Absolute disgusting attitude on the phone and put the phone down never be going to this place again

Awful food finished a long shift excited to eat some junk and that's exactly what I received! 🥲 bolognese tasted like it was sat and scraped out of a pan. Burgers tasted of old meat and the garlic touched my tongue and was instantly sick. Cheery coke is nice though 😐 if I could rate half a star or even quarter I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Until a health inspector has been in.

Online delivery at 12am for a Neptune pizza and chips & garlic. Was then telephoned to say they had no tuna. I asked for a vegetarian hot shot instead (as I dont eat meat). Waited over one hour for delivery only to discover I'd been sent a ham and pineapple pizza. At 1.15am I couldn't be bothered to ring back and wait for another delivery. The meat pizza went in the bin. The chips and garlic were nice though. Overall, disappointing!

disgraceful 1:30am still not here doesn't take 3 hours to make a pizza and cheesy chips shambolic. rang 6 times to no answrr disgraceful robbing service.

Dreadful service, and over two hours wait for a basic order (kebab meat and chips). Called multiple times, and no answer. Eventually got through after 8 attempts to call, to be spoken to with an attitude and told that they are busy. Refund requested via Hartlepool Eats, and will never order from here again.

Wasn’t spoken to over the phone with an awful attitude because I lived the opposite direction to we’re the next delivery was, food arrived stone cold

Garlic was sour,chips were stone cold,tasted raw,asked for a cheesy garlic bread and god a plain garlic bread wouldn’t recomend basically paid for a can of coke and a salad

The food was good for what food is but we I got no chips neither did I get garlic. The atmosphere was absolutely disappointing the person or person's that were working turned the music right up coz he asked me to shut my 2 year old up not happy

Food was rank burger bun looked like it had been sat on the bun was black and soggy, chips soggy and cold,kebab meat cold but tasty salad was the best thing out of the order garlic sauce supposed to be in a tub not all over the packaging,Waste of money won't be back again

Told the guy I was here for a collection, he slammed a can of coke on the counter and started shouting about I should be paying cash not card for a coke! When i asked what the hell he was talking about and that I was there for a pizza collection not a coke he quickly changed his attitude and got my food. Terrible service over the phone, terrible service in store!

SICILIANO'S (Under new management) He (The Foreigner) is a SCAMMER!!! They Send us a Mixed kebab with just 4 bits of chicken on it!!!! and the kebab meat had bits of bone in it and it was thrown together and it came very messy and with the wrong chilli sauce on it and it was 90 % kebab meat!!! and a cheese pepperoni burger for £20.50!!!!!!!! RIP OFF!!! Telephoned them and was shouted at and spoken to rudely and then he slams the phone down and then ignores the phone after that!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!! OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!! BE WARNED!!!!!! BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!!!

Take the money you have for your food and throw it down the drain right now, you are now exactly the same as you started. you have a problem with your food call them and get a response of, I could not care less , I've got your money this time please move on , I don't believe you have a problem bring the food to the shop if you have a problem regardless to where you drove to etc Beyond terrible and taking the food back tomorrow , dry stale , leather , kabab meat. And a dry stale, leather response.

Salad was fresh on a mixed kebab ordered through just eat. Kebab wasn't great, chicken was very dry. Garlic sauce tasted way too like vinegar. This is the type of food you would probably enjoy when you have had a night out and had one too many and you just need something to eat. Nothing was seasoned. Very bland. Only positive was it was a quick delivery.

Normally okay from here but food came tonight chips freezing cold rang up got abuse and no help said it was hot and the drivers fault for it been cold because of the weather absolutely shocking never going there again...don't waste your time and money

I ordered though this website and it went to pre order went down they refused to help and told me it not there website now having to wait for my bank to give me the money back if they don't accept there end will never use these again

Tried order five time’s on separate occasions and got rejected on feed me online but when I order through just it there’s never a problem

Normally a great place but this time I'm so annoyed order. Kebab meat' chips and garlic and cheesy chips with beshemal sauce. Kebab had no chips or garlic so took it back to get home to find the chips had no beshemal sauce. Sort your act out man, how hard is it to double check an order.

Food was alright! Got our order wrong so we rang up to get told they were busy so we couldn’t have our food till another hours time! We then said that’s okay to then be screamed at by the man on the phone! They do not deserve to be open and be speaking people to the way they spoken to me tonight! Ridiculous

Worst service, was open for another half an hour for orders but couldn't order? Rang through the restaurant and they said they were open through hartlepool eats but they weren't.. rang back and questioned it but they put the phone down.. absolutely shocking service.

Got a kids pizza and chips. Really lovely and price was brill. Recommended to anyone.

Phoned my order in, was told it would be ready to collect in 10 minutes. Got to the shop to be told no one had phoned an order in, so ordered again, twice I repeated my order, 15 minutes later we finally got our food. Drove home to find half the order was missing! Phoned again to tell them, they told me to drive back down for it, I asked if they could not get a driver to drop it off, I was told they don't do deliveries! I have been a customer of sicilianos in hartlepool for the last 27 years. I will not be going back

The food was okay but got part of my order mixed up

Placed an order after midnight and the wrong order came we ordered a kebab my partner wanted cheese chips and garlic with the kebab you get separate chips and separate garlic so I phoned and just wanted to order that and the portion of cheese but instead when the order came he charged £10 and we had two massive kebabs contest at the m the highest quality there was no little bits of fat in it it was really nice in the shop and the owner of the full refund and he was prepared to deliver the cheese and chips but there was no need there was plenty of food anyone make a mistake and he was quick to rectify

I once saw the chef smoking a tab while he was preparing the food, and then he had a urine at the back door, and that's true, because I used to deliver for them,and I was there while he done it, I wouldn't phone them ,if it was the only shop open, it's horrible

Just ordered a food order of over £26.00 via just eat. If you cannot sustain the standard of food do not stay open late and offer substandard food. Absolutely horrible and tasted like it was warmed up from a previous customers order. I thought being established for so long stood for some level of quality, obviously NOT. I will never use them again. 4

They need to sort out there customer service out very arrogant lost a good customer must be making to much money to care about the people who pay there wages.

Had some from there for the first time and decided that I'm not ordering again because a family member called up to ask where it was because of it being about 30 minute late and they said the driver was on the way then after another 30 minutes a 2nd call was made to see what's taking long then the guy got abusive and the food arrived about 5 minutes later making it an hour or so late and it was cold. The only advise I'll give is to not order unless you're ready for cold food and abuse from the workers

Ordered the meal deal parmo kebab etc. Absolutely shocking!! The parmo was so tough and microwaved with no bechamel sauce, I wouldn't feed it to my dog. The chips again microwaved. This food hasnt been made for someone to enjoy, In this lockdown as well you should be ashamed serving food to such a low standard.

Awful food. Ordered a parmo, had a bone inside, then got a parmo wrap and chips, the parmo was uncooked and the chips literally tasted like they had been doused in rat poisoned, genuinely wouldnt take a grand off someone who asked me to eat here. DONT BUY!!!

Placed an order for my two kid's, 2x london pizza's, a two tin's of pop, along with the bag containing the pop was two orher people's half eaten food, it was disgusting quiet frankily,and will not be ordering from them again.

The only place that does good Shish kebab. For that reason I've been more tolerant than usual, not anymore. We will never order again. Always something wrong with the order. Poor.

Food was revolting, the chips weren't cook and food soggy and greasy, we complained the first time and was sent out new food 2 hours later in the same conditions, tried phoning up to get money back and the man on the phone was extremely rude, said if we dont like it to order somewhere else, then hung up the phone. Would not recommend to bloody enemies, honestly inedible. Do not order from here

Okay I've ordered from here a few times and I'm sorry but I'm livid. I don't want a refund or anything just would like something to possibly change, I ordered from here a few times. The last time being an hour and a half late but I have the benefit of the doubt since I know problems can happen that aren't always up to staff, but I'll be honest mate. Am livid, I ordered cheesey chips, chips, and onion rings today. The STATE of my cheesy chips. I checked to make sure I didn't order garlic because I'm physically repulsed by it. And yet what do I behold. Tonnes upon tonnes of garlic. Not one chip was safe. The sheer amount of garlic soaked chips on my polystyrene container is staggering. Enough to kill a small child and traumatize an adult. Not to mention the container it came in is broken so there's garlic everywhere now and I'm just say crying in a heap with garlic on my face, close to being sick because of the smell. As I said at the beginning Im not trying to be difficult here and I don't want a refund but I just wanted £7.10 for essentially just garlic. Bad investment on my behalf and I won't be ordering from here again, thank you for taking the time to read.

Food is average and unfortunately nothing stands out in this place compared to others. The main good point is that on weekends it's open till about three in the morning

Food never turned up, rang and the delivery driver advised he tried to deliver. Which was either an out right lie or he just couldn't find the address (easy to locate by the way) I have cctv, a ring door bell and spot lights so definitely didn't even try to knock. Staff couldn't care less marked it as delivered and told me to get money back from just eat. When just eat called the restaurant the next day they again lied and told them they had tried to ring my mobile 5 times with no answer when they where outside my house. Sent phone records showing this to be false and got a full refund from just eat. Don't bother total scammers obviously hoping people just don't bother trying for a refund and delivery drivers are obviously inept.

Placed 3 orders from here recently. 1st was incorrect, no vegetarian pizza delivered leaving one of my guests hungry. 2nd was 1 hour late. 3rd never even turned up. Do yourself a favour and order somewhere else.

Great service friendly staff the food was fresh and very tasteful delivery was on time, I would recommend this place every time as for portion size, why not try a mixed wrap with chips salad and chilli/garlic I would not complain if this place serves quality fresh food.

The chips were yummy and so was the parmo. The chicken is a bit thin though but I enjoyed my food

I will never purchase from this takeaway again. Part of the order was missed only to be told it will go out on the next delivery. The first delivery was approx. 45 minutes. How are you expected to keep this over cooked, bland and limp food appetising for another 45 minutes??? Shocking service not even a refund offered for the missed items. Definitely 5 star shocking on all accounts stay well clear. Very disappointed. I had to click one star to get this review published, but not even worth the one star.

Got cheesy chips and garlic and it was a portion for a toddler. Wouldn't recommend it. Obviously thought I was drunk and wouldn't notice. Not letting these take my money again for petty portions. Absolutely shocking.

First time never again I ordered parmo and it had a nasty taste to it couldn't eat it, got bad guts

waited over a hour so I phoned, I was sat in silence waiting for the food but when I phoned they said they had been twice witch wasn't true, when I asked for a refund they refused cursed down the phone and we're very offencive, I wouldn't not recommend this shop because of the 0 customer service and lack of respect for their costumers, I didn't receive and food or money back of them!
