Avoid! The food is pathetic. The buns were smelly, the food was oily. The sauces also were not good. By all means, be hungry but do not waste your money on buying anything from here.

Lovely place food is great however portions are small. the service is amazing and the staff are extremely polite and nice. Would recommend

Went in to buy spicy fillet burger and 2 wings with chips and drink. The wings smelt funny no flavour and full of oil. This used to be one of the best chicken shop in Drummond street. They lost the quality and chef cannot prepare the correct spices to its flavour. Please you need up your game buy good quality chicken brother one box of 10KG grade won’t even cost you £25. Look at your burger quality is isn’t simply chicken. The seating area also full of oil and rust and dirt. Please clean you sitting area we are not in third world country. Next time if I dine in and find the same issue I won’t hesitate to get in touch with the food safety Team [camden council} They have no wet wipes really dissatisfied. I will buy you a box 🤫

Disappointing food and service. Any other fried chicken place around would've been a better option: - they won't let you NOT have chicken breast when you buy pieces, why? Because who wants it? It's as dry as paper. So they force it upon you even if you say you don't want it. I had to eat it with liquid just to swallow two bites before it went into the bin - fries? Cold and without salt Waste of money and calories. Ended up having to eat something else.

Food is decent but the customer service is terrible. I walked in the last week and and the old man was serving me not the one with the teeth but the other one. He was so rude from the get go rushing me to order. Told him I didn't want mayonise in my burger and he started yelling why didn't you tell me earlier! We are customers we need to be treated with respect. I just walked out I didn't even get what I wanted. And I don't think I want to come back. This man is so rude it's unbelievable

If you’re craving some chicken and chips for not too much money, this is the place to be. Solid taste and texture. Very generous portion (pictured below are small chips, but it filled up the whole box!!!) I usually take it away, but on this occasion I dined in which was okay. Not much seating and not the best.

No hygiene and no taste at all. Apart from that too costly.

Was consistent for years. Now, under new management, so I've only been there a few times since the change. It was OK, but it just doesn't hit the spot like it used. Still safe bet if you're hungry and you're there.

It’s a little shop for chicken stuff, but the flavor and the customer service are absolutely amazing. The chicken with the sauces was so good, the spicy chicken burger meal was awesome! Everyone there was really nice as well. I will definitely go back. If you’re looking for a nice meal with some good fries for cheap, this is definitely the place to go!

Just because you call your customers brother and sister doesn't give you an excuse to be rude and temperamental. Always gets anxious when I ask for condiments; it's a chicken and chips shop for goodness sake people will want sauces! Also tries to stuff everything into one flimsy plastic bag.Very poor customer service and humiliating towards paying customers. I will be complaining to the local councillors.

Regular customer, the food is really good most of the time but on a few occasions the old man has refried previously cooked fries rather than giving me fresh fries. I know the difference! Also seasoning/breading on the burgers is inconsistent!

Been coming to this chicken shop for years and years and it only gets better. I must say this is one of the best chicken shops in Camden/Euston area so if you’re just passing by or catching a train this is a place you definitely need to go. Very very fast service and you can also eat in. Try the simply spiced burger, you won’t regret it.

Service is too slow not very friendly

I found the chicken to be greasy and it smelled a bit. The fries are very basic. There were no sauces or napkins on the tables.

The name says it all : it's simply chicken. You can't be disappointed, it's better and cheaper that a McChicken. Chips and wings are good. I recommand the spicy sauce if you feel a bit adventurous.

So there's about 5 tables to eat inside. Unfortunately they only had 1 of each sauce outside (chilli, mayo and ketchup) I expected more as you end up asking other constantly etc. Not Tissues or cutlery were provided. The food itself was okay. The burger was average, and the chips were nicely cooked.

One of the worst place in terms of hygiene and the price they are giving to the customers. They increased extra price for small small things they charged extra money for spice and the sauces. The quality of the food worst as well. There are many other options at the corner.

The chicken is alright, but gangs stand around by the door smoking. The smoke pours into the shop and making the tiny space really uncomfortable. The queuing system quite frankly needs revising because it feels intense. This is England. Women of any ethnicity should be able to order without being eyeballed, or being made to feel intimidated in what is quite frankly a hostile masculine environment, true to the stereotypes held and cultivated by the far-right, that make a mockery of multicultural britain. A blend of male and female servers would also help.

The staff there were really friendly and are really nice. Chicken wings were good, but can have more flavour. Chicken pieces and chips had no taste whatsoever. Plain batter with no taste. Please add flavour (spice herbs) to Chicken. Chips were okay but were soggy. Needs to be cripsy and cooked evenly.

If you order cheap food then they will say that the food is not available and make you buy abit expensive food and even they don't fulfill the order properly and misbehave with customer.
