THE DELIVERY DRIVER WAS HALF AN HOUR LATE SO THE FOOD ORDER WAS TOTALLY WRONG ALTOGETHER & IT WAS STONE COLD SO IF YOU WANT TO BUY A TAKEAWAY & THROW YOUR WELL EARN MONEY AWAY DOWN THE DRAIN THEN ORDER FROM THIS KEBAB SHOP BUT REALLY PLEASE STAY AWAY IT'S NO GOOD & A WASTE OF MONEY

I had an exceptional experience at Sizzlers, thanks to Raja’s outstanding service. He truly went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.

The food taste great, but the portions are really small

We ordered two large doner kebabs, that came cold and really empty. For the £3 extra each paid for the upgrade in size we would have expect more meat, but instead, we only got a bigger flour tortilla. Every bit, the feeling was like if we were eating just an empty tortilla without anything inside, like eating bread only, and then time to time, so pieces of lamb. The lamb was tasteless, really cold, and all the sauces were at the bottom of the wrap, witch it makes sense as there were feeling so empty in ingredients, that the sauces have no choices but to go to the bottom. The large portion of chips was popping hot (the only thing good from this order) however, for a large portion paid £4.5, you could expect a bigger one: you can get a 1KG bag for £2 in Iceland, so the price was well overpriced. The quality of this branch of Sizzlers has gone down and down, and we definitely won’t order from here again despite of having the 2x1 offer quite often (this review would explain why)

My order arrived covered in an incredibly spicy sauce that I didn't order - it was totally inedible. I phoned the restaurant and they told me they were unable to send out a new order, no refund either. Please avoid.

Had been ordeing from the restaurant for a year now. was the best kebab in the area quality and quantity have lowered since last 3 ordersi placed .Used to be best place for kebab and consistent. used to get sauces with doner not any more. meat quantilty has been halved for a. 12 quid doner. used to get salad seperate. came everything mixed. rice was soggly and cold. i wish they could get everything how they used to be.

Pretty tasty food if you want a quick bite. Cool on hot days the wind blows into this little eatery. It's clean and not stuffy. Good place.

Fantastic customer service, mouth watering food and a desire to go every day. The chef is called Tito, awesome guy, friendly and great at what he does. Don't hesitate, I only just experienced the food and Sizzlerz was just around the corner after living here for 3 years! Don't make my mistake! Best in London, believe it!

Has a good £4.99 deal really worth it, I would suggest coming.

Ordered via Deliveroo. Used to order from Sizzlers in Streatham years ago and also when they first opened in Norbury. Food was great back then. Ordered again today for the first time in a while and the standards have dropped significantly. Spent £40 for dry, bland food (lamb doner, mixed chicken lovers and nuggets). The food tasted old, even the chips! Really disappointed and hope they pick their standards back up. Until then, I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

I am so sorry to have to review 1 star, unfortunately my seabass was extremely salty. There was no flavour apart from extreme salt and it was not fresh fish. I could not eat my meal and therefore just had a can of coke. I ordered after reading a few of the good reviews. I am disappointed, there are not many shops locally that offer grilled seabass (boneless) so this could potentially be perfect if it was fresh fish and not salty. This was my 1st time ordering here and may be my last.

We got a biriani today - authentic and flavoursome. It was very very and we look forward to trying the meat version.

100% the worst restaurant in Norbury. Terrible experiences. Ordered the first time a few weeks ago and was led to believe that it was the Uber eats issue and surely a one off why my food came cold and not presented well. This time when I’ve got the food again and I didn’t get it within reasonable time the food was stale. Cold doner. Stale

1st time I've ordered from here. Chicken shish....sooo tasty. Really recommended it, great prices, really nice and welcoming too. Definitely going to become a regular.

The display looked extremely good. I went for Sea bass with fresh rice and fresh salad. The lamb shish looked very tempting too but I didn’t eat fish for a while but was very satisfied. I’ve also tried grilled chicken burger too, can’t go wrong. The staff are highly experienced and the hygiene standards are impeccable all the staff member wear a hat. The kitchen also looked very immaculate.
