Cooplands in Hartlepool

The store is very dirty with spiders all over the floor and it looks a bit cramped. The store is a bit dark but the quality of the food is somewhere around the middle. I don't recommend this place. Customer service is alright, not the best but it's ok.

Purchased 2 pasties, both cold as the Arctic, Absolute joke of a store

Not only were their bottles of coke etc warm ( the cooler shelf didn't seem to be switched on),I noticed they don't wear gloves when handling food. Big no-no!!!! When I saw a staff member scratching their arm before serving me,I made.my excuses and left. Where's the hygiene????

complete waste of time - go elsewhere for better service and products

We go every Saturday for my housebound uncle as it's all he will eat it's a big order but the wonderful staff are used to us coming in now ha ha

buns are fresh for £1 great for burgers

Visited here around 4pm. Very little to choose from under the counters. Bought a couple pizza breads and some yum yums. The food tasted stale and old and got binned. Staff were to busy speaking to others in the store to serve properly. Definately give it a miss, other bakers (G's) about 30 seconds walk away.

Nice staff good prices good food. No good if you are dieting.
