Sizzling Pizza in Southend-on-Sea

I've had a few orders from here in the past and they were OK, but the last couple of orders were rejected within a couple of seconds as they said they couldn't find my address, seeing as how I only live a few minutes away from them, this is a load of bull, I wouldn't bother wasting your time this these idiots

Well what can I say......absolutely amazing food! Literally won't go anywhere else. If you haven't tried their pizza then you MUST!!!!!

Food was over an hour late and by that point I was asleep. Extremely disappointing and a waste of money!

Food that i got was no where near what i payed missing all apart from 1 pizza what was burnt and cold would of gave 0 stars if i could of when i try to call i got told i got what i ordered

Order was later than the expected arrival time and the food was not warm only just above room temp and was eaten but not enjoyed.

Rung restaurant due to an issue and they was very keen to sort it and sent out a replacement! The food is good and the customer service is amazing 🙂

The food was over cooked and not what was advertised.

The driver missed my address, then reversed down my road and hit a car, did not leave details and left

Always great food and lovely and hot. Very generous kebab portions aswell! The guy even chucked in a few free sauces. When I collected the shop was really clean and tidy too! Impressed!!! Will be back 100%

Don’t bother ordering here , they rob your money and don’t deliver your order or tell you that it’s cancelled!! Disgusting!!! Save yourself the stress and order elsewhere

The food was awful. Tasteless and soggy and lukewarm. Most of it went in the bin. What a waste of money.

Would not order from here. Took 1 hour 40 minutes instead of 15-40mins as advertised. It’s 8 minutes down the road, also wouldn’t give a refund. Terrible

Came cold and late orderd 11:40 turn up 1.35 freezing so said was going to come collect the food and refund waited 30 mins and never did called them they said keep it n throw away still havnt refunded

Cold food again no point complaining to just eat they don't refund it. Kebab was very dry chewy and burnt. chips cold burger burnt definitely won't be going back

Got the wrong pizza entirely, it had no meat on it and was absolutely depressing. Very disappointed considering the last order I got from here was excellent.

The pizza they serve here is nice and all food is always nice but. I didn't gripe but... the delivery man had no change and I was missing a dish. Will be coming back and hope to be able to leave a better review next time. Because mainly there pizza don't give me heartburn. And that's no good.

Even better than last time. The guy literally gave me free extra chips too. Awesome.

Pizza was spot on 20”, very nice and hot with an excellent crust. Good quality toppings and uniquely authentic Italian style. Much nicer than other restaurants of a similar price range and the delivery was incredibly fast. 10/10 will very likely order from here again.

I collected mynorder from here today, it was ready exactly on time and was amazing, the guy that works here is really nice too. Can't do enough for you. Thanks so much. Kebab was juicy and perfectly cooked amazing!

Absolutely discussted as the state of the food that has been delivered after waiting for an hour over the expected delivery time, the pizza was completely burnt, the bread stale like the pizza had been cooked a day ago, the chicken completely cold, the first time me and my partner have ordered and not been able to eat a thing. Actually very shocked this place is making any sort of income.

Not happy. Food supposed to arrive eta 1.20 am til 1.40 am. Time is now 2.51am. Still no sign of food. Called and text restaurant they assured me food will be here soon.

Food was absolutely awful! Dry, very unappealing, bacon in the burger was chopped bacon for a pizza topping, salad was a shred of wilted lettuce and it was thrown in a box. Drinks were wrong - ordered fanta and got fruit shoot

Worst pizza I've eaten, seems like good value but until you eat the pizza and then you understand why it is cheap.

The wrap I had was horrible. Garlic bread was hard. Wouldn’t order from this place again.

I rang the restaurant after it said it had been delivered and I still hadn’t received it. They asked me to wait 25 minutes and they’ll cook it now. I asked if it had been made already and sent out and they said no. I then received it 35 minutes after that phone call taking my wait to over an hour and a half and I received the wrong wrap anyway and the whole order was cold!

Was send Doner kebab instead of chicken. Kebab was burnt, chips were hard and extremely oily. Went to the restaurant to correct my order, gone home and still not great.

BACON on PIZZA and BOLOGNESE sauce when i requested HAM and TOMATO sauce

When I went to collect my food at the exact time I was supposed to, the shop was closed. I tried calling over a dozen times but nobody answered. My order got marked as collected without me being able to collect it at all. Ended up ordering from another place now but I'm not even sure how I can get a refund for the order I never managed to collect due to the shop being closed.

Shame quality was not good this time ...ordered a kebab, the lamb was burnt and tasted like charcoal, also ordered the garlic bread but that didn't taste of any garlic at all.

The worst food I have ever got. Was soggy and undercooked. Boxes smashed to bits upon arrival. Was cold and wrong items arrived. Disgraceful and will never be ordering again. I strongly urge people not to purchase from here.

Did not have my full order, food was gross, delivery was late, when calling the restaurant the staff was rude, sarcastic, he told me I'm not aloud a refund as he will not authorise it though just eat then he out the phone down

My food was late, it was all cold. They charged me £3 for a bottle of Coca Cola and sent me Coke Zero that literally had £1.75 written on the bottle. The kebab was dry and crusty and I asked for doughnuts and got cake. When I rang up the man was so rude. Never had such shocking service and disgusting food in my life. Couldn’t even eat it

There was a delay in the order arriving due to it being a bank holiday and staff shortages only reason it loses a star. The pizza is superb. Freshly made dough. Light and fluffy. The best pizza dough in Southend. Will definitely order again.

Has ordered 2 items and it has been delivered but with wrong order items. I didn't accept it and asked for my right items to deliver. So finally I had no food and no money. (((

I ordered an extra large donner kebab and it was literally the same size of a small one. I called to complain. They were rude and hung up. The food was not great and the service was even worse. I had to order a different kebab from another place. The medium kebab at the new place i ordered from was still much bigger that the extra large kebab that i originally ordered from this place.

Pizza was hot and tasted nice. However, I wouldn’t order any extras again as had about 3 pieces pineapple and that cost an extra £1.

First time I used this place, will buy again, very nice.

Food was banging delivery was early would recommend, in southend at 2 o'clock in the morning there's not many places open with good food and service like this place

Still waiting for my order to arrive over an hour and a half later

They tried to palm me off with sugar free Coke instead of what I ordered, on calling the restaurant they promised to send an alternative drink (which they did not) and I opened the box to find the pizza was stone cold... Disgraceful.

Pizza was good, but wrong drink, no stuffed crust, missing dips, and we ordered wings but got strips.

The food was coming very late, around 1h and a half , I call the staff from there , they don’t have politeness, they don’t talk nicely with you. I will not order again never. I’m not recommending to someone this restaurant.

Put ham on pizza when I don’t eat pork when the pizza ordered was a custom pizza with chicken? Strange and everything else in order was slightly wrong aswell.. no idea wouldn’t recommend couple of clowns running this place.

Arrived hot and fast however the pizzas were different to advertised. One was called bbq steak and literally had a handful of tiny pieces of beef & no meatballs as stated. Other one had half the toppings missed. Also ended up with Coke Zero not coke as ordered. Food was nice just not what we ordered

After digesting my order last night I have found my self on the receiving end of satan punishing my rear end and would never order again due to this fact.

My food was cold all the cheese had slid off my pizza and my burger was freezing

not only was it 30 mins late but i ordered 1.5ltr bottle of coke zero and only got a can of diet pepsi. for the price of the kids meal i would expect to get more than 2 tiny chicken strips that are together still smaller than a single strip you get from kfc.......i am very disappointed that all the food is cold
