Donna meat and chips with garlic mayo cant say no love it

Food was 30 minutes late than told.chips were soggy not hot was looking forward to the kabab but was awful highly disappointed

So unhappy with my order today, I'd asked for extra chilli on my kebab it came with none, also it was supposed to be extra large and it was just large I asked for mayonnaise on my chips and I got what looked like a whole jar of it. Meal completely ruined

I'm diabetic so ordered an xl Donna meat with onions + chillie then waited an hour for it to be delivered only to find more onions than Donna meat...I was that disappointed that I drove back to show them the half a pound of onions I couldn't eat😡

It was my best kebab in my life! My favourite was "EXTRA LARGE CHICKEN KEBAB"! When I used to visit this place, the turkish men know me what I would eat and they said to me "EXTRA LARGE CHICKEN KEBAB" and I said you think as well!!! One of my collegu of driver said to me to greet them "EFFENDI" that means friend! I do it and after they were surprised what I can say for them!

Isent the worst but would not recommend very oilly and after 4 bites felt very sick I don't recommend it at all

Called at 4pm to book a delivery for 6pm... 2 hours in advance.. Delivery was late so called up at half 6 asking how could a delivery thats bwen ordered 2 hours earlier be late. Only to have some very rude school girl girl me atritude down the phone sayin what can she do about it.. well i suhgest ya get ya arse down the job centre love coz ya customer service skills are waaank. Vsry poor service. Cheeky girl.

Been driving past here for years and never tried it. Ordered two pizzas and a doner kebab tonight. Hot, tasty, fresh and quick delivery. Deffo recommend.

Absolutely love this place the best kebab house around!! Pizzas are good and so is the chicken but they Absolutely smash the kebabs here they are so good, the chicken wraps are also really good, they are normally super busy over the weekend so we always phone ahead and collect on our way through. would highly recommend

Fantastic chicken burgers. The pieces of chicken are massive. Probably one of the best take away food places we have ate from and not greasy. Ordered quite a few times. Definitely worth a visit.

Only had chips and they were disgusting soggy and not worth the money a chip shop that can't cook chips ironic. I would not recommend at all.

We always go to Shotton Kebab house for the best kebabs and GARLIC BREAD (u can die for it 😁) . Highly recommend this take away.

As kebab shops go they are all very much of a muchness now days, with shotton you have 7 or 8 within a short radius to choose from. SKH is the best but thats to my pallet, all the meats whilst wonderfully flavoured are not spicy which suits me perfectly. most kebab house doner is spicy and this is great. always deliver in a timely manor and listen to special instructions.

Been there several times, food is excellent, staffs are very friendly. It is very rare that you might not like the food, if any mistake happens in order they do look into it and try to make it upto you. Highly recommend chicken kebab.

Twice they have sent small kebab when we have ordered ex-large. Just ordered and the lettuce on my chicken sandwich is brown and limp. Be a while till we order from them!!!

Ordered at 8.10pm order arrived 9.10pm they left a burger off the delivery told delivery guy who told us to ring back up. 2 phone calls later to chase up the elusive burger it finally turned up at 9.55pm.

Ordered from just eat, waited over estimated time and when I called up they was extremely rude when I was just asking where the good was in a none agressive tone

This place has good food and the staff are fine. The chicken kebab is very good and prices are alright.

It's a takeaway and not one we have ordered from again! WAAAYYYYY too much salt to preserve stuff and we felt it detracted from the taste; ironic because salt as a seasoning is meant to enhance flavour, this destroyed flavour!

Meal was delivered within 20 minutes of order, all hot, and generous portions. Delivery was polite and I made a point of checking food standards rating - a 5/5 on all aspects. Will use again.

Has gone very expensive. Have to order a minimum of £15 for delivery and then you still have to pay an additional £2 for the delivery. tut tut from a long time serving customer!!!

Orderd food waited over hour when it came was freezing cold, chips were brown and old. Rang to complain and was I asked 'what you want us to do?' Awful service awful food will never use again and advise other people not to either.
