Fantastic lunch today. Amazing food. Massive portions. Would highly recommend to everyone. Have booked again for next week i loved it that much. Bar staff were amazing too 👍

We went here for the first time yesterday, we'd purchased Itison vouchers for a two course meal with a drink. We were so warmly greeted as soon as walked in and were shown to our table. When our food arrived, we were so impressed. So beautifully presented, great size of portions and so tasty. Whoever is responsible for preparing the food, obviously takes a pride in what they do. We had a baby with us and the we were asked if we wanted his food to come with the starters which really impressed my niece as usually she has to ask staff to do this, it's usually brought with the mains which means the baby is sitting there having to wait to eat. A huge tick for the food. The staff were just wonderful. We were looked after by two members of staff, Francesca and Grant. They both were so friendly, made a fuss over the baby, nothing was any bother and were super efficient. Both a total credit to this establishment. Needless to say, we will return despite it not being local to us. Well worth the drive out. Thanks to all the staff for making our dinner experience such a pleasant one.

This location is fantastic! The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is laid-back and calm. You can tell that their main priority is keeping their customers happy.

We came for my friends birthday and hired the private room. The atmosphere was great, all drinks delicious and the staff went extra mile to make that day special for my friend. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love it in here, it’s so much fun- we go for the karaoke on a Friday night- my friend won £150 in the lotto so that was our night paid for! The cocktails are amazing- the frozen daiquiri was the best I’ve ever had and the food is soooo good. The portions are huge and everything tastes fresh! Going to book the private karaoke pod for my birthday- it’s such an amazing space you have to check it out!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, one person in particular was especially engaging with my young nephew and explained the ordering system when I did myusual thing of wanting to pay my way individually. Food was served hot, even though we were a group of 6 (my expectations are set low here, by other places) and was tasty. Good selection on the menu. Great deal which included drinks for the adults. Venue is nice and clean. Very quiet at time of visit but we were lunching early for an event after. Only slight downside was the music was pretty loud for that time of day but I didn't raise it with staff at the time, I'm sure they'd have turned it down a little if we'd requested. Wish I was younger to enjoy the night time set-up with instagrammable spots, a cocktail bar and kareoke booth. Would definitely return!

Went to the Shuttle on Sunday Lunch Time and was bitterly disappointed. It was quite quiet, maybe 2 or 3 tables in. We stood about for a couple of minutes as wasnt clear whether or not we sat ourselves or waited to be seated. We decided just to go take a seat and looked at the menu. One person behind the bar and another female just standing next to our table at the DJ booth messing about with her phone, again no one said a word to us, a simple “Welcome, take a seat and order at the bar” would have been sufficient. Ended up just walking out as was not happy and first impressions count. We wont be back.

Went to shuttle for lunch booked a table. Arrived all tables were full of stuff had to ask to have a table cleaned went to collect menus they were all manky and sticky then went to order food at bar stood for 20 mins as only two bar staff in but too busy making cocktails approx 10 mins per drink absolutely shocking in in service and cleansing left and went to another bar to eat
