This place used to do the best pizza’s but now I wouldn’t say bad but not as good as before ! Not sure whether to return again or not ! It’s such a shame ! it looks like all the Italian’s have left the building all the staff that used to be their especially the pizza chef have gone , the dough has changed the pizza covered in too much tomato sauce like soup and def not San manzanos ! Garlic missing of pizza ? They used to have a counter full of Italian goodies now full of Asian deserts ? Don’t get this? The service was good ! But shouldn’t add service charge without asking ! The uber delivery guys coming in and out are annoying and should use a back door it makes it feel like your eating in a cheap takeaway ! Italian Music has gone ! Would not take much to turn this place into an amazing restaurant the outside has been greatly improved a lot ! Just need to get back to original Italian chefs and Italian food and then we will return !!!

We ordered delivery on uber eats. This used to be such a nice place to deliver. It must have changed ownership. This is the second time they in a row they messed up the order. We always order magherita pizzas and garlic bread with extra toppings. Both time we received plain garlic bread. I thought previous time was by mistake but it happened the second time, and we are talking about £8 surcharge that out of £21 total order - so almost 50% was not delivered. Also dough has changed and it looks like the pizaaiolo is not the same. Such a shame.

Really gutted I cannot give “0” stars!! We visited this restaurant for the first time and we were appalled with the service we received! Staff was rude, grumpy and not attentive at all, had no courtesy or manners. They were very clumsy too, dropped a customers drink on their table, all over their clothes/lap, and why, because they were tidying up whilst that family were having drinks, it was their attempt to rush them out by tidying up in front of them, even though the tables had been cleared of their plates etc! They were all just peacefully having conversations, and the waitress came and interrupted that! They clearly didn’t want customers in their restaurant!!, they also tried to get us to rush eating our dessert by rudely asking if we want to take it away. The manager/waitresses all just stood around and stared at ppl eating, very off putting!! In general the food took long to arrive, was extremely chewy, cheese was of cheap quality, portions were really small! the staff didn’t even give us napkins and cutlery, when we requested it, they gave us a napkin (there were 4 of us), then bought the napkins but forgot forks, then gave us one fork and then made us wait 3 minutes for more forks! The cheek of the restaurant they charged a tip, knowing they gave us a really bad, poor service! Do not recommend,save your money and support a local business that deserves your business and works hard to earn it. None of my family or friends will ever visit this place, we have boycotted it!! Do the same!

Taking reservations for the tables , however on arrival you can be surprised with no table availability. Member of the stuff was quite rude. Food is good though.

Came here with my mum and we ordered a vegan Ortonolo pizza takeaway. The customer service was excellent - everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming and kind. One man even greeted us with Assalamu alaikum, which me and my mum very much appreciated. Not only do they treat customers with genuine respect, but their pizza is freshly made, authentic and absolutely delicious!!! Yummiest brunch and extremely affordable too. Gracias :)

We visited this fantastic little restaurant as a last minute decision on Friday evening. Both of us had had difficult work weeks and needed something of a treat - we couldn’t have come to a better place for that! The food was excellent. Really generous portions and the bruschetta I had to start was bursting with happy flavours! Seafood and gamberi pasta thereafter were delicious and beautifully made. We chose a super wine and had a perfect meal made even better by the friendly and lovely staff. You could see they really cared about their work and the restaurant. We were so impressed we wanted to add extra service to our bill but couldn’t via the card machine and had no cash on us so I said I’d be buying some canolo instead - their counter of sweet treats is incredible. However, instead I was given 6 canolo! So generous and we had a fab chat with the owner about his technique for great pizza dough! I cannot believe, living locally for several years, we haven’t been to this gem. We will be making up for lost time from now on and can’t wait to try what looked to be amazing pizzas!

This is a really true Osteria! The pizza is from a wood fired oven. The prosecco by the glass was a quality wine too. The wine by the glass (Pinot Grigio) was of good quality too. I can honestly recommend this inexpensive place very much.

Fabulous! How have I not been here before? Took my parents here last night as they live locally. Food and service was top class. I had seafood pasta which was as good as I’ve had anywhere and the pizzas looked delicious. We slightly changed our order at the last minute and they didn’t mind at all. We had a very minor niggle with one of the desserts and they couldn’t have been more apologetic and didn’t charge us for it. We went on a Friday night and it was busy with a great atmosphere, I would recommend booking as it is only small. A gem of a place for Streatham Vale. Oh and they serve Campari spritz which you can’t hardly get anywhere!

We ordered through Just eat, waited ages and then the order is just cancelled. The management claim its Just Eat's fault.. but the driver made the cancellation because the food was not ready as they were too busy. Blaming Just Eat, not saying sorry or caring means we won't be ordering from here again. A real shame.

What a great restaurant this is! We arrived as a pre-booked party of 27, and enjoyed a great welcome, friendly service (thanks Antonio!) and a wonderfully relaxed meal together. Thank you so very much! We'll be back!!

Lovely small restaurant serving authentic pizza. Their vegan cheese was the nicest I have tried, their regular mozzarella excellent too. They stayed open later to serve us, definitely recommend booking if going at the weekend as can get busy. The staff were speaking Italian and it felt/tasted like a very authentic meal!
