Our chicken Tikka Wrap was fantastic and the service was prompt! Really delicious Tabbouleh and warm bread served with it as well. This was a relaxed spot and the owner was friendly along with the staff who greeted us with a smile. We had stumbled across this place after seeing a production around the corner and would certainly recommend!!!

15 of us went there for dinner unfortunately the food was terrible and the service is awful the owner old man is completely crazy.........shame shame Better to have chicken & chips ....

i've been here before and the service is pretty bad but i hadn't been there in a few months so i thought i would give it a try, It was a mistake. the food was terrible. The rice tasted like it had come out the microwave, the kofta was disgusting, the only redeeming thing on the plate was the salad. I didn't finish my food and left. the food is really nasty and i would not recommend it.

En realidad, no comí ni comí shisha, pero mi teléfono se apagó al intentar pedir un súper fuera de este restaurante. Era muy tarde por la noche y el gerente fue muy amable y servicial y me permitió cargar mi teléfono mientras esperaba mi súper. Incluso me hizo una taza de té. My wallet was stolen and this restaurant allowed the thief, I believe complicity, to use my "touch" facility on my debit card 6 x £10 in a row to steal from my account! I have raised the issue with them and have been met with nothing but insults. The bank refunded me but I do know dodgy businesses, as this is, allow this and take a cut! Shame on you and I will do everything in my power to affect your business negatively. There is no honour amongst thieves. Oh and apparently the "CCTV was not working that night"!!!

I been there numerous times mostly with work colleagues cause of the conveniency of the location. It's a really nice place really authentic and perfect for chilling. They have a lot of Shisha flavours as well with the choice of fruit heads. Also, it's priced really well. The service with someone without patience it's not very good.! Food selection it's quite good and portions are generous.!! Recommend that place for a relaxing Shisha session.!!

This is the worst place ever AVOID! We order a £50 platter that feeds 5 people only to find out that it has 1 piece of lamb CHOP when it arrived!! The service in this place is awful, we asked for water 5 times but still had no water! The guy gave us the bill and still we had no water! Never again in my life! Avoid at all means!!! Don't waste your money!

I'm fessing up - we didn't eat here. Why? I was massively put off by the caged birds huddled together asleep in the front of the restaurant. I don't normally complain about places, I give generally good reviews and only highlight things I feel can be worked on. But why, oh WHY in this day and age are businesses keeping birds in cages, and why in a food establishment?!There birds, about 6 or so in numbers, I don't know which type, were 'asleep' on their perch while late night diners ate around them and watched TV. I found this so upsetting I had to leave.There is also the issue here of hygiene, the birds were sitting within spitting distance of a food prep area. Please, please make the lives of these creatures better, move them, reduce the number of them in such a small cage and let them FLY! Then, we will be back to dine with you.

The Atmosphere is very authentic and great. Just to relax on cushions and the heaters going while playing chess.The Shisha was okay, nothing special. The staff were nice.Issue is it does not serve alcohol and I recommend bringing an extra layer during winter.

Been to this place twice and haven't been disappointed. The restaurant is quite nice. The chicken shish was very good and the portion was on the generous side. Service was also friendly. Beware that they do not serve alcohol though.

The food was alright here but pricey. f you like hot sauce then ask for it otherwise don't bother because its really hot and ruins your food. Over priced in my eyes but there if you need a kebab and its late.

Great service and friendly staff, best of all there is no service charge, however we did like to add a tip after paying for their good service.shisha garden grill does sound like its a restaurant only for the shisha lovers, but unexpectedly it was a great, warm and oriental atmosphere for both the people who want to devour the food and also the shisha which can be smoked outside in the shisha tent or out in front of the restaurant.The tent is warmed by having an umbrella which warms each of the stations you sit in. I loved the hanging lanterns all around the restaurant, it really brings back the holiday feeling to just sit and admire them while eating and smoking.I had the falafel sandwich that was enough for me and my mum, i just asked the staff to cut the sandwhich in half because their wraps are relatively large compared to other restaurants i have visited.I had had the Oreo smoothie which was amazing, it was cold with ice cream and Oreos which made it marvellous. There were also the other chocolate options to choose from such as Twix and Kinder Bueno. my family had the Moroccan tea which i couldn't resist, which tasted really good too, right after our meal

It's curious to read some of the negative reviews. I'd rate it as good rather than very good, though that's not an option on TripAdvisor. We went with a friend who eats here every couple of weeks and loves it. We enjoyed it too. You can eat inside or out; the staff were friendly; the platters (meat or vegetarian) were so substantial that we ate our fill and took away a doggie bag. There's no alcohol but the pomegranate juice was yummy, and there're shisha pipes if that's your thing. The price was very reasonable - five of us ate for £63.

I had Lamb Chops, my partner had Lamb Shish. Both dishes were totally burnt black, the only remaining taste was charcoal. Salad looked 3 days old. Restaurant was dirty. Staff were rude.

We ordered water and it came after half an hour. And no glasses. Then, we had to ask for glasses. Then the waiter brought only 2 glasses. We were 7 people. Food took long time to arrive and they all come in different time. So, some had eaten when other food had just arrivedAnyway, there's no reason to me or any of my party to go back to this place. You also don't need to waste your time

The garden wasnt open as it was too cold, but we sat in the restaurant which was beautifully decorated marrocan/arabic style. The waitress was very helpful and friendly. The food (took a little while as all freshly made) was excellent. We had a set meal for 4 and there was so much food we couldnt eat it. Excellent quality ... the meat was so tender and the dips were delicious with the freshly cooked pitta bread. Thoroughly recommend this. Would love to try the garden in the summer... looks lovely.

It was my first time at this place and it was empty me and my 3 other friends sat down to order, the waiter couldn't speak English and didn't no what he was doing, after us a couple came in and their food came within 20mins but took ours over an hour because they started serving them first! But why? We came in first and been here longer then them. The price is a rip off, the place is colder inside then outside, the food I ordered was chicken and it was burnt, overall the service was very poor. Would I go back their again in the future? HELL NO!
