The man at the front is so weird he dosenot know how to speak proper English as a family I felt very uncomfortable ordering as he was giving really awkward stress he can’t even look straight,sizzler management pls reconsider your staff he was behaving like an absolute unacceptable behaviour, food is 10by10 no complaint about food

A bit expensive large tikka price on the menu is 6.99 and they charge 8.99 🤗

Very bad experience delivery was 2 hours late,food was cold ,customer service was unbelievably bad ,,,will never ordered food from this takeaway

Order hasn’t arrived yet & still have not heard from the restaurant itself when I tried calling asking for an update. I do t mind waiting but at least have the courtesy to let customers know your food is going to be late. I ordered just after 17:00 & I’m still waiting & wont be given an update from Jist eat either so they are both at fault.

Sizzler is our ‘go to’ place as it offers a wide range of options and we have varying tastes in our household! The food is always hot, fresh and consistently good quality. The crispy zinger burger, although not flashy and trying to be something it’s not, is probably the best chicken burger in High Wycombe, with a taste unique to Sizzler. The doner meat also, doesn’t leave a gristly, fatty taste and is full of flavour.

Easily the best dipped burger place in Wycombe, I have been coming here for years and it is consistently the same quality food Mixed sizzler or spicy zinger burger meal, wings are good too.

Sizzlers puts out some good food. The burgers are well nice and the lads are really cool. I had a good munch in there and frequently go back when I'm in the area. I see cage fighter Umar Bullet tooth Kiyani in there and he's just a safe guy and showed us a lot of love and respect. He took some time and told us some stories about Wycombe. Certy food and certy people.

Asked for very mild chicken strips and got extra spicy.

Food was not great. It was excessively salty. Was bearley able to 3 spoon full. Disappointing!

Very nice Chicken Burgers. Definitely worth coming back. But no public toilets to wash hands and freshen up.

We ordered our food at 11.48 it said it would be here for 12.40-13.00 between 11.48 and 12.50 the order never even changed to preparing then at 13.03 the order was changed to delivered. Apon calling they told 30 mins.... We got our food at 2pm

Yummy freshly grilled burgers, generous portions and 5 star hygiene rating. Plus BDS compliant drinks, which is a bonus. Will definitely come again.

We are regular customers as find the food great value and really tasty. Drink was forgotten but brought quickly after we called and let them know. People should note the kids steak burger is not a beef burger but a chicken burger which caused some confusion. Will continue to order from here as feel it is the best in Wycombe.

Food was Great, hot and fresh on arrival as always however, I ordered a dipped chicken burger and received a normal one.

Bones in the zinger burger, buffalo wings had bones sticking out. Sorry chaps won’t be ordering for a while now!

Absolutely love this place!! Tikka burger was the nicest tikka burger I've had locally and cooked to perfection coated generously with masala (just how we like it)! The dipped zinger burger also great feedback for that! I genuinely cannot fault this place, hot, fresh and delivered in good time by friendly drivers. I fail to understand the negative feedbacks I've seen as I've not had a bad experience to date! Thank you. Looking forward to my next order already! 5☆

Come to High Wycombe for shopping. First time eating here, Food was on point, great customer service. Was a little cold inside the place but they hadn't been open to long so give them the benefit of the doubt. Would definitely recommend and come back.

I didn't want to cook for myself after a long day at work. I got the comfort of spicy food, which I love, at this restaurant. Chicken sizzler on nane bread with salad and the extra spicy sauce plus garlic mayonnaise already made my day. And the staff 5 ⭐️ Tank you guys

Fantastic tasting food. I’m never disappointed. I had the family meal with 10 extra wings 5grilled and 5 fried with a mate and it was so audaciously good we both left saying that was a banging meal in every way. Edit: been here many times now

First time ordering from here last night and I can honestly say the food was lovely! The Sizzler kebab was amazingly tasty and very generous portion size! Zinger burger was also lovely. The staff at Sizzlers are always polite, welcoming and very friendly during all my visits. From the management who serve on the counter to Gordon and Tanaisha who always go the extra mile with a memorable customer service experience.. The quality of the food during my visit is was lovely and the portion size is just perfect. Inside the shop was clean and tidy and looked very premium. Regularly disinfected and cleaned while customers are waiting at the seating area or at the table. I had the option to pay with cash using contactless cards as their till systems are Digital. The Menu is displayed on a digital LCD screen showing all their menu selections which is easy for me to read when selecting my choice. All the items on the menu were Halal and they are cooked nicely and well prepared which I love about this place.. Parking outside the shop there are 3 car park spaces however on this same road there is pay and display and you can park at least 15 cars outside. I have recommended to my friends and family as the shop has not let me down with its food quality, 5 star hygiene and memorable customer service experience. A suggestion to the Sizzler management for the amazing service plus something else that would be amazing for us customer would be if Sizzler could open early mornings from 8am plus. Having a morning menu would be very popular as me and many of my friends and family would love to see an early menu option such as eggs, omlets, toast, muffins, halal cooked sausages, potatoe hash browns. Update Review 17th Sept 2023 After going to Sizzler for 2 years plus, the quality of food has not changed as it's still one of the best take away / Restaurant in high Wycombe. Staff from the manger, to the chef and the counter staff are always pleasant and give an amazing service with a smile.

Ordered Chicken Sizzler with garlic mayo in a naan. Not one piece of chicken was found, no garlic mayo, smothered in chilli sauce. Naan and salad was nice. Very disappointed

Absolutely poor service. Food has come 50 minutes late. Was told 40 minutes ago my food would arrive in 10 minutes, call back and my calls aren’t getting answered and when they do answer, I’m told to wait another 10 minutes. The food arrives, and its cold. In total, food arrived in hour and half and all cold.

Menu was very confusing as it clearly states chips + cheese but no chips were delivered. This is misleading and deceptive and clearly cheating customers to pay for chips that are not then delivered!

I've been ordering takeaway from this place for years,I travel all the way from Oxford City to high wycombe, I always order food for me and my family I always spend good amount of money there,one of my regular food I order is donar kebab meat in a box for £4 for my daughter as she doesn't likes the nan bread so I've always ordered this and served by lovely friendly staff, but on my recent visit I was served by the boss for the first time and he refused to give me donar meat in a box,he said I need to order with nan which will come to £4.99 so only like £1 extra for the bread but I didn't wanted to waste the nan as my daughter doesn't like it,but boss told me I can't have just Donar meat by itself, which I found a bit odd,because I've been ordering this for years,Donar in a nan is £4.99 so he just had to minus £1 for nan and just give me Donar meat for £4 but boss said no.he was very unprofessional, very bad service,his staffs are great but boss himself gave me bad service,I would say its the worst service I received in my life time from the boss.he needs to learn how to talk friendly and keep customers happy from his own staff.and he even didn't gave me my correct change so when I challenged him where is my change then he opened the till and gave my change.atleast boss could of told me that he hasn't got enough change to give me then I would let him have it,but boss keeping quiet about my change until I challenged him which annoyed me aswel.boss like him will loose customers,there is plenty of fast food in high wycombe.its the worst customer service ever I experienced from the boss.

The reason I rate this as one star is because the owners fail to realise no racism intended but serving halal food is better be served by Muslims and should be ! now evidence clear their delivery driver who is a white male not Muslim picks his nose wipes his bogies , runny bogies running out of his nose made a burger in front of me and who goes toilet and does not wash his hands , now doesn’t mean a muslim can’t do this but I haven’t seen it as a custom but from non Muslim it’s a normal thing . It’s disgusting touching even a broom you clean with the making our buns and burgers and putting those dirty hands on vegetables and all sorts is nasty . Sizzler already had a bad rating but fixed up recently but sadly their delivery driver sometimes helps wrap the buns and burgers when busy which is nasty as he handles money wipes his bogies and runny nose over his hands, he sometimes uses hand sanitizer instead of washing it with soap so the bogies just mix up in his hands then transfers that onto our buns . No thank you since I saw that I’m out . I love the food so I call up and try ask who’s cooking and mention this to them but I found out the delivery making the food and so I got lied to that he’s not so now I’m completely avoiding this place now . No bogie burgers for me thanks 🙏 p.s my brother also experienced same thing and a friend on different occasions. So now I’m defo , it’s a shame coz their food is banging especially their zinger burgers
