There are cob webs and cleanliness is 0 as well as service and unprofessional talk behind the counter is disappointing. Food is good as positive.

The good was amazing, much better than the Reading skvp. The chat tasted so good, we had to order 3 more after that and also the theplas are super yum and fresh! The inly thibg that needs improvement is the siyze of this outlet, it needs bigger seatinga rea. Thanks to Parul, preethi, sarthak and Aarthi for amazing yummy food

The food was amazing! But just a couple of feedback for the owner: they should have a sink for hand wash (as a lot of the items served here is usually consumed using bare hands (I.e. dosa). Secondly couple of the staff looked very miserable & didn't look like they wanted to serve or clean (as all the tables were a bit dirty, considering they said I was the first customer). Apart from that the food itself was very tasty and good.

Worst experience ever here! I ordered water balls and fried idli, the water was expired and tasteless, and the idli was bitter and tasteless too. Total waste of money! Plus, the place was a trash heap – so dirty.

Refused to give tap water although it’s a legal requirement.

Test is wow (vadapav) and pavbhaji is normal test but your theme pure vibes Mumbai 😎 very nice service Parul & Naaz

I came here for a quick weekday lunch with my mum and we were really blown away! They had a great menu with reasonable prices and their customer service was lovely. Loved the decor and vibe of this place. I would highly recommend to give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed! A special thank you to Aarti, Sarthak and Nafeesa.

Giving one star just to grab management’s attention. Food is really good but the only problem is service in this restaurant. Staff is really short, hired people are very hard working. They always try their best to provide good service to customers, but due to lack of staff and excessive customers it’s really hard to manage. I really love to go at this place to eat. Just want to request the owner to hire more people so they can provide a quick and good service ( specially on weekends ). Thank you.

The best Vada Pav. Even better than the original in Mumbai. All of the food is amazing. I also had the masala Dosa. Vrunda and Parul were super friendly and they take the time to show an interest in their customers.

Online closing time is 10:00pm and always whenever i go there between 9:25 -9:35pm they said closed.

I ordered Something Which they did not have After taking the money the guy named Sarthak On the cash counter said We dont have this Product Take something else from the menu I said I dont Want it can i have the money back He laughed saying We cant do Refunds Take someting else After the argument He is Like Give him. The Money Back and then tells me U could have anything from the menu But you choosing refund such a shame soooooo very bad Experience With the staff Not recommend Going their But if you still choose to Then Please Ask them What they have in stock before ordering otherwise U would Rather Pay for something You dont want to Have at that moment And Cant Even Have you Money Back as A refund Such a bad service!!!!

I reached skvp on closing time there are two guys dimple and sarthak. They served me on last moment .they prepared food for me with very humble behaviour. Very nice staff and nice food

Potato filling masala was off, sauces with dosa left water means almost off. There is no shutter in front of shop that’s causing food off quickly and bad for staff as well. Everything was looking awful. Don’t try Golguppy, and don’t go in WestBromwich shop in summer.

Went with family and we all enjoyed the awesome fresh food, in-fact we all had a feast. Had authentic Vada pav after a long time, to go with Sabudana Vada, Pav Bhaji, Dhahi Papdi and Malai Kofta and all of them were made fresh and out of the world. Special mention to all 3 of them - Dimpal, Vrunda and Sarthak who were working really hard to make these fresh food despite too many delivery orders even though it was a Sunday evening. Hope they get some much needed rest to go cracking again tomorrow.

I had ordered Misal paav and schezwan rice . The paav was just okay and rice tasted stale . It was definitely not fresh . I have been to theSolihull one which is definitely better . Moreover I am a bit worried about hygiene rating of 3 !

Unique dining experience found by accident ( walking past and curiosity struck) Service was friendly and accommodating by Parul and varunda and the atomsophere and music made the experience wonderful! The restaurant has vada pav in it’s name. They sent us the spoilt vadapav. Please don’t ever order from this restaurant as you have a danger of getting serious health issues.

Very delicious food I recommend everyone to try vada pav and dosa . Aarti and dimple are both good workers there very friendly nature.

Would have liked to rate the place better because I often go to the Shirley one. If you like sitting inside a freezing corridor, (literally freezing as could see my breath steaming), want to wait 28 minutes for fries, and all of that with no toilets then this is the place for you. Don't take children here you will not enjoy it, especially in Winter.

Very tasty chaat freshly prepared and served by Dimpal and Nuz. Tried pav bhaji, Dabeli and some dosas. Mouth watering. Wish the place was a little spacious and had toilets. No complaints with the food though. Will visit again.

Just went in and wanted to order the boy there said wait at till in rude tone and ordered samosa pav and masala dosa when asked how long it will take the boy was like I am gonna start it and I don't know how much time it will take will busy gossiping with the other staff girl there Come to receive my order masala dosa was good but they literally burned my samosa I had to break with my hands so it can fit in the pau When comes to taste taste like burned ashes Will not come again and not recommend anyone

I visited yesterday, and unfortunately for the past 2 visits not happy with the speed of service. Despite there being only two other customers ahead of us, we had to wait a frustrating 30 minutes for our order. The slow service was disappointing, especially given how quiet it was at the time. The lack of urgency or efficiency really stood out. If you're in a hurry or value your time, this may not be the place for you. I hope they can work on improving their speed to match the quality of their offerings.

As we passed by we popped into. The ambience was good, street food style indoor decor. However service was poor, masala tea and vada pav took 25 minutes to serve. Vada pav wasn't up to the street food hype and masala tea sugar and spices were balanced. Prices are reasonable.

Had Idli sambhar & excellent masala tea. Enjoyed very much. The service was excellent. Parul, Aarti & Sarthak were very friendly & helpful ♥️♥️♥️. Brilliant service indeed.

SKVP (West Bromwich) is an amazing place that serves amazing vegetarian/vegan street food. The food is always fresh and well presented and of course appreciated. I and my friends have always been very well treated by Sarthak, Dimpal & Aarti. If you're reading this and you can get along to this place then absolutely do so. You will be happy you did so.
