I ordered via ubereats from this restaurant and the quality of food was terrible. The roast duck was NOT the type that you would get from chinatown and the bbq pork was dry, flavourless and just plain terrible. The rice provided was soggy and tasted like mush. Honestly. I would never order from here again. Save your money.

Superb. Found this by chance on a september evening. Had the traditional soup which was phenomenal. If Vietnamese Pho is for serious cases then Sichuan soup is the intensive care unit version of planet soup. Then had dim sum which were awesome. Had a Tsingtao beer with it. Food of the sort that makes me happy

Superb and authentic. The shrimp in the dumplings tasted like they were just caught. Double cooked Park was spicy but not too hot to overpower flavors. Other superb dishes were chicken's cloud ear mushrooms and pork belly with bok choy. Rice and fried rice were cooked to perfection. We would revisit if we were staying Lindon longer.

Had a lovely evening here. Delicious food as always, but it was my birthday, and the staff were kind enough to bring over lovely desserts with candles.

Authentic Sichuan style restaurant with delicious food. Beef and tofu is on the hidden menu, very authentic Sichuan flavour, spicy and sizzling, the green beans and cucumber were fresh and tasty. The manager gave us extra prawn chips and a cocktail he made himself also off the menu. An enjoyable dining experience!

The food was amazing: smashed cucumber, salt n pepper squid, beef hotpot, fried green beans.. alot of flavour and reasonable prices given how big the portions are.. Service was a bit curt but not a problem, just functional

I ordered delivery from them. Their pork fried with chilli 小炒肉 was with 90% chilli and only a number of slices of pork. 👎

Nothing short of amazing. We had dinner with our kids last night (27/06/24) and it was one of the best meals we have had during our holiday. We had just come back from Europe and needed a taste explosion and this restaurant did not disappoint. The prawns with garlic were an absolute stand out. Service was wonderful, so attentive and helpful. Kids loved it and so did we!

Four of us came in to dine and the food was so so good! Highly recommend. Kind service too. We had dumplings, smacked cucumber, sizzling fish, pan choy, morning glory - all so well seasoned, just the right side of spicy, and delicious! Make the time to go!

me and my partner both felt sick after eating takeaway from this restaruant. We ordered the 2-people meal with some pork dishes + starters.

The fried chicken and butter shrimp recommended by the chef are super delicious. I highly recommend the butter shrimp. There is also a delicious summer limited edition cocktail "blue blue blue". You can also get a buy one get one free discount on the hidden menu.

We eat here a lot, their unlimited hotpot is excellent value and they have introduced new summer 2 for 1 cocktails that also hit the spot :)

The takeaway I ordered was so delicious that I really wanted to cry. The saliva chicken had a musty smell that had been left out for a long time, like a zombie crawling out of the grave and giving me a hard punch on the tongue. In order to live up to my money, I endured three pieces. I really couldn't eat the fourth piece. I vomited it out. I wanted to cry. How could there be such an unpalatable thing? How could saliva chicken be possible? It was so unpalatable. The sweet and sour short ribs were lying in the box like water, as if they were laughing at my ignorance. My heart was really broken. How could it be so unpalatable? How could human hands make it so unpalatable? Why is this thing so unpalatable? How can it be so unpalatable? I am not a person who easily finds things unpalatable, but why is this thing so unpalatable?

My favorite place to order food. I always order the Sichuan Style noodles and the tofu with salt and pepper. It never fails. 10/10.

Simple and homemade food, without additions and correct service.

Don't deliver from this place. They'll deprioritize your order. We ended up getting our food (6 dishes, standard portions) 2 hours later even though we're 2 miles away. I called the delivery rider who said he had been waiting at the restaurant for ages and the staff kept telling him to wait for 5 mins, even though it took them over 90 minutes to prepare the order. When I called the restaurant, they lied that the food was ready for over an hour and the rider wasn't there. We know this is a lie as the rider handed his phone to connect me to a other staff who said the food wasn't ready yet. AVOID. I suspect our order was deprioritized as we used a promo, which meant the restaurant made less money than the other orders it fulfilled. Great food, but all round terrible service.

To be honest I cannot comment on the food as unfortunately I was not able to make it in to dine. After requesting a booking online me and my group heard nothing back so decided to call after a few days. Upon calling we were booked in for our desired date by one of the staff members. Upon requesting I was told it was not possible to receive booking confirmation as it was over the phone and I was assured our booking was in place and they took my details. Fast forward 2 weeks later, I called the restaurant to adjust numbers as we had some dropouts. A new staff member told me as it was a busy day they won't be able to accommodate my booking. Completely unacceptable. Luckily we were able to make a booking at another nearby noodle restaurant who were completely professional and accommodated our booking without any problems

Fraudulent and disgusting marketing. My friends and I made a booking at 7pm, we enter and ordered the 'all you can eat' hotpot for 4 at 7.15. It took them almost 30 minutes to deliver everything and another 5 before the hotpot is ready to cook. We finished one plate of meat and ordered another, but was told that we were 'out of time' because apparently the 'all you can eat' hotpot had a time limit of one hour. This meant that they began counting the hour from the moment we entered the store, even BEFORE we ordered the hotpot and 50 minutes BEFORE we could even begin to eat. We had the privilege of 10 whole minutes of 'all you can eat' for the price of 30.80 pounds per pax, and left hungry! The whole time we were there, the staff was also exceptionally rude and unresponsive. Terrible experience overall.

Avoid this restaurant 100% no go. For service, I will give 0 star if there is an option for that. Food was just ok, no surprise, portion was small to medium. The service is simply awful! How a waiter can have no smile at all from start to finish, not even any greeting to customers? We asked for some water, he just simply drop it on the table. We asked him to take some photos for us, he took my phone and started taking photos immediately, without waiting for your readiness, nor telling you he was taking photos. How a waiter can service customers like this? When we paid our bill, he simply gave you the bill. He didn't ask if the food was good or not etc, He received the money without greeting or 'thank you', my first time having such bad manner waiter.

I ordered a cold boneless chicken with chilli oil and mapo Tofu yesterday from uber eats, and when I receive my order, I received two soups which is completely different from my order.

Last night 4 of us arrived at this restaurant having made a reservation the week before. Immediately upon arrival we were made to feel completely unwelcome by the waiter. He had no record of my booking and asked me to prove it by rooting through my emails. This was a waste of time as he didn’t have any space for us and asked us to come back later! Rude, entitled, unprofessional and socially awkward. I will not be returning…………

Bad Food: greasy & tasteless, not even fresh. There's a lot of better Sichuan food choices nearby. Worse Service: super slow and cold, not even a smile.

Favourite Chinese restaurant in London. Nothing too fancy, just good good served by helpful staff for reasonable price. Eat-in or takeaway, both equally good options.

Wonderfully prepared authentic Szechuan food. We had the Szechuan Fried Chicken, the King Prawn fried rice, spicy jellyfish and the pumpkin pancakes. Delicious! Will be back for more!

We had a takeout from here, the noodles were not good and very dry and it overall lacked flavour. Maybe it was a bad day but I don’t think we will be trying again, very expensive also

Got takeout from here and loved it. Other Chinese takeout I always find to be too salty and the soups and sauces are full of corn starch and other artificial thickening and flavour enhancing agents. But the texture and flavour of the food here tastes great and didn’t feel artificial at all. Will definitely come back!

Not your run of the mill menu choices and very tasty food at a reasonable price

All good was terrific, came quickly and with friendly service. Particular favourite was the fragrant chicken, best we have had in the UK!

First time in the restaurant and I loved it. The spice used made every dish Palatable.

Foods are all fresh and the boss are friendly to newcomers that are interested in their Chinese cuisine.

The all you can eat hotpot is so worth it! Recommend Mala soup base and QingTang. For come for a quick cheap and good hotpot fix! The owners and staffs will make you feel at home.

Easy review. This place is awesome. The food is good. It's reasonably priced. And it comes out quick. There are a lot of people in here so the atmosphere is vibrant. It's clean and the toilets are ok. It's not swanky so wouldn't be the place for people who like a 5* venue.of you're after a great shot for the gram. But if you want great food without too much wankiness then this place is mega.

It's a plesent surprise after being inundated with offers of Indian meals in Brick Lane to turn a corner and find a lovely little Chinese restaurant. Sichuan Folk has great Dim Sum and dumplings, catering both meat eaters and vegetarians with all it's very tasty dishes. Service was great with the dishes for the five of us arriving in a seemingly constant stream. It was a little noisy but that added to the atmosphere. Lovely and we would certainly return.

Everything we ordered was great! Initially thought we ordered too much, but it all tasted so good we finished every last bit of it! Service was friendly enough. Will definitely be going back.

Het eten dat uiteindelijk de tafel bereikt is zeer lekker. Echter bleven enkele bestellingen achter en was het nodig ze extra bij te bestellen. Ook bij de afrekening werden verschillende gerechten/dranken te vaak aangerekend. Alles wordt na vaststelling wel terug recht gezet maar dit is zeker geen fijne ervaring.

Placed the order on off peak time at 17:40pm. Less a hour received completely the wrong order. Tried to call the restaurant solve the issue twice, apparently they couldn’t support any help for their mistake, instead either blamed the driver who took the wrong package or the system didn’t have the order at all. It wasn’t busy restaurant, hospitality service was horrible. End up travelled 1hour to pick up the order on site. TBH, the quality of the food is poorly.

Food are so good! I always choose to come here for lunch or dinner, even on Uber eats. You won’t regret If you want some Chinese favours food！

My favourite place in London for lunch! The bento box is a must. Super friendly and quick service.

Food was not that good and the service was awful. We ordered only two dishes - aubergine and a spicy dish. The spicy dish was way too salty than normal Chinese food. The staff(a middle age guy) charged us more than we supposed to pay. I didn’t pay attention or ask to check the bill so I directly paid when he told us its 44.2 quids in total at first without a receipt and I thought he took 0.8 for service charge when he gave me 5 pounds change back after I paid a £50 note in cash. I realised we didn’t order that much when I got out from the restaurant so we when back and the guy told us he could not see how much our table order from the system - luckily we remembered what we order and it turned out it was only £32! He charged us £13 more and he was playing tricks when we asked to check the bill again! Please do pay attention and check the bill before you pay guys!

Pretty average food. Nothing amazing. It really isn't Sichuan flavour however. Even as a non-Chinese I know that. Greasy, too much MSG. But you could do worse. Sure the alcoholic drink we ordered had been watered down. Atmosphere was passable, and the food arrived quickly, as the place was empty when we arrived. The toilet smells quite bad.

Came here for dinner with friends. Ordered a bunch of nice looking dishes. But the service is really bad. Took more than an hour to get half of the starters. Then they started serving mains. Again only half of the order. It was very disappointing not having the food served. I am giving one star for service because I can't give 0. Atmosphere is not very good either. It's super loud. It's like eating at a bar or a pub.

Food was delicious, but the service was awful. The prices shown on menu were different from the ordering system, also the service charge was also higher than the menu, from 10% to 12.5%. The staff charged us more than we supposed to pay. And a lot of drama when we checked the bill with the staff, he yelled at us and said that they didn't charge us more. But actually he did, and he even didn't give us discount when we paid cash (should be 10% off if pay cash). The female staff tried to settle and refunded £5 to us. They didn’t even give us the receipt. REMEMBER to check the bill before paying.

We ate the hotpot, which was a lot of food. The soup base and sauces were excellent. It was a hot evening and they have air con but unfortunately didn’t have it turned on - leaving the door open instead, making it quite hot inside.

Straight down the line good food. Ants climbing noodles, smashed cucumber, morning glory, mapo tofu.

The food was so so delicious but what let it down was how long it took for the food to come out. It came out "as ready" but that meant I had my stew but waited another 10mins for the rice and after I finished my meal, my friend was still waiting on theirs to arrive.

The best Sichuan restaurant I've been to in London, very authentic. My dinner guest was able to order in her native Chinese language and enjoyed the food served immensely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back.

진짜 짱맛있었어요... 마파두부가 진짜 맛있었고 계란볶음밥이랑 같이 먹었더니 매콤하니 넘 좋았어요. 딤섬은 생각보다 평범했지만 맛있었습니다. 주변에 빈티지마켓이나 같이 들러볼 거리들도 많이 있어서 쓰촨 사천 음식 먹고싶다면 방문하세요! 한국인 입맛에도 충분히 잘 맞습니다 :) 현지 외국인 분들도 많이 찾는 식당인 것 같고, 직원분들도 너무너무 친절하셨어요!! 사진이 있는 메뉴판이 있기 때문에 메뉴 고르기도 쉽고 좋았어요. 음식 하나당 양이 많지 않아서 여러개 나눠먹기도 넘 좋습니다!!

It’s another fake Chinese restaurant with a lot MSG rather than real authentic ingredients. Also it’s not Sichuan Taste. Just a fake for westerners. Shame

Very tasty food in a simple setting, good selection.

1,腰花和图片不符，表面浅浅几刀，不入味，还骚味很重。 2，巴蜀红烧肉在油里泡着，非常腻，同时没有任何汁水，除了油腻外几乎没有味道。 3，干煸四季豆没有完全断生。味道还算过得去。

I really like this restaurant! ! I highly recommend a special dish called stone pot tofu fish, which is definitely a treat for the taste buds.

Absolutely loved this place. When we first saw the menu I was a little concerned. There were some very authentic dishes. But the food, staff & cost did not disappoint. The owner/waiter was helpful attentive & friendly. He recommended some pork that was amazing. Shame we where just passing through otherwise it would definitely be a regular eatery for us 🥰😍

Food was good but lots of hidden cost. We had roasted fish. It was 38.9 on the menu, but we were charged 64.9 and on top of it, 15% service charge. We also ordered a few things to go in this dish. Together it cost 121 pounds. It’s over priced and cost not listed clearly.

回锅肉味道不错，跟国内一样。 口水鸡那个油辣子差点意思，但是总体不错的，回锅肉给的分量很足，米饭都吃完了，肉还没吃完😂！

Visited on Friday night with my wife and baby daughter. The food was very nice and different to your average Chinese restaurant in England, as their dishes are authentic. Now that we have tasted real Chinese food, we will want to visit this lovely restaurant again. The staff are warm, friendly, welcoming and extremely child friendly.

第一次来吃，菜品过得去，算好吃。但是招的服务员（一个男的）态度太差劲了，就差把白眼翻天上去了，完全称不上“服务”，就像是敌人。现金打折打的不对让他去check,他威胁我们要么接受这种错误算法要么不打折，态度极其差劲，严重影响了我们一群人对这个店的印象。再也不会去了。希望老板加强员工培训！！

Food 6/10, service 3/10. Food is just normal but we had terrible service experience in the end. To be honest, it was a good and authentic Szechuan food restaurant in east London. However, it goes be worst then before, and can’t count on good one in Liverpool Street area anymore. It also cannot ignore the disgusting and horrible service attitude from the staff to Mandarin speaker customers. We might have other better and reasonable price option when you hang out within Brick Lanes. The dish quality between different types dish are not as ok as same, someone might be too salty and need to drink more water after meal. 💷£13-28 per; 💁🏼‍♂️15-25mins.

"Recently, I had the opportunity to try the Grilled Fish and cold appetizer at a Sichuan restaurant. Overall, the meal was decent, with the Grilled Fish being the standout dish. The fish was well-seasoned and grilled to perfection, with a crispy skin and juicy flesh. The flavors were typical of Sichuan cuisine, with a good balance of spices and saltiness. The cold appetizer platter was also a nice addition, providing a refreshing and crisp contrast to the heat from the main dish.

Let me tell you something about the dim sum, it was sum kinda wonderful. Best food!

Couldn't tell you what the food is like. The place was overbooked for Lunar New Year, and as a result we lost a reservation of 10 ppl, so we had to look for another restaurant. Utterly embarassing behaviour.
