Always great food. The chicken kebab and salad is delicious. Masks to be worn. Very friendly staff. Plenty choice of food. Plenty space to wait and social distance

I’m a very fussy eater, but I had a pizza from here, it was absolutely amazing, better than dominos! It was very well priced, it was served very quickly. I’m not from Shotton but I definitely will be visiting here to get a pizza again!

Gave me wrong food adamant it was my fault, clearly asked for lamb shish have me lifts, don’t even like monte. Rude mannered. Kebab shop down the road much better

It's been ages since we've had a takeaway and it tastes good and doesn't make you feel sick after but tonight shotton kebab house didn't fail! It was so good!

Had a few pizza’s from here and never had anything to complain about. £14 for two 12” pizzas and a free garlic bread, you cannot go wrong.

Weve always had great takeaway food from here, always hot when its delivered would reccommend, plenty of good portions staff always fruendly when speaking over the phone, its clean inside and a large waiting area.

just ordered a kebab from these guys as we often do. Food always fresh and accurate. Tonight order was wrong which is very unusual, I rang them up and they rectified it straight away. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Lovely burger, tasty chicken kebab. Pizzas are ok but would prefer a more authentic base etc. Will still order again, just not the pizzas (even if they are buy 1 get 1 free) ☺👍🏼

The food as ever was good and hot but I'm only giving 3 for delivery time as it arrived 30 minutes early (I'd received a message saying an additional 10 mins had been added too). I was in the middle of doing stuff so had to stop so we could eat while the food remained hot! At least it wasn't late I suppose!

Late & cold. Why confirm a delivery time only to deliver it 20 minutes later?? £19 in the bin, and no more orders from here. The delivery lad didn't even apologise 😠.

Pizza was fabulous always is from here , the only bad point I can say is I ordered double pepperoni and double cheese which there was no way near double pepperoni was hardly a piece per slice when you order double pepperoni you'd expect it to be ooooooozing pepperoni and also had spicy beef as extra topping on it which couldn't really tell it was on it but that aside it was still nice,I will adress this next time I order

Pizzas were nice - only problem was, didn't get email confirmation of order until after it was delivered so had been worried we weren't going to get them!

35 minutes late (1 hour 30 minutes from order to delivery). The food was lukewarm & the chips were soggy.

Always order from here, never had a problem and food is good, although I ordered one tonight and they've changed the popcorn chicken in the meal deal which is disappointing!

Order was missing a portion of chips and too much onion on the salad - more than the lettuce ! But quality was good . And delivery was quick

Food was awful! Never had a problem when ordered from here before but this time it was terrible. Donna meat wasn't edible at all, wasted money as all the food when straight in the bin!

Delivery driver came to house got out and got back into his car without delivery anything.. Soggy chips and onion rings in the end....

Never had such POOR customer service in my life. Ordered a PLAIN Margareta and one with onion, chicken and ham. I rang them querying the order and they palmed me off to Just Eat customer service. Just Eat were amazingly helpful and supported my side throughout and even rang the takeaway to see what they can do. He rang me back shortly afterwards and informed me that he had been hung up on and the person on the phone was completely dismissive about the situation. He told me to leave a review and if I wished to take the matter further then I should ring the takeaway again, which is what I did. I argued my case for 35 mins and they kept palming me off telling me "it is not our fault so what do you expect me to do about it?" In the end after arguing my case, the eventually gave up and issued a replacement, which is currently on its way. I order from this takeaway a lot over the last year and have never dealt with them like this. If I could of not given a star for Takeaway Service then I happily would of done. Certainly not a happy customer and would tell you to contact just eat straight away if you ever want to amend an order. Poor, poor management and poor, poor customer service. Disgraceful. But thank you for just eat for all your help and really appreciate all you've done.
