointing. the burger tasted chewy and fatty. the chicken wings were chewy. couldn't eat them. have you changed suppliers, it never used to taste that bad?

My drink was missing as well as the incorrect dips being delivered, have got credit back for the dips but its not allowing me to choose the drink as the item missing its only showing the food

Had a delivery .which was on time nice hot and fresh when it arrived we had x1 buffalo pizza and one custom one made with spinach and feta. Both were amazing and very tasty the garlic butter crust could taste the garlic with every bite. Would very much recommend and will be ordering from here again soon. Keep up the great work.

The worse spaghetti bolognese I’ve ever eaten, should have made it at home myself. Buffalo wings and Caesar salad were good though. Overall 3/5

Staff keeps on unnecessarily cancelling orders even with more then enough time to make and deliver the order, not a good sustainable business model to have.

Not what it used to be. Burger covered in that much mayonnaise it wasn't edible.. Waste of money! For the time it took to arrive, I expected better. Very unhappy, used to order from here alot, won't be ordering in future.

was a bit late tonight but it isn't usually, usually it's early, and it's good food, was still hot. idk if they use their own drivers so idk if this is relevant but i'm a difficult address to find but the driver was great.

The pizzas are some of the best around. Have ordered many times and it's always incredible.

I did get a message telling me the food would be late. The pasta was absolutely to die for - really tasty and I am definately ordering it again, however, the garlic bread that came with it wasn't tasty at all and the bread was a little stale - but it came with the pasta, so I had it. The popcorn was like little chilli cheese bites and these were nice - had these instead of the popcorn shrimp as they were unavailable. I will order from here again

Missed off the 1.25l drink. Very late and when opened sauce was covering all the pizza as the sauce pots broke. Usually really good. Everything went wrong this time.

Great pizzas. Generous and flavourful toppings. So many varieties of pizza. You can tell they take care with making the dough as well cos it’s so tasty.

every time we've been like hmm is this too expensive and every time the food has been really nice and we stopped caring. they know what they're doing. even the fries are high end.

the 'philly' was just a veggy baguette - the fries were ok and the popcorn shrimp was nice, I don't think I'll order the philly again

normally really like this place but the pizza was bland which it normally isn't. it wasnt very hot and was over 45 mins late

The Pizza I was impressed with but when I had my Calzonetta I found a cooked prawn inside the filling absolutely disgusting and let alone dangerous !!!!!

I have ordered many many times from this restaurant and never had an issue. i have always been happy with the food and the delivery time. on this occasion, my food was late and when i called them asking for further information, the store member taking the call was extremely rude, misleading, and threatened to cancel my order. i am so not happy with this when i have been eating here for 8+ years.

did that thing where it says it's delivered but it's not so phoned them (woman on the phone was friendly) and they said they think it's on the way, they don't do their own deliveries so fair enough, arrived 5 or 10 mins later, think that's more a just eat problem than a restaurant problem. costs are a bit dear but they probably need them to be to stay open. once it got here it was hot and very nice. literally no complaints about the food. no regrets.

Took an hour and a half to deliver when originally stated 45mins. If it had stated that long I wouldn’t have placed the order. Chips were over cooked on arrival. It’s a shame as ordered with them the night previous no issues and used them many times in the past.

Pizza was amazing. Calzonetta was really really tasty. I was sent the wrong salad though and it was flavourless and a total waste of money.

Very impressed with the food. The fries were excellent and arrived piping hot. Burgers are enormous and super tasty. Popcorn shrimp was a big hit. Will definitely order again.

restaurant let me know they would be late. Ordered something different this time, and I was not disappointed. Cheese quesadillas were gorgeous, veggy philly was filling, fries were amazing and of course, the popcorn shrimp that I love. My only criticism, is to have a veggy burger option. I really wanted a veggy burger, but as you didn't do one, I ordered other things, which were equally nice

The food is delicious, I used to order from here every other week, until I got a cookie dough, which was the size of a small Maryland cookie 😂. But jokes aside the burgers are the best in Birmingham as is all their other food.

After years of eating from here i have never once had a problem, they stay consistent which is key to a great takeaway. Said it numerous times Slice of NY are the best in business, better than dominos and pizza hut combined. Food is always fresh and hot, have great delivery drivers always polite and friendly. Best pizza in Birmingham hands down. Also recieved complimentary chocolates which was a great treat. Thankyou once again 👍

absolutely love the popcorn shrimp. I decided on a different pizza this time, the veggie one with pineapple (this is my third) and it was gorgeous. This is my go to pizza and the complimentary chocolates were such a nice touch.

Pizza was immense but delivery was shocking nearly 2 hours to receive your food (and it’s pizza). No offer of compensation just apology. I recommend collecting as you’ll be waiting forever for it to come.

This is just a kitchen but what a lovely place we ordered from, the calzone was delicious the burger and fries and wings were so tasty enjoyed them all a lot. Glad we took a pun on this place will be ordering again, only negatives they did not give any tissues or cutlery. Almost forgot they gave us some complimentary chocolate which was nice.

We were given a time of 6.15 to 6.35 then at 6.35 it was changed to 6.50 to7.10. We imagined they were busy but at least took time to let us know. Our food arrived about 7ish and as always was delicious. They even gave us a box of complimentary chocolate bars.

I ordered few times from this place and all I can say its the best pizza around. Delicious crust and great choice of ingridients to choose from. Today I came by on my way home to ake an order and received free dough stuffed with chocolate . Will come back many times for sure!

Late delivery but worth the wait.

Didn’t want to post this but it’s happened one too many times now. I used to love this place, used to be my favourite restaurant for its food and service. Now the food always arrives late and cold. I’ve had enough of how rude the staff are as well. When I call to ask, they are rude and defensive and from reading the other reviews, it’s not just me in this situation. Get new staff.

MORTIFIED!!! ordered a couple weeks ago and asked for certain toppings to be taken off, they weren’t as they were extremely busy and missed the notes i had added which is understandable. we called to complain as my boyfriends pizza was inedible since he hates mushrooms and the pizza was covered in them, the guy on the phone was reasonable and told us he would give us a free large pizza next time we phoned. we called to claim that some time after and he told us to order it through the app and he would sort it out, my boyfriend accidentally placed an xl pizza for delivery so we phoned again to let him know and he said to us that he would change it and it would be delivered shortly. when the delivery came over an hour later the delivery driver gave us 1 large pizza and an XL pizza, we told him we didnt order 2 pizzas and we just wanted the large so he phoned them and then proceeded to tell us that they accidentally made both and that we could just have them so we thanked him and began to eat our food. 2 minutes later we got a phone call demanding us to pay for the pizza that they gave us extra as we “agreed that we wanted both” which couldnt be farther from the truth. my boyfriend explained that we had agreed to change it to a large and that we only wanted 1 pizza so we would not be paying for it and offered to give it back even though we had ate some already. the worker began to shout at us and get extremely rude demanding that we pay or give the pizza back. this went back and forth until the worker put the phone down and the delivery driver began repeatedly ringing our doorbell until we answered. we explained that we would pay for the large pizza not the XL as it was not our mistake and we just wanted to eat as it was late so tried to meet them halfway. he agreed and walked back to his car, we shut the porch to see the owner of the shop running up our drive and trying to open the porch door very aggressively!!! we were appalled and opened the door to ask what he was doing, he took the money from our hands and shouted saying we were no longer allowed to order from his shop again!! after this we will NOT be ordering again and i am extremely appalled at this behaviour towards customers. do not make mistakes and then harrass customers for it, let alone try to enter their home!!!

Always love the food here. The pizza is my fave and the caeser salad is amazing. Well all the food is so delicious

although the food was late, the restaurant did message me ahead with a new delivery time and this was achieved. The curly fries were lovely, as was the Greek Pizza - there was sooooo much choice , so I will be ordering from here again, as there are lots of other dishes I wish to try. Tasty food and I will order from here again

Food was delicious really impressed with the nachos! Only criticism is could have done with a bit more guacamole tiny tub but never mind. Will absolutely order again and request extra no big deal. ☺️
