Food had ordinary taste, The elderly female waitress gave pretty rude service. Won't go there anymore

Three of us came for an early dinner yesterday. Sat upstairs and it was a lovely venue. Starters each, main each and one pudding. Not a speck of food left on the plates. A chickpea puff, garlic bread and caprese salad were all beautifully presented and tasted lovely. Mains were a fresh chili spaghetti for the veggie and two of us had the chicken with tomato sauce and rocket salad. Absolutely gorgeous. I was the only one who couls manage pudding and the tiramisu was excellent. Two large bottles of morettii and two glasses of pinot. £45 each including tip. Brilliant food, venue, value and service. Will definitely be back.

Absolute gem of a restaurant. Haven’t been here for years but decided to visiting before theatre. Paul is the absolute host with the most!! So friendly and a great sense of humour. We were made to feel welcome immediately. Service was impeccable, efficient and prompt. And oh my God the food!!! Amazing - sooooo delicious. Will be returning here soon - with it without a theatre ticket. Oh and do book ahead as it’s so popular !!

Highly recommended. Meatballs and Panelle with a really good pomodoro sauce lovely. The Fettuccine Gamberetti was delicious. Desert with some of their Nonino Grappa is not to miss.

A nice, comfortable dining experience. I had the pre-theatre set menu. The calamari was fried to the perfection. The sauce helped to add flavours to it. The fish from the main was fresh with refreshing flavours from the tomatoes and oranges. I would recommend the dish. The tiramisu was just delicious.

No complaints, just popped in for a quick bite not much atmosphere but it was very early evening.

The pizza was good, the salmon pasta too, maybe a little heavy with the cream sauce but it was good. The only thing that bothers me is not being able to add pepper or parmesan yourself (the waitress does it and takes the ingredients with her). A good Italian restaurant, and decent service too.

We had lunch today, everything was excellent! If the beer had been colder, it would have been excellent! We, Sicilians, drink beer darkened :) but perhaps it is the custom in London to serve it like this. Anyway, everyone is promoted :)

This is a local family type restaurant serving family food. The venue is pretty, the service is good and the food although slightly old fashioned is comforting and delicious. There is a feeling they do care and value the client so well done for that. We will definitely revisit and try more dishes 👍🏻

Good pizza, nice place, very good service

Me and my partner visited London a few weeks ago (child free for the first time in years) we noticed this restaurant on our walk to the hotel we were staying in, after a long day of site seeing we walked just over 4 miles to get to this restaurant, upon arrival we were greeted by Paul with a huge smile who seated us at a table for two, we started with a homemade Limoncello recommended by Paul which was sublime, we ordered starters and mains at this point, for the main course I myself had the carbonara, I cannot explain how tasty and incredible this was, (best I've ever eaten) my mouth was watering, highly recommended! For dessert I had Tiramisu, and my partner had the apple pie, we tried eachother's desserts obviously, the simple apple pie.... who knew something so simple could taste so damn good, the tiramisu was great too, the restaurant itself had a very homely feeling, it wasn't huge nor too small, it was cosy, the entire dining experience me and my partner had here was nothing short of exquisite, the food, the staff, and the hospitality we were shown here is like nothing we had experienced, Paul.... we cannot thank you enough for the spectacular night of dining we had at your restaurant and we will most definitely visit again when we are next in London.

We had dinner in this restaurant, the welcome was excellent, the place was very tidy, the pasta was good, the pizza was excellent, I ate the excellent roast porchetta. Very knowledgeable and kind staff.

Walked in at 7pm and requested table for 5. Seated immediately, order taken 5 minutes later and, unbelievably, served 7 minutes after ordering! Fresh, homemade yummy pasta, salad & pizza. What an unusual experience but much appreciated. It was busy in there but they evidently are extremely efficient.

We came to the restaurant with my friends after sightseeing in London, we were all pleasantly surprised by how we were welcomed and how the waiters took care of us, the food came quickly, everything was fresh and at the highest level

I ordered a cutlet with cheese, it was very good and resembled a pork chop pizza. The lady who served us was very nice and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend the place 🫡

I was a bit disappointed with the gluten-free pizza, as the pizza base was tough an difficult to cut, and the cheese was a bit leathery. Fortunately the taste was allright. The service was friendly an professional. Good selection of wines.

Went here with a wheelchair user. This place seems to be a good choice for that because: - There is a good amount of room to manoeuvre - You can easily roll under the tables (with a non-mechanised wheelchair at least) - There is an accessible bathroom (it's hidden away, you need to ask) - Being placed right across the road from the Victoria coach station, access is fairly easy for wheelchair users coming from outside London The food was fairly good. The pizza had a decent base, solid ingredients though I felt that it lacked taste a little. It would be good to have salt available at the tables. There are decent vegetarian options. The chilli oil was a little mild for my tastes. The gelato wasn't soft enough as served, maybe it was because we came at a weird time (~3pm). It would be nice if there were a couple more desert options, maybe panna cotta? Either way, I can recommend this restaurant, especially if visiting with a wheelchair user.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service provided by a lovely Young Lady from Portugal i believe !!! was exceptional, very friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and great flavors. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great meal and a memorable dining experience.

Great little spot right next to Victoria coach station. Came here for Mothers day, had the Panelle and Caponata as starters, thoroughly enjoyed the Panelle fantastic starter. I had the pork belly for main, and she had sea bass. The pork crackling was crunchy and fatty and lovely 😍, wish the rocket salad had more apples to pair with the pork, potatoes were great too. It was a generous portion, highly recommend, could be a tad bit dry for some but just a little bit. Tried the sea bass and it was juicy with a slight aroma of the oranges and olives it was cooked with. Recommend both dishes. For dessert had a Tiramisu and Berry Cheesecake, the tiramisu was ok, not the best I've had, could have more coffee and bitter chocolate powder on too. Cheesecake was velvety and creamy. Really lovely. Staff were very friendly and attentive, service was fast, we didn't have to wait to long between courses. All in all, great spot if looking for a good eat in Victoria. Will definitely come back!

Best italian restaurant I've been so far in London, and I'm an Italian tourist, so I know what I'm talking about. Real Italian flavors and ingredients, pasta was cooked perfectly and pizza was great. Perfect Italian espresso. Service personnel is really kind and nice. We had a great time! Thank you! ITALIAN If you are Italian and want home, come here: you have never eaten better than this abroad. We are Sicilians on holiday here and we tried pasta and pizza: almost no difference with Italian restaurants in Italy. But above all, the coffee. It's real Italian espresso, finally! The owners and manager were welcoming, very kind and really nice. Yes, you can breathe Italy everywhere, from the furnishings to the music. We will return every time we come to London. Highly recommended!

Not tasty at all, pasta was al-dente and that’s the only good thing about it. Waiter tried to put as little Parmesan cheese as he could. Not worth the money.

Food was amazing, it started of being very quiet, but a large group of tourists came which made it uncomfortably loud.

Host at the door was very unfriendly bordering rude and the waiter (Asian guy) was the same. I ordered 2 garlic bread one calamari, 1 gin and tonic and 1 red wine. Bill came to £49. What a rip off and the staff were rude and unappreciative of my business. Calamari was the only thing good but a tiny portion. Gin had far too much ice in the glass. Garlic bread was a bit burnt. The waiter didn’t even ask me what Gin I wanted and whether I wanted a single or double. Never going back ever.

Shocked. Tasteless food which is unusual for Sicilian food. Not value for money. Dirty floor but super clean tables and chairs. So clean that they are cleaning the table next to you, by making you inhale all chemicals. Last but not least having a sick dog struggling to breathe/caughing/nearly vomiting while you are eating made the experience disgusting. If it was ok for the restaurant to host a sick dog struggling, it should have equally been wise not to seat guests nearby. I would have not gone myself at the restaurant if was feeling sick as the dog was as I do respect others. It’s about hygiene standards and health and safety. I have to be honest , I apologise for this, but I cannot recall or imagine an experience as bad as this one. Never again, neither if I was offered one full year of food for 2. Btw a Sicilian restaurant with no cannoli or cassata…?

Bad service . Something I hate when they put their fingers in to carry a dish. Then they cleaned the table next to mine, and with the spray it went everywhere. They cleaned the floor with a broom all dirty with dust. I ordered an arancino that looked like a meatball but had no flavor. They added pepper on the pasta, but it was everywhere except on top of the pasta. I ordered an aperol spriz inside there were 9 ice cubes. I ordered pasta alla Norma but it didn't taste like anything . I state that I love dogs very much, but there was a dog that coughed all the time and seemed to vomit and I felt like vomiting everything I had eaten. Not satisfied.

We had a lovely meal here for my daughter's 14th birthday. Very reasonably priced and the food was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive and she even did us a complimentary cake for the occasion. I will visit again and happily give 5 stars.

The pizza here is insane. One of the best I have had. Can't believe I didn't find it sooner. Great way to spend time if you are waiting for a bus.

Walked in with no expectations. My standards of liking could be somewhat high but it surprised me really good. Food is tasteful, the atmosphere is chill and good and the staff is really friendly. Would recommend this for sure!

We had a family dinner here. We tried to book online, but when we arrived at the restaurant, the booking via the 3rd party client had not been confirmed. When we arrived, the manager was unhelpful. He stated that there was no reservation and that we needed to complete this online and submit credit card details to confirm the booking (not happy to do this). The place was quiet, and thankfully there was a table for 6 that had not turned up, so we were given this instead. The attitude of the manager was not welcoming. The waitress that served us on the mezzanine was attentive and helpful. The food was average, and I would not want to visit again. The downstairs toilets did not smell good and were not clean.

We celebrated my Aunties 70th birthday here on Saturday evening. The restaurant was able to accommodate us all with fairly short notice. We had a table of 10 people and the food and service was fantastic. Amazing pizzas, pasta, wines and desert. They were kind enough to provide a desert with candles and a happy birthday! Perfect food and service, with great location next to Victoria station. Thank you Sicily, we hope to visit again next time we are in London! I am sorry I can’t remember the name of the lady who looked after us but she was lovely!

What a place! I found Sicily restaurant on the fork app and decided to see what all the fuss was about. Not many places have such a good rating on the app, Trip Advisor and Google. This restaurant is a stones throw from Victoria Coach Station and maybe 5 minutes from the train station. The atmosphere was great. Very cool and chill vibes. The place was clean, modern, and had a beautiful mezzanine. The staff were super attentive. You can tell a place is good when the water jug never empties. The staff knew the menu well and made some good recommendations. They seemed genuinely happy to be working. The food was fantastic. Even a simple carbonara and margarita pizza for the kids was extra special. My 12 year old said it was the best she’d ever had. I went for the florentine pizza and my partner had the pasta special. Delicious! The pizza was so thin I am surprised it held its own, but it did! We had to finish the evening with tiramisu which was served in a tea cup. Homemade for sure! All in all this must be one of the nicest Italian experiences we have had. Will 1000% be coming back! Prices not too bad either. Pizza £10-15, pasta around £15, a pint for £6 and a large wine for less than a tenner.

It's quick to say Italian cuisine...unfortunately this is one of those places, seeing the fries arrive with the grated cheese on top was horrible. You have to evaluate the customer in front of you and not propose something like this to Italians.
