Our first time at Siam Garden last night was lovely and we will definitely be back! The service was fantastic and the waitress even came running with my purse when I left it at the table 💜

Visited on a buffet night but had normal menu. Restaurant quite busy, our food was hot and very tasty. We were visiting the area, pity. As would love to go back

Best Thai food in Grantham. Lunch set is a bargain.

Oh Lord … if you’ve never been to Thailand or lived in a big city , you may think it’s ok . SOO disappointing…… Avoid . Having lived in Grantham for 7 years , we’d heard a lot of really good reviews for this restaurant, and had finally overcome our “ our big city wildly traveled biase” and thought . Let’s give it a go ! Yes we’ll once you have managed the concrete steps down from the car park into “ the beautiful fish gardens “ a pond with a hose pipe trickling in ( I don’t have a prostate but it made me immediately want the loo! ) You are greeted warmly by the staff , who then lead you into @ an old school hall @ with a few budda statue ms - zero ambient lighting or background music . Lovely ladies wearing Thai outfits with trainers and doctor martin boots . Given exceedingly sticky menus … ( we chose all cart) a finger bowl ( without towels or flowers , basics a bowl of cold water ) is chucked onto the table and. Then you can place your order . Fair enough we knew we are deepest Lincolnshire… but Jeeze . This was “ mums gone to Iceland @ at its finest -“ . BLAND sub par food - we had to ask for chilli oil and soy , despite asking for medium and hot … £82 … for two starters , a main and a £5 quid bottle of pinot … not a bad price BUT horrible food. Unless you like deep fried unseasoned inauthentic food . Sorry but never again

I recently visited Siam Garden as a group of six for a late evening sitting. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. The food was delicious, though there was a little bit of a wait between dishes arriving so some of our party were able to finish their appetisers before others received theirs.

Never been disappointed anytime we have eaten here. The staff are very caring and helpful. We will keep returning to sample all your great dishes.

After living in Australia we have been truly spoilt with Thai food BUT this lovely restaurant tops them all. Light fragrant flavourful authentic Thai food. The wine, the atmosphere and the service were the icing on the cake. Can't wait to come back to our new local Thai...a little oasis in the centre of Grantham!!

The service was absolutely fantastic and the food totally delicious. Will absolutely come again. We sat outside and wondered if we would be forgotten about but it was quite opposite. We felt like VIPs, highly recommend and Joy was lovely.

We were delighted to find the Siam Garden - we were looking for somewhere to eat on the way to Cambridge, and a Thai restaurant with free parking caught our attention. The restaurant is very nicely furnished and decorated, with very large windows letting in lots of light while giving a panoramic view of their very pretty garden. We both had the tofu massaman curry with rice (a meal deal for only £11), which was quickly served and was delicious. I would have included a photo of the dish but we'd already made a good start on it before I thought to take one. The staff were delightful, polite and gracious. Overall a very modest price for an exceptional experience.

We had a wonderful evening on Monday at the buffet with the ladies from the book club.

Ordered to eat in and the quality and choice of the dishes is satisfactory. I asked for extra chillis which were brought to the table, but one of the chopped chillis was mouldy. I raised it with the waitress who took the chillis away but didn't replace them. No money was taken off my bill, which I paid in full but I would not return or recommend

Free parking for the customers. Feel relaxed when I came to the place. Staff also friendly. When I arrived, the restaurant was fully booked. But she still helped me arrange more than 1 hours to get my dinner. So, If anyone need, I think you should do reservations first. Food so far so good. I think it’s not a traditional Thai food.

Lovely food and friendly service.

We have been many times to both eat I. The restaurant and ordered take away. Whilst visiting our daughter in Grantham, arriving on Monday the 19th February after a 6hr journey we chose to order a takeaway. My husband had the chicken massaman which was watery and tasteless. I had Pad Himma Parn which is supposed to be crispy but it was very mushy. My daughter only lives a 2 minute drive from the restaurant so it can’t be a factor. It will be a long time before we return I think, very disappointed ☹️

Best takeaway in Grantham! Never had a bad meal from them, lovely staff! Very friendly when I take my toddler in. Highly recommend.

We had a surprise Birthday party for my wife.. the service was brilliant the girls realy looked after us all food and drinks food was so good didn't have any complaints so would say definitely be back... Thank you.

I recently had a visit to this lovely restaurant with a group of friends. Parking: There is a limited car parking at the front with around 10-12 vehicle space. The restaurant has a very beautiful entrance with a small garden and water like fountain. Food: The food was all of good portion and was very delicious. They even catered and fulfilled our request to make the food a bit spicy. The food arrived in good timely manner as well. Seating: The seating was nicely laid out for our group. And there were plenty of other seats as well. We were provided with a separate room which was big enough for our group. Disabled access. Although we didnt have anyone who needed the need. However, for other disabled customer info, there is stairs which might be a bit of challenge to go to the restaurant from the car park entrance. Price: The price per customer was roughly 25£ for starters main and side dish. Excluding drinks. Staff and Service: Staff were nicely dressed and very professional. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to have the thai food.

This was a life celebration and everything was perfect. Wheel ramp access. Superb food. Would most definitely recommend 👌

Wonderful lunch just before Christmas. We had the multi choiced 2 course lunch and the food (and the value for money) was exceptional. Myself and my husband are celiacs and require food without gluten. There were a number of dishes from the starter and main courses that we could choose from, and all were delicious. The Thai green curry was especially tasty. We will be back! Thank you.

Four of us dined here . we had one of the set menu meals . We can only give 4 star as whilst the food was very tasty and plentiful a couple of things could have been bettered ( a ) the table was not big enough to accommodate all the food ( b ) the food went cold very quickly and the coffee was luke warm when it arrived . Overall yes we would return and eat here again

beautiful food, excellent atmosphere. the staff are polite and the service is as expected ............ *** update 5th Nov 2023 *** not quite sure what was going on last night but the service wasn't great. starter came out fast, mains came out in fair time but drinks service was all over the place with one drink being about 10 minute after the rest of the order. items on the table were knocked over by waitress staff and spilling water. felt like a very sloppy service. food was consistently good which saved the evening.

I'm very disappointed with my meal last night, and as a regular I know what I should be receiving. But it was warmed up food from yesterday and the fish was small pieces of left overs. It's making me consider never returning as it was pretty dreadful. I can't recommend anything in the menu list as I'm sure warmed up mush is not on it.

Excellent food and really tasty dishes! If we went again I would not have a meal from the menu where you select meals for 2 3 or 4 as the food they provide is very generous and was too much for us! But eating from the main menu will be our next choice

When you arrive at Siam Garden your first view is the garden itself, which is really something. Statues of Thai goddesses greet you and there is a massive pond with water features give this place an authentic Thai atmosphere. As it was a beautiful evening I sat outside which was really pleasant. I had a king prawn pad Thai, chicken Penang and coconut rice. (Too much for one I know, but there was enough to take home for the next day) The food was delicious and the service was excellent. There was even a hedgehog wandering around the garden ! I will definitely be back soon.

Nice garden outside. Very friendly and attentive staff. Asked for chopsticks and a piece of lime for the pad thai, and they came back with it quickly. The food was good and authentic. Probably will go back to try their buffet.

Celebrated my sisters 50th, evening meal with family. Everyone’s food cooked to perfection, from starters to main dishes, meat, fish and vegetarian meals. Cannot fault the quality of the food, I had tempura veg and chilli sauce, vegetarian curry with tofu, and mushroom Thai pad noodles, absolutely delicious! Restaurant staff were very lovely, courteous and professional. They allowed us to bring in our own birthday cake, brought it out at the end of the meal, candles lit, staff singing. Thank you to you all for making our evening lovely and memorable 😊

Really lovely atmosphere - felt like we'd been whisked away to Thailand! The food was really tasty and the curries were served over candles to keep warm which was a really lovely touch! The staff were very attentive as well. Car park available which is useful to note

A lovely meal in great surroundings. The restaurant was a little quiet on a Friday evening so the atmosphere was a little lacking. The food tasted delicious and was well cooked. Two of our group were vegetarian and found a good selection to choose from. There is plenty of parking but the entrance is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Delicious food and gorgeous decor.

Had the steak and it was delicious as well as the ice cream for dessert. I do recommend it if you want to try Thailand food.

Prior to our stay in Grantham we had investigated a few local restaurants online and already decided that we liked to look of Siam Garden, it was also highly recommended by the owner of our hotel. As soon as we entered this lovely restaurant we knew we had chosen well. The female staff looked beautiful in their national dress and welcomed us in typical Thai fashion. Whilst we perused the menu, we were served a dish of prawn crackers and decided on one of the set dinner menus. Service was efficient and we blown away by the huge sharing platter of Chefs choice starters which were piping hot and beautifully cooked. Next came three ample main courses served with noodles and a huge bowl of rice. Sadly, despite enjoying everything and eating to capacity, we simply could not finish all of the more than adequate portions. We were offered 'take-away' bags for our leftovers but sadly did not have a fridge in our hotel room, otherwise we would have gladly accepted the them. We finished our meal with Jasmine Tea and both agreed that we had just eaten one of our best Thai meals ever. We both highly recommend this restaurant and only wish it was local to our home in Norwich.

Went to the Siam Gardens after pub meal we were due to have, fell through, and we were so pleased that we did. Superb service, great food, thoroughly recommend.

When ever we stay in grantham, we always have a meal here. On Monday's they have a buffet for £15.50 per head Lovely hot, tasty food is always served with a smile

Enjoyed a lovely evening meal here with family. The chefs special duck was very tasty and so was the massaman curry. Large portions and great service, overall a lovely experience!

We were staying near by and wanted a nice Thai meal, so just turned up on a Tuesday evening at the end of May. We were shown to a table straight away, and given the menu. All the waiting staff are very friendly, and the table was set up beautifully, our drinks order taken and we perused the menu. We decided on, spring rolls, prawns with chili sauce and ribs to start with, nice portions, hot and tasty, for mains we ordered chicken with cashew nuts and sweet and sour jumbo prawns with a side of noodles, delicious as usual, hot and nice to share and get different flavours. I was too full for dessert, but hubby managed a pancake. We always eat here when we stay near by, and on Monday they do a buffet for about £15.50 a head, very good value, parking in their little car park, or on the street

I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment. The 2 course lunch was very good value superbly fresh and plenty of it. Impeccable. The staff were friendly and efficient. It was also noticeable that there was a large percentage of far eastern customers which I take as an endorsement. If you are within 15 miles of Grantham at lunchtime go there. You will not be disappointed.

Delicious spread - we got the mid-week set menu and were overwhelmed with the quantity and quality of fare. Excellent value overall. It was pouring with rain so we didn’t really get a sense of the garden, but it looked pleasant.

We was looking for meals away from hotel. This one was on website so visited as we do love thai food. Car park a little small but plenty of parking locally. Entrance could do with some work but inside was nice. Was busy so good sign of good food. We was not disappointed. Very nice. Starters tasty and lovely currys. Would recommend

This was excellent, they were so lovely and attentive to my aged parents. It was a party of 15 to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary. The food was out of this world and the atmosphere was electric. I intend to go again and would highly recommend. It was a little oasis in grantham.

Always love the food at this restaurant. Outside pond and decor needs some TLC, but inside is great as is the service and food.

Come here on buffet night once a year with my team from work. Food is on point for the money, diversity is prehaps a tiny bit thin but thats splitting hairs, staff are always great. Overall I really enjoy dining here.

I had sweet and sour tofu and rice and it was delicious. I am gluten-free so was great that there were so many options for me. We visited at lunchtime and looked on at the lovely garden from the window. The staff were very welcoming and we didn't have to worry about parking. Will be back.

My wife and me came in for lunch without a reservation .We were given a warm welcome and a table with no problem despite it being busy.we both had the lunch time special which was incredible value and the quality of the dishes were excellent. Very efficient and friendly staff ,we will definitely make this a regular restaurant, looking forward to trying the buffet on mondays.couldnt fault anything at all!
