I had given my postcode for times to the person I spoke to when taking my order I then get a call from the driver stating that he’s at a different address then I get I call the kebab shop because the driver still hasn’t turned up then to find that the kebab shop said he’s gonna be another 20 minutes and then asking for discount because obviously my food is gonna be freezing cold to this point he says no I can’t do discount they’re arguing with me then my food turns out with no salad or no sauces so now I’ve got a dry kebab I’m hungry the service when I phone back up he just shouted at me absolutely disgusting. No compassion no care. This kebab shop is at it was actually the best kebab shop in letchworth town but I feel like they’ve got complacent with good customer and They have just become arrogant and rude

As always very nice , fresh and tasty food. I have ordered for 15 people for my daughter’s birthday and they all loved.

Very poor quality! The worst kebab I ve ever had. The meat was smelling, could eat made me feel sick! Only once I tried, never ever again. No quality whatsoever.

Disastrous food! Could not even eat the food I purchased. I ordered mix kebab and a burger. Both were really disappointing.Rice tasted old and was smelly. Meat was hard and dry, very smelly as if it had been there all day. We felt sick straight after eating a bit of it. Kebab had bitter after taste . Very overpriced for the very poor quality and had to throw it all in the bin as it wasn’t safe to eat such an old rotten food. I would never order from this place again.

Excellent kebab could not get any better trust me it is amazing I love it very nice great excellent .

I have been coming to shish since it opened few years ago. Customer service is great. The food is always fresh & flavoured.

I’ve been to this restaurant quite if you times normally have sitdown the last two times I had a takeaway chicken shake is normally brilliant when I sit down but I had a takeaway chicken wrap donor it was disgusting so I tried a Lamb donor it was horrible full of grease and fat nice restaurant nice people chicken shish is very good but both dinner is chicken and lamb are disgusting and fatty and greasy🤢

Are used to go here possibly once every two months to pick up a kebab on my way back after a late night Over the years I’ve got to know the owners and they are nice people Generally they make nice food During new years only spoke to the owner and I told him about their staffs hygiene levels where they are scratching their heads and scratching their bodies which isn’t very hygienic when you are cooking food Today I decided to go and buy a kebab as I didn’t have much food at home and couldn’t be bothered to cook I placed my order and the young man decided to start scratching his head and scratching his body while handling my food handling the meat and handling the bread I asked him politely to wash his hands as this is not hygienic he refused to do so because he said it is fine I told the other gentleman that this is not hygiene levelsAnd to ask his colleague to wash his hands before serving me He told me he refuses to do so and will not listen to me I am absolutely disgusted by this service

I must say this place is excellent. The menu is fairly priced, returned with high end food. Quick service and a bar also available if you are eating in. Very good place.

Came here a few times. Lamb doner and chicken doner are amazing and comes in a big portion. Comes with salad and rice. Toilets available for customers

We get kebabs from Shish almost every week, the lamb and chicken doners are excellent, and the staff are good. It’s a great deal and perfect for take-away, right next to Finchley Central Station and buses etc. Ali is a real gentlemen there too.

We love getting the generous and delicious lamb and chicken diner wraps here made by Ali and his fellow cooks. You can do takeaway and prices are reasonable. We order from here all the time.

I have been coming here for about 4 years. They make great home made dishes that they always serve with bread and salad. The seating inside is basic and functional, but comfortable enough. I have always had good, well cooked food here, good service and have left stuffed - come hungry. They have a good selection of dishes and specials. I've always had good service here and will continue to be a regular customer. Recommended.

the food was medium the bread was not that fresh the atmosphare is for quick eating or take away less for seating in
