Park Inn in Hartlepool

Another 1st pub visit on a tour we were doing. Nice staff, friendly pub.

Me and my wife have been to the park hotel for the karaoke it said free parking for patrons did not see the small print 3 times we have been and we have just got a parking fine and I guess I will get two more I have appealed and have all my receipts for my drinks can you please in future upgrade your signs so not in small print we are not the only ones with this issue you can see the free parking bit but not the small print underneath I did not see any signs on the bar .sorry for this bad review hopefully we can get it overturned and that will be the end of the matter

The big band Sunday lunchtime absolutely great. A struggle to get served mind being busy. Cheap beer prices, although only beer available was John Smiths or Worthington's. Nicer crowd than last visit.

Lovely pint of beer and rely good price and lovely bar staff, music to loud sometimes it like a youth club group of lads fill the toilets altogether?? 🤔.

Had a great night with many different beers. Beers are cheaper than expected, but then again I live in Norway.

We went to watch Musicians Unlimited today. The place could really do with setting tables out differently for functions like this. Everyone squashed in when there was a large area with nobody in. Doom Bar was off today. I tried a couple of times but I think it was a bad barrel. Staff were attentive and provided good service. Car Park has cameras, so be sure to register your car to prevent getting a fine.

Have drank in this pub for over 30 years, but it has changed. Full of young people who have no respect for others customers. They wrestle about the pub,and treat it as a gymnasium jumping about the place, and no one is bothered to say anything to them. You are losing the loyal customers.

No people skills what so ever. Absolutely shocking my brother was removed from this establishment during a family funeral. Exceptions should be made during such a sad time.

Land lady is an absolute disgrace was attending a family funeral and was removed abruptly from the premises whilst sitting with a grieving family

What horrendous management of a pub. Saw a man being removed from the premises of a funeral. There's a time and place for this and it's not whilst someone who is respecting and celebrating someone's life. Then to hear that they also kicked out the grand daughter and the son in law of the manager. Terrible service

Place is an about let down my partner was barred from this pub for having a fight in the beer garden in the summer we have just attended a family funeral and was asked to leave off the manager whilst sitting with our friend who had just buried his mother

I have just had to console my son, he was attending a funeral of a life long friend, who had just buried his mother, when he was approach by the landlady of this establishment, she asked him to leave. This was not done discreetly. So it didnt upset people further and add to the trauma they were already experiencing . This disgusting behaviour from someone who should have ,as part of their job, people skills or a least good customer service. I hope no one ever treats, her or anyone she loves in the same manner. (What goes round come round)

Was sat in the park inn a funeral was going on and I seen the land lady remove an individual from the funeralfor no apparent reason how upsetting

Absolute disgrace. My brother has been left distraught after been made to leave during a wake !!! What sort of person does this?? Barred or not exceptions should be made for these circumstances. How can you run a pub with people skills like that . Disgusting

Visited the lounge, relaxing and comfortable on Sunday,not too many in so not noisy.

Nice atmosphere at our visit. Quite busy with a wide age range. No children which suited us. Great drinks choice and extremely reasonably priced.

Tons of football ,motor racing, snooker, and all sports . £2.60. Pint what more could you want!

Alas no longer under the same management. It would be very difficult to follow the previous manager but a few pros and a few steps back is all about have seen so far. Given the past 18 months with Covid-19 it would be very unfair to give a rating so I will reserve judgement for now.

Friendly staff, good atmosphere and good pint

Have always had a soft spot for this place and have been a frequent visitor for 30 odd years.. Staff are great and atmosphere can be second to none at times.. It must be said however that it could with a makeover as it was looking a little tired the last time I was there. I don't want to be uncomplimentary about this pub due to a long standing history with it, but with the prices they charge you'd think they could invest some in business.
