Simit Sarayi in City of London, Westminster

Poor food quality with outrageous prices. They used to serve authentic Turkish bakery at reasonable prices. Its's no longer the case.

Lovely little turkish tea/coffee shop with traditional cakes/sandwiches etc. Ideal for quick stop. I went to the one nr Bond Street tube. Staff very good.

I was on the Queensway Simit Sarayi on fifth of January 2020 about 7 o’clock The manager of the evening the Columbian Girl so rude and arrogant she was saying to the customers I don’t care what do you think about I was shocking to listen that one from the manager I just have a hoarder I have to return it back and I said to her I will never come again here she say I don’t care I say I would like to speak to the manager tomorrow she say if I lose the job do you think I care look at me I can get a job anywhere . very very very rude avoid the shop (When she is there I love the Simit )

I was in simit Sarayi Queensway in London. Had orange juice, water, Turkish tea and pastry which amounted nearly 15 £ per person! I stayed here about 1 hour since they have a nice place to sit. Then I had the urge to go to WC (drank so much fluid) then only been told I have to go to Starbucks toilet because they don’t have a customer toilet!! WTF! I spent all that money and now have to go somewhere else for a basic need! No disable access either! Simit sarayi invest some money into customer facilities!

It wants bad but it wasn’t good either. Like I wouldn’t be wanting to eat here again. It was a quick I bite because we were hungry.

Simit Saraya (meaning Simit Palace) is a Turkish pastry-café chain store. serving simit filled with kaşar cheese, with sudjuk, sudjuk-kaşar and kaşar-olives combinations all day long that are freshly baked as well as some Turkish pastries and baked goods such as “Açma”, “Poğaça”, “Çatal” and raisin buns and many more. If you fancy a quick bit then this is the place.

Very rude , unprofessional and disrespect ful staff especially the girls working there. No toilets for customers!!!

Questo locale si presentava veramente esteticamente, per via di un design e di un concept piuttosto inusuali (anche per la zona di Piccadilly) ha finito per incuriosirci molto e abbiamo deciso di provare...tuttavia si è, invece, dimostrato davvero deludente: il locale è bello (non solo visto da fuori) e basta, servizio non all'altezza (i dipendenti danno l'idea di essere molto stressati, più che inesperti), la qualità dei prodotti infine è decisamente scarsa. In conclusione: bella la location, bella la "confezione", ma contenuto davvero scarso...

DO NOT ENTER THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I entered the Baker Street branch and asked the guy behind the counter for something. A rude, aggressive man jumped in and claimed he had been there first. The server immediately stopped serving me and moved to this disgraceful person instead. He completely legitimised this sickening behaviour. I felt victimised, intimidated, profiled and offended. Obviously, I left without spending a penny. I suggest that if you wish to have your dignity and integrity respected, you never ever walk through the doors of this shop. They are sexist bullies.

Simit is meant to be a cheap food, but it's almost £2 for one simit here which has been stale every time I've purchased one. The cafe is always a bit scruffy from crowds and the staff are grumpy.

Had lunch here, but the food was terrible. Bland and limp french bread with toppings that have been lying there for ages. Some sort of hotdog that might have been really dog... Waste of money

Just average place for drink and snack. Tea is not really aromatic and food is reheated. Expensive. Big space to sit upstairs. Terrible toilets.

Really expensive, food was bland and mainly tasted of oil and salt. I asked for it to be heated up and it was served warm on the outside stone cold on the inside. The tables were covered in food/crumbs from past customers. Staff were inpatient.
