What a lovely restaurant! I've never been here before and will be going again. Very welcoming and relaxed. A full house. Attention to detail is second to none. The staff went the extra mile. Food is out of this world. A good choice of wines and beers. I would highly recommend to others. It's best to book a table to avoid disappontment.

This place is a real deal Italian restaurant… they are clearly passionate about everything they do. Every person on our table of 6 fully enjoyed what they ordered. This was our first visit, won’t be our last. Thank you.

I visited Siena restaurant last night with a friend. We both had a fantastic meal, one of the best meals I have ever had, certainly the best Italian meal. The staff were outstanding and a credit to the owner, who was a great front of house. I look forward to visiting again, soon.

We decided to have our work Christmas meal at Sienna's again this year, after enjoying it so much last year. The staff were very accommodating, seating around 14 of us. We ordered ahead and the food was all delicious. We had a great time and no doubt will be back sometime soon.

Lovely food and amazing staff - only issue was restaurant was very cold with no heating on when we got there at 530pm which was quite uncomfortable for us

We were here for a family birthday party. The atmosphere, as in most Italian restaurants is good. The service is excellent. I'm not a vegetarian or Vegan but, I tried the goats cheese, mushroom tagliatelle, It was absolutely delicious. Everyone had a fabulous evening.

100% amazing! I have been here twice 4 years apart. First time was just 2 of us and both wife and I loved it. 2nd time was for a family 60th and 22 of us went and they helped us every step from booking all the way through to us finishing. Had a joint birthday meal in Siena. It was excellent, they made a fuss of the birthday girl and boy, food was lovely and fantastic atmosphere, the whole party loved it, made their birthdays special.

Regular visitor. Favorit. Best in area. Friendly host. Service great. Food excellent Five Stars every time we go we feel welcome.

Siena in Swinton. Just one word WOW!! Our experience at Siena is always very pleasant.What a vibe!! Restaurant is extremely clean and you are welcomed by Anna with a lovely warm personality. Nothing is too much trouble to ask. Staff are very pleasant and they always try to accommodate you even if you are a late booking.Food is fresh and the menu is really well put together. It’s the best spot in Swinton and we have become regulars. If you have not tried Siena Restaurant in Swinton you are definitely missing out. Excellent food and wine, great atmosphere. Amazing!!

Our first time at this restaurant as we went with friends who go on a regular basis. Food was excellent as was the friendly service. Place was too noisy for my liking but that’s Italian restaurants for you on a busy Saturday evening. Would certainly revisit if in the area.

Restaurant is lovely, staff are lovely but the customers are absolutely awful. Stuck up, snobby customers that look down their nose at you, thinking that they're better than everyone. Atmosphere was horrible. The restaurant is amazing, the staff and the food both 5 stars, but the customers give this place a bad name. You'd be better off just ordering from this place tbh because the customers are the worst. Horrible, horrible people. I feel sorry for the staff that have to put up with them.

The food was lovely but a very long wait for our food which we preordered so was disappointed with that aspect

We decided to go for the set menu as we liked a good few dishes on it. Absolutely NOT disappointed. Lovely garlic bread and ribs to start followed by a chicken dish with salami and I had the biggest most beautiful lamb shank I've ever had. We will be back and I highly recommend.

We visited Siena last night for my birthday meal. This has previously been my favourite restaurant and we have visited a number of times. However this time we were completely underwhelmed. The starters were lovely as usual However when the main course arrived we were shocked at the portion size. My husband ordered the chicken in mushroom and cream sauce and he received what looked like half a chicken breast. We always order this dish and just thought the portion had been massively cut down since we had been here last, however the prices have increased. For £22 you expect a full portion of chicken. Also the lasagne is usually lovely, however it was extremely dry. We didn't complain as it was the end of the night and to be honest my husband said his meal was lovely just would have liked a full piece of chicken. I cannot fault restaurant it is lovely and the staff are always welcoming and work so hard. Just a shame it has put us off returning.

We have been to Siena on several occasions including on Christmas Day and never been disappointed. The food and atmosphere is fantastic and staff are extremely attentive. Whether on our own, in a group or with the children, staff (especially owners) cannot do enough to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They have recently extended the restaurant which has been done in keeping with the original restaurant and unless you have previously visited or been a regular, you would not know. Every single dish we have tried has been excellent and the most surprising was the tomato soup, it still amazes us how something that sounds so simple can be done so tastily! It’s such a gem and an absolute must try. Thank you to Antonio, Anna and team for always making us feel so welcome and providing such a lovely experience on each visit.

Not been for ages but will be back again ! Friendly but efficient staff, great atmosphere & food delicious ! 2 of our family had pizza, my vegetarian sister loved hers & my nephew definitely enjoyed his ! I had sirloin buscalola, well done, done to perfection for me , my partner had sirloin mustard ,rare to medium, absolutely spot on. Our meals came with vegetables, no extra charge unlike some restaurants. I was the only one drinking alcohol, a large glass of Zinfandel,just diet coke,water & cordial for the others. Skipped dessert as we had birthday cake waiting at home but won't miss out on them next time ! Well worth a visit & fairly local, what's not to like ? Prices very reasonable too.

What a lovey restaurant. Ambience fab and service from start to finish was excellent. Prices decent but we ordered the lasagne and it’s was bang average. Lots of tomato sauce, not cheated on the meat. Just tasteless. Shame as everything else was really good.

Visited the restaurant last night with my friend. I hadn’t been before but heard great things. For a Thursday night, the place was full with plenty of atmosphere. The food was lovely and the House Rose wine was really nice. The owner came and had a chat with us at the end of our meal to check we were happy. He was telling us all about the extension on the side that should be finished soon and will definitely make a big difference, especially if large parties visit. I’m looking forward to my next visit as I was impressed!

Food was lovely, nicely shown and served, polite waiters and waitresses. The manager is very polite and sometimes comes around talking to customers, the staff are kind and helpful, they're a great pizza place and I'd recommend to friends 😀

Wow, what an experience. We had takeaways from Siena during lockdown and we finally got round to dining in. The service was 1st class, the food was only another level and the best we've ever tasted. We were still talking about how gorgeous the food was. Can't wait to return again.

Steak and peppercorn sauce was very nice and tasty! Everything was well cooked and hot. The atmosphere was nice and calm even though the restaraunt was full. Will definitely be visiting again ☺️👌

Went for the first time because my wife likes this place and goes there with her friends, I can honestly say I did not like it at all, had a steak that was salty with the sauce in red wine, I cook a lot and have learned how to cook sauces my wife is Italian, I'm sorry but Puccini know how to do it well and the pana cotta could be better, there Irish coffee was tasteless but at least the perroni was ok , I'm sorry I tried it for my wife but you still have a lot to learn your nearly there, my bill was £120 I gave them £125 it would have been £130 if I had enjoyed it, your staff are good and attentive, so sorry I won't be back but my wife will , all the best

My favourite place for a Saturday night date night. Food is great, mind you i always get the same dishes because they’re devine. They’re extending the restaurant which is great as they do get busy.

Great meal and service! Loved the place the second time here within two weeks! Starter was the pate, followed by lamb shank and cheese cake to go. Toasted bread was a little harder than the last visit but still good. Chef did say next time let him know before, and he'll sort it out! Well done, guys

Love this place, always very welcoming and the food is to die for. I'm also very pleased to say they DO NOT WEAR LATEX GLOVES. So for those with a latex allergy you are safe in Siena. Enjoy

Felt very rushed in ordering, the waitress felt very intimidating, the plates were cold from the kitchen, which made the sauce to my fillet steak cold when I received it, will not be returning

A first class local venue worthy of our support. Yet again an absolutely lovely meal. From excellent steaks through to excellent pizzas. Sienna is a great restaurant. Extensive choice from the al a carte menu or the three course menu which offers a three course option for a very reasonable price. The service was good with attentive staff. A highly recommended venue.

Family of 9 went for christmas dinner.Everyone of us really enjoyed. The food was delicious all 3 courses.Service exceptional staff so friendly and attentive. I honestly couldnt rate this restaurant enough. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again

I love going to siena. The meal was great as always and the staff were just as great. Went for Xmas dinner.. don't get me wrong the meal was as nice as it always is but when I saw the bill I was appalled. Fiver for a large coke poured flat from a bottle.. I understand its Xmas day and all and you expect price to be inflated but to be more expensive than a beer? Left a proper generous tip as well then when we got back found a 10% service charge had already been applied. We may have realised had we not tried to quickly settle the bill so as we could vacate the table as the next booking had already arrived. As I said I love siena generally just disappointed on this occasion

Antonio the Chef came to our table, as I really enjoyed the meal. The food was prepared with love and you can taste it in every bite. I had the king prawn starter: which was like mini lobsters and the sea bass fillets and vegetables was very tasty.

Friendly cozy little place food is amazing. Never had a bad night or meal here. Staff are great, would recommend a visit.

My lamb shank was really tender and delicious and the vegetables were perfectly cooked. My friend’s salmon was also very tasty but wasn’t hot enough. In fact it was cold and that was such a shame. Our starters and desserts were lovely and the staff were very attentive. We arrived at 5pm and it was difficult to find somewhere to park as there’s no car park and all of the surrounding streets were rammed with rush hour traffic. Better to go later.

We had a wonderful evening celebrating the 66th birthday of us twins and our partners! We’ve visited lots of restaurants around the Salford area and we’re very impressed by everything at Siena. We were particularly impressed by the owner/chef who found time to come out of the kitchen to chat with all the clients! Can’t recommend this place highly enough…….. we’ll be back!
