Good food, it’s a shame that they didn’t bother to read my instructions. First of all, they delivered the wrong drink, ordered 7up and got Pepsi, secondly, one of my burgers had no bun on top, thirdly I asked to not have any onions on my burgers and they put onions on all the burgers.

Have had food from. Here a number of times and it's always been good. This time instructions were not read and chicken was burnt and really dry didn't get the sauces I ordered.

absolutely disgusting. ordered before and was great but lots of problems with all recent orders. tasted like frozen chicken. chips wasn’t cooked. rice was soggy and didn’t even read the request I made in the chicken. won’t be ordering again the staff was totally unreasonable when I called the shop and wouldn’t refund or send out something else 😷👎🏼

Really happy with the gourmet burgers and salad combo I’ve been ordering. The gourmet burgers are very good quality and the food tastes delicious. The staff are friendly and it’s become my main place to order food from as I trust the quality to be A+. Overall I’m a happy customer, as they resolved an issue I had with one of my orders and the customer service was brilliant. Delivery times are also very good. Definitely recommend

made a mistake to press collect when I placed order. I phoned takeaway and they was happy to change this to delivery the peri wings was amazing and cooked them as I requested to be done perfect 👌🏼 thank you

great food as always. however if you order extra dips, the amount you get is an absolute joke. it’s barely enough to dip 3 onion rings in. the container is tiny.

this is about the third time we have tried this take away and sadly this is the worst. the chicken burger I ordered was burnt to the point of the meat being crunchy and only fit for the bin never again it’s truly you get what you pay for

It also came 4 hours early as I pre ordered and when I called they hung up and wouldn't answer. After 7 attempts my husband rang and they answered right away saying they were under staffed.

This place never fails, flavourful Gourmet Oklahoma burgers were top notch! I called them to make changes to my order but despite the changes, my order was delivered on time. The quick delivery, hot and tasty food really made me happy.

Appalling service. Called twice the restaurant just to be told that the time I received the confirmation email was not the time the order was placed. Waited for almost 2 hours in total to receive 2 burgers from two miles away. When they arrived, one was so cold it had to be reheated. When asking the delivery person about the delay he claimed to have travelled directly to my address. I ordered from the restaurant because I knew they have tasty food. The service has put me off.

First time ordering, and never again. I saw some negative reviews but chose to ignore them, next time I won’t make that mistake, they are there for a reason. Everything I ordered was cold, chips were soggy and stuck together, the quarter pounder was just bread burger cheese and lettuce, and cold. I can get better burgers which are cheaper and actually have also tomato, cucumber and onion. I ordered cheesy chips which came like a ball, all soggy and stuck together. The most funny thing about it is it’s only 1.1 miles away from me, and by motorbike, it shouldn’t leave my food that cold and soggy.

lamn Chops shouldn’t be on the menu, more like bone chops, you get 6 quid of bones if you get em. However gourmet burger was too notch! Chops were cold when the shop is literally 2mins away

The food was cold and late. We ordered things with cheese, but there was barely any cheese on the fries and in the halloumi wraps. So it was more salad and cold chips with a hard corner of cheese.

The burgers were fantastic. The chips were ok. I asked for extra hot grilled wings and it didn’t even have the tiniest kick. Just a word of advice to sizzl’d, when your customers are complaining you guys seem not understanding and sarcastic. doesn’t look good although I had no other problems.

Asked for no salad in burger. Open up the box and lo and behold what do i see? SALAD!!!

Gave no cutlery no sauce what so ever ! The burgers had too much mayo and had to be scooped off . And the kebab was one of the worst I have ever had. The 2 star was only for the good portion size but quality over quantity. And the lack of cheese on the chips was terrible

When you put your freshly fried food into the plastic package, make sure there's a paper underneath because it actually melts the plastic, and the chemicals is melted into my chicken. This order, the chicken melted several holes onto the plastic packaging, and the chicken tasted like plastic.
